We went to get prescription glasses made, got a vision exam the wife & myself right at the store.Selected frames I ordered two pairs and wife ordered one pair3 pairs totalIt Took several weeks to get them, not in an hour or even days.My wife’s new glasses were no good, she couldn’t even see, they weren’t really happy about that, it took alot of aggravation and complaining to get them to re test her vision and make a replacement set which took many weeks again and we had an international trip booked and the glasses weren’t ready by travel time (mind you we ordered like 5-7 weeks prior to the trip) my wife had to take her old glasses on the trip cuz the new ones weren’t ready.My glasses were good, however one pair my computer glasses, the lenses started cracking and getting hazy all by themselves unbelievable right, we brought them in for evaluation and they promptly ordered new lenses and installed them today also took a week or so.The staff is friendly and helpfulBut Truly I cannot recommend this establishment due to the fact that out of three pairs we had major issues with two of them.Mathematically that comes out to a 67% failure 😞 rate.That is unacceptable for an expenditure of I think it was over $600.00 -$700.00 on three pairs of glasses.The only reason for the 3 stars review is because they were helpful and friendly and ultimately made the blunders right. On our end it resulted in several 40 minute drives each way and lots of waiting and aggravation.Not happy at all.There are a whole lot of places in the area for glasses.

The Dr. Was very thorough and sweet.Rosco was amazing helping me pick out frames. I went with something totally different than my usual. Plus bought a second pair in my comfort zone. I picked them up yesterday. The staff was amazing. I had a lot of fun. Plus I LOVE MY GLASSES 👓. THANKS GUYS

Today was my first visit here and I can easily say this is the best all around eye doctor and eyeglass store I have ever been to! Dr. Phan was extremely thorough and attentive. She provided some excellent information on overall eye health and adjusted my prescription so well that I feel like I can see into the next county now! The staff in the eyeglass store is wonderful, especially Jose. He took time to explain all of my options and got me the best price possible for everything that I wanted. And he is really fun to talk to! Speaking of prices, they are very competitive and have a huge variety of frames in all price ranges. I am more than pleased with my $20 frames! 10/10 would recommend! Ill be a lifelong customer from here on out!

We needed quick replacement eyeglasses for my son, who broke his spare pair. The optician at Eyemart Express sat down with us and explained available options in a relaxed and clear manner. He also told us about the current online promotion they had without being asked, which saved us a lot. We had two new pairs of eyeglasses in 39 minutes after we made our selections and paid, just a little over an hour from the time we walked in the door.

This place has excellent service! The doctor was wonderful and explains every detail to you down to showing you all your visuals of your eyes that was taken. Today, I purchased prescription lenses for my Burberry sunglasses. Roscoe, the manager gave me the ultimate treatment and he is very knowledgeable. The lenses were completed in 45 minutes! They are polarized and the quality of the lenses are amazing, I am very pleased with the outcome. I will be taking my other sunglasses there to get new lenses. Simply awesome! I cant tell you the level of service that I was given in the fullest detail because it was that much. The attention to the smallest thing that could benefit me without feeling pressured to spend extra money and even when I had a decision on which frames to go with, they chose to talk to me about what I liked and what look good and what did the best for me. And when it comes down to the frames, for being such a small store it has the largest selection of colors and styles that I have ever seen in town. Its not the same as the other places with a bunch of boring similar monotone frames. The prices are right on point and be on the lookout for any deals that they throw out because theyre always willing and make a good deal even better. They have an on-site lab and for people like us that have glasses, you know that being able to at least get one pair of replacement glasses can mean all the difference in the world! With all of that being said, I highly recommend this place and have even put them on one of my list of places you got to go to. 10/10 recommend! I had two lovely ladies helping me, Dri and another girl who’s name I’ve sadly forgotten. Started with an E. They both were absolute sweethearts, and just real people. They were genuinely trying to help not just make a sale, even chatted some with me.I have a very high prescription and specific requirements for my glasses, and they were super attentive to that fact, and helped suggest brands that had more shapes I’d need.And the PRICES, oh my god. I need polycarbonate lenses, which typically cost a lot more. I walked out of there only spending $110. My current pair was over $500. I was floored.I absolutely recommend them. I definitely plan to go back. Soon probably! She showed me the cost of prescription sunglasses (of which I’ve never had) while I was there and I definitely plan to come back for them

I walk in, and was greeted by Noel who directed me to all areas of the store, with great knowledge helped me without being pushy, with the help also with Jose, I chose my lense to suit my needs, my glasses were complete within an hour, they also gave me a pair of readers at no charge . I had the BEST experience here.. Dri was my salesperson. I was specifically looking to find a less expensive option to my Gucci’s which I purchased at Costco.. the lenses completely deteriorated in just 2 years. Dri found the frames that were a 95 percent match. I was in at 4:30 on a Saturday and got my glasses by noon on Monday. I have been wearing progressives for 7 plus years and the glasses came out perfectly. Thanks to Dri and Jose (eye Dr)!I will recommend to everyone!!

