Dr. Patel and her team were amazing. From the front desk, to picking out my frames these guys are amazing at making you feel right at home. Will definitely make this practice my primary place to go!

Friendly staff from the front desk, to Michelle to Jeff. As a new patient, Dr. Middaugh took plenty of time with me to get to know me prior to my exam, which was thorough. Family friendly atmosphere. Overall great experience.

Really thought I had found a great eye center. Dr. Patel is extremely thorough. Explains everything well and seems to genuinely care about her patients. Extremely happy with her as my dr. After my prescription changed, I went through the process for new glasses. Picked out my frames, agreed to almost everything they offered. The price came back pretty high even with my insurance. I told the girl that helped me I would order them later. She said no problem, she had everything written down and to just let her know when I was ready. All around a very good experience. I went in this morning, s few months later, to order them. The information was NOT written down! Just the prices of everything. They had no clue what we had talked about. The girl I originally talked to wasnt there and was told that it was unlikely she would remember what I wanted anyway. So I wasted two hours picking out frames originally and then another hour today going in to order them. Needless to say I did not and will not be ordering glasses here. I would like to keep Dr. Patel as my doctor but I will never be ordering glasses from them. Not to mention the lady I talked to this morning concerning my glasses wasnt very pleasant. Felt like I was bothering her. And for all this, no one even offered an apology. I highly recommend this place for your eye care, not so much when it comes to needing your glasses.

Dr. Brown is great! Had an emergency with my child and needed to make sure it wasn’t a vision issue, was able to get into the office same day and they were great!

Also, my wait time was less than five (5) minutes!!!!! I can’t believe I didn’t find this practice earlier. I highly recommend Dr. Middaugh.

Really impressed with Dr Martinez and his entire staff here. They really take precautions for sanitizing the equipment, the frames, exam chairs,, etc. His assistant Stephanie was friendly, excellent, thorough, cleaned everything, and explained things going along.I highly recommend getting the refraction test and your eyes dilated. Their office has the most updated equipment and tests for many different eye conditions. The doctor detected something going on in the back of my my left eye after i had the refraction test.. He also helped get my contact lenses prescription updated, which was too strong for both of my eyes.The optometrist helped me find a really nice eyeglass frame and explained my options with lenses, transitions and other features for the best eyeglass experience. I.m Going back in a week to have the new contacts rechecked and ordered hopefully. Highly recommend going here!

Ive been going to Fort Myers Eye Center for about a year now and thats where I met my Optometrist Dr. Brad Middaugh. When you first walk in you are greeted with welcoming smiles. The Office itself is very clean and well put together. They are up to date with the latest eye wear and eye scanning machine that can detect whether or not you have a problem with your eyes.I feel very welcomed when I go to my appointments. I look forward to seeing Dr. Middaugh not only for the care of my eyes but also for the nice friendly talks with him.If your looking for an Optometrist then Dr. Middaugh is your guy! This place was simply amazing. The woman who checked me in was so kind. The woman who got my initial exam was kind as well and really helped ease my anxiety about having my first eye exam ever. And the woman who helped get me my first pair of glasses was amazing. She actually picked out my pair for me. She went above and beyond and picked out so many styles for me to try. I loved them all and am shocked that she was the one to pick out my first ever pair. Its like she knew me! I wish I knew all these ladies names to give them shout outs. And Dr Middaugh is one if the best doctors Ive had a pleasure of seeing. Again this was my first eye exam and he made sure to explain everything before it happened. What Ive noticed is that my favorite doctors all have a sense of humor, and he made me laugh the whole visit. By the time it came to dilate my eyes, which I was extremely anxious over initially, I had ZERO anxiety. One if my favorite doctors by far. Him and his staff will not let you down. I needed prompt attention while here on vacation. Ms Stephanie and Dr Martinez took care of my eye and were most professional and effective. Dr Martinez is both well schooled and experienced. I will see him one more time next week before returning home for surgery.

I took my two girls there after a recommendation. I was tired of going to eye doctors to only be disappointed by the wait and lack of care. We saw Dr. Martinez and he was excellent. He took his time and listened to our concerns. The office staff are really nice. Great friendly athmosphere.

Dr. Martinez is wonderful. Hes a good listener, thorough and an intelligent doctor. Also, I was able to get in for an appointment for an eye exam on a Saturday which is amazing if you have a tough time getting off of work. Unfortunately the weekend appts are only for routine eye exams and I have to schedule for a weekday to see him for follow-up. Otherwise, great experience. Dr. Martinez is highly recommended!!!

Never had an eye exam done before. Everyone took the time to explain everything that was going to happen and what each procedure is and what and why they do it. Would reccomend everyone to go here. Will return anytime I need anything else.

Very nice staff. The place is never overcrowded. This is my first eye-doctor and where I got my first pair of glasses (shown in my account picture).

I decided to bring my son here, for his first eye doctor appointment, based solely on the reviews I read here.. and Im glad I did! First, I will mention that we went on a holiday which already had me thinking that there would be a long wait due to school being out, but that wasnt the case, he was seen in a matter of minutes after completing the new patient paperwork. The employees are very friendly and I especially liked how the Doctor took a few minutes to get to know my son before proceeding with the exam. Everyone there is super friendly and helpful and I plan on returning when Im due next year for an eye exam for myself. I cant say enough wonderful things about this practice.
