The staff at Pearle Vision is amazing. Both my spouse and I were able to pick out glasses with the wonderful assistance of the knowledgeable staff. We also saw Dr Chan for an eye exam and she was kind and very detailed with her exam. She really took the time with us. Everyone was wonderful. They were a little behind due to the hurricane Elsa that passed. They were getting everyone taken care of prompt and fast. Dr. Chan was very knowledgeable and explained step by step. Not to many day there after I received my glasses and they were perfect. See pic.

Geraldo went above and beyond giving my husband and I a great customer service, took his time giving us feedback on different frames, i’ll admit I’m a little difficult went it comes to frames, this was my third place and he successfully explain to me in details the frames that were best to get and why. My grandmother needed new eyeglasses and a new prescription placed in her Tiffany sunglasses. The staff was very pleasant from the moment we walked in, and the owner came out to personally help us find the right pair of frames for her. They were very accommodating in purchasing the new frames as well as replacing the old lenses in her previous sunglasses. I would highly recommend this location to anyone, especially those that need personalized help!

Dr Chan is a wonderful optometrist who was kind, patient, very very informative, and always told me exactly what she was doing at the time. She is very professional and so is all her staff. I was well cared for in both my eye exam as well as in a minor surgical procedure. The office is very clean, and they all wear masks to keep patients and themselves safe. I would highly recommend her to everyone.

The staff of this store is terrific! I went in for glasses repair, was greeted immediately, they took my broken glasses and went to work at fixing them. While waiting, the manager and other staff asked if i was being helped. My glasses were fixed at no charge. When I need new glasses, I will definitely come back here. Best Pearl Vision store I have been to.

We are very pleased with our experience at Pearle Vision in Fort Myers. They take health and safety concerns seriously. Masks were required and worn by staff. Surfaces and frames were disinfected after each touch. We felt very safe. Pearle Vision kindly accepted our insurance. The best part is the patience and professionalism Deseree and Gerald kindly displayed while working with us. Gerald made wonderful suggestions as we browsed the large selection of frames. From the expeditious check in process handled by the very polite and professional Desiree, to the exam conducted by the very informative, very knowledgeable, very good Doctor Chan, to the smooth checkout process with Gerald, this operation is first class. The high definition quality of our progression focal and light transition lenses are second to none. They may not be the cheapest glasses you can find, but you get what you pay for. I have had many pairs of glasses made from many places as we have traveled the USA and these are by far the best lenses I have ever had! Dr. Chan helped me with my dry eyes and then Iris, Eric and Christian ensured that we had amazing vision with stylish frames that fit perfectly. If you are looking for a new eye care center to treat you like you are the only pair of eyes that they care about, then this place is for you. The first thing to be noticed is the amazing smiles and the incredible customer service as soon as you walk in. I have never had an experience where a doctor has been more thorough and fully considerate of finding the sharpest prescription possible. The hardest part of a eye doctor appointment for me is finding a pair of glasses that I am comfortable in and I must have gone through their whole selection within my budget (and they have a great selection for every budget). I tried on so many pairs and I was guided through it the whole way with so many positive opinions. I finally found a pair that i’m comfortable in and so excited for!!! First time here! Dr. Chen is amazing. I was her last appointment of the day on a Friday/holiday (Valentines Day) and she took her time with me. She explained everything and answered all of my questions. Ive never needed glasses up until now and so I had a lot of questions. She is super friendly and cares about her patients. I felt totally comfortable. Christian helped me to pick out my very first pair of glasses. There were alot of options to choose from. He took his time to find the best fit and gave me honest advice about the look of the frames. Thank you to Pearle Vision! I look forward to getting my new glasses.

This was the first time I went to Pearle Vision for glasses and I dont regret it. The eye exam went well and they have so many frame selections to choose from. This location gave me the best price compared to their competitors in the area who were eager to overcharge me. Eric made sure that I got the best lens and was so patient explaining the different lens that were available for my prescription. I picked up my glasses from Iris today and I can already see that I will be back in the future.

Efficient and plesant service. Even though I arrived early I was seen right away. When it came to selection of frames, the staff was great with offering suggestions and even gave very frank opinions on selections. My glasses were ready in a week and I couldnt be more pleased! I would recommend this service to anyone who is serious about getting their vision right! And Im especially excited that they will have an office in Cape Coral, very near my home. Because it will make adjustments, if needed, much more convenient.

Im a snowbird in Florida and my glasses broke. This store was the best experience that I could have had. From the beginning Dr. Chan was very thorough and helped my with my new script. Eric, Iris and Christian all helped me with my selection, and answered all of my questions. Very professional and easy to work with.I will go back again.

Excellent customer Service! Eric and Annie were beyond helpful to my husband and family. Bringing two young kids anywhere can be stressful, but the staff at Pearl Vision made us feel like we were visiting family! They are so knowledgeable and clearly passionate about what they do. We never felt rushed even when our girls were running around trying on everything they could touch. We will definitely come to this location for anything eye related from now on. I had the absolute pleasure of going into Pearl today for my daughter who has special needs. K was soooo upset she broke her glasses. It is not easy to find providers who know how to interact with children with challenges. Well I can say with my whole heart we found our new place to get our eye care. The Dr was AMAZING with K and the whole staff made her feel so welcomed and cared for. They took extra time to find the perfect pair of glasses. K said she cannot wait until they are ready to pick up!!! Anyone who has a child with a challenge knows how challenging it can be to have them go to a dr.a much less want to go back!! K knew she was with people who genuinely cared about her. K has been so anxious with all the fear of COVID but not today! K felt like she was safe with her new found friends. I left feeling so happy and totally at ease due to all the extra precautions they take. I walked into an eyeglass store and left with so much more than a great exam and pair of glasses. We are so happy!

Dr. Toomey is best she is very knowledgeable of the eye, during my exam she pointed out my allergies without me mentioning it. Then theres Eric he is also very friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. I came to Florida for a cruise and realized I left my contacts up in Michigan. I immediately called this Pearle Vision location and explained my situation to them and that I needed contacts before leaving. My experience at this location was nothing short of amazing. Eric, the manager, and all the other staff members I encountered were extremely friendly and accommodating. Not only did they help me out immediately but they made sure to give me an extra pair in case something happened while I was on the cruise and offered to get a case for me if I didn’t have one (luckily I did). I highly recommend this Pearle Vision to anyone who wants incredible customer service along with quality eye care.
