This is a amazing place! My experience here was wonderful! The Dr was very pleasant and knowledgeable and he helped me with my hearing aid the microphone wasnt working and he got it to work for me and now I can hear again! Im so happy! I am going to buy a new hearing aid from here since my current Starkey hearing aid is 6 years old and I am so looking forward to getting this done here! Thank you so much for caring and helping me today! I recommend hearing works!!!

Great, caring service. When it was time for my dad to purchase new hearing aids, we decided to stay with Rodrigo who already knew my dad’s hearing issues. No reason to look elsewhere for new aids. The office is friendly and very efficient.

Dr Ostolaza reprogrammed my restaurant setting on Thrive to reduce background noise. She was extremely knowledgeable patient and professional and possessed excellent interpersonal and communication skills. When I went out to dinner last evening the background noise was substantially reduced. In short she did a great job.

I initially consulted my primary physician on the high pitch sound I was experiencing in both my ears. In order to assist in his diagnosis and treatment, my doctor provided me a referral to obtain a hearing test. I contacted my health insurance provider to obtain authorization for the hearing test and providers in their network.After a lengthy review, I choose Hearing Works. I called for an appointment and spoke to a very pleasant company representative who scheduled my appointment. She also informed of the documents that I would have to fill out and asked if I would arrive shortly before my scheduled appointment.Upon my arrival, I received a patient questionnaire to complete from the same company representative that I spoke to on the phone. She had clearly marked the areas on the forms where I needed to fill in the needed information. I was a little apprehensive since I had not had a hearing test since I entered the U.S. Army in 1980, but she definitely made me feel at ease.Within 5 - 10 minutes of my arrival, the hearing specialist Rodrigo came out to the waiting room, introduced himself and brought me back to the examination room.For over an hour, Rodrigo performed an array of hearing tests. His vast technical knowledge and experience were evident as he conducted these tests.Throughout these tests, Rodrigo made sure that I understood the test requirement through his use of clear and concise instructions.After all the tests were completed, he uploaded my data and reviewed the results on a large TV monitor. As he discussed the results, I often asked questions which were easily answered.More importantly, these comprehensive results will enable my primary physician to begin to ascertain the potential cause for the high pitch noise in both my ears.Rodrigo is very amiable and a delightful conversationalist, which made visiting his office a pleasurable experience. Upon checking out, I already made my next follow up appointment.If you are experiencing a hearing issue or just need a hearing test, I highly recommend obtaining an appointment with Rodrigo.

I am not comfortable yet with the hearing aids. They are very uncomfortable right now but I think I will get use to them. The staff is great, very helpful and very patient with me.

MY HEARING AIDS WERE NOT FUNCTIONING PROPERLY AND THAT IS A SOURCE OF PANIC AND FRUSTRATION FOR ME.ROD WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL. WE DECIDED ON A HEARING EVALUATION TEST, THAT WAS A GREAT IDEA. FROM THERE HE CLEANED AND RAN AN UPDATE. AFTER THAT, HE CONTINUED ON TO THE BEST PROGRAMING OF THESE DEVISES THAT IVE EVER HAD. I AM SO GREATFUL FOR, NOT ONLY HEARING AGAIN, BUT HEARING EVEN BETTER. MY EXPECTATIONS WERE EXCEEDED. THE YEAR LONG MAINTANECE PLAN WAS A LOGICAL MOVE FOR ME. I WILL SEE HIM AGAIN IN JANUARY AND THEN IN APRIL, COTS COVERED BY THE PLAN.VERY HAPPY NOW.

Dr. Uribe and Susan are great! They are both very welcoming and make you feel at ease. Dr. Uribe is very intelligent and takes the time to answer all of your questions and makes sure you fully understand all of your treatment options. Susan, is the best! She called to confirm an appointment and I told her of a problem that I was having. No one was in the office that day but she told me to stop by and she would see if she could help. Well, Susan saved the day because my hearing aid needed a new receiver on it that was ready to fall off. A+ Susan. Thank you for your help!

Staff is professional, polite, and efficient. Rodrigo is knowledgeable, thorough, and helpful. He knows his products and how to apply and adjust them, and he listens to me. Very pleasant guy.

My hearing aids are working really great. At first we had a very difficult time getting the aids to connect with the Thrive app. Once got past that problem things are working well. Rodrigo has been very patient with my lack of technical expertise. I am hearing much better and very thankful.

Our experience has been excellent with technicians and office staff. However, you really do need a good IT person to fix your website and other IT problems.