My prescription sunglasses had broken a wing off and much to my dismay, the establishment that I had purchased them wasn’t willing to repair them without full replacement cost and buying another frame that was similar. I went to Eyemart asking if they could help, and was met by a very helpful young man. He suggested I try to find my exact frame on line and said he’d be more than happy to pop my lens in for me. Well, I did find my frame online at a fraction of the original cost, and yesterday, Jose and Roscoe could not have been more helpful. As promised, Jose popped my lenses in, and I have established a new place to go for all my eye and eyewear needs. My experience was stellar and I highly recommend Eyemart. Amazing customer service.

Wonderful people. Needed glasses for golf and night driving. Noel and Roscoe spent 30 minutes helping us figure out whats best. Ended up with line bifocals with the line closer to the bottom so as not to interfere while looking down at the golf ball.

My husband and I went to Eyemart Express a couple of weeks ago to try and get a pair of glasses for me. We were met immediately by Roscoe Reid. He explained the deals that were going on which I had seen online. He let me browse by myself for a little bit, but I think he noticed I really wasn’t finding what felt right.Roscoe looked at me and my crooked purple glasses; which I had enjoyed for quite a time. He immediately picked up a pair of brown tortoise shell glasses said try these and that was IT!!! I’ve never been able to find glasses that fast, even with my husband helping me!I loved the frames immediately! SOLD!Then he picked out sunglasses 🕶 for me the same way. I’m in love with both pair!My husband went back the following week and Roscoe was there again with his magic touch!!! He also left with 2pair. We are both completely satisfied, not just with our glasses but Especially with Mr Reid. He made us feel completely comfortable during the entire transactions. Dr phan is awesome a real knowledgeable dr gave me all the information needed to make my Rx choices easy...ROS the general store manager and his staff are the best in town. You can tell the moment you walk ROS loves what he does and is a wealth of information. They help me choose what fitted and works with my features. Not toward the most expensive frames like the cold and pushy salespeople youll find at some other place. 11 out of 10

Roscoe and Noel did great! They were both very personable and helpful. He fixed my glasses no problems asked. And Noel picked the perfect pair for me. I always have trouble finding a good pair but she knew the exact ones to get.

If you want to meet one of the nicest group of folks that are doing EVERYTHING right in regards to the CDC guidelines, this is your location! Roscoe Reid is the General Manager and just a gem of a guy...why then the one star review? I bought my glasses on a saturday 9/12 and had contacts in and didnt try them on in the store and opted to wait until I got home where I could take my contacts out. The Glasses were done in under 2 hours from the time I went in the store until the time I left with them (I thought that was GREAT!) When I got home and tried them I couldnt get the right eye to focus. I called Roscoe and he assured me he has his best guy there today and he encouraged me to wear them for a few days and see if I get use to them and if not, go see my Doctor to see if my script is wrong. I couldnt wear the glasses for a few days as he asked because everything was blurry. So, I left for business out of town for the week and went to my Doctor the following saturday. My Doctor couldnt believe it when he checked them, my script is for -3.00 in my right eye and the glasses were -2.00. I went back to eyemart express on 9/19 and explained this to Roscoe and told him his guy screwed-up and I need it fixed. (He had his guy look at the glasses and Roscoe admitted it was their fault and that they did the glasses at -2.00) I left my glasses with him and went and did some shopping and ate lunch and came back about 2 hours later. When I got there Roscoe said They arent done yet, I didnt text or call you! I said okay, Ill wait. A short time later he told me that they are really busy with other customers and Id have to come back Monday to get them. I explained that I work out of town and wont be back until 9/26. He then said, Ill go back and help him (the guy doing the glasses) get caught up and well get you taken care of. So, we came back at 4:45 (they close at 5) and I was so upset that I didnt want to go in because I fully expected my glasses wouldnt be ready and I know I wouldnt NOT be nice at that point. So I sent my wife in and Roscoe said that they didnt have time to get to my glasses. I hope someone from Eyemart reads this review....and to you I say, Roscoe is a great person but apparently a horrible manager! Or, are my expectations to high to expect that because they screwed up I would get my glasses back correctly and in 2 hours or less like I originally did. I expect that I would have been placed in front of others waiting while the fix that one lens...if that expectation is to high, I welcome anyone to comment and explain why or how I am wrong. By the way, we demanded and got our money back and now when I get back in town next Saturday, Ill have to go shopping for glasses and it wont be at Eyemart Express (ever again).
