The aids are great. I like them. They are compact and cant do without them. First thing i do in the morning and wear all day. Sounds are good!

Miracle Ear is amazing! From the moment I walked in, I was made to fell very welcome. Their front office girl named Taylor was very kind and courteous. My hearing aid Specialist, Nancy, asked a few question and then did the hearing test. I was fitted with new hearing aids very promptly and efficiently. Any time I have a question or problem, all I have to do is call and they help me either on the phone or I can usually be seen the same day or the following day.I highly recommend this amazing company, and their excellent staff 👍

The walls are yellow.We have always been pleased at Fort Myers Miracle Ear with friendly, professional service. The office is clean, neat and welcoming. Also, we like access to a glass of water, cup of coffee and a cookie. We like your people, too.

The service I receive at the Ft Myers location is patient and understanding. I know I can always bring my instruments in and get any issues resolved.

Great atmosphere, very friendly and patient people. Very informative. Even when I asked dumb questions. Learned more in 30 minutes, than I expected. The staff at this particular Miracle Ear was wonderful. I took a 93 year old friend of mine and they were patient and kind. This despite her bad attitude (frustration at her inability to hear ANYTHING). They plodded on and though she insists it isnt working (she only has 5 percent hearing in one ear, totally deaf in the other) she is now talking to the kids on the phone and playing bingo and cards again. Very pleased with this experience and amazed they had a product that could help her

Hi. I started teaching college and needed tweaking done for my hearing aids to filter out background noise that was affecting my hearing aid performance at work. Nancy tested my hearing aids and realized that they were not paired correctly to my phone app. I recently got a new phone sa the hearing aids hadnt properly paired.
