This place is horrible! I wanted to switch from them a year ago but they said I couldnt because we were in a donut hole! I called there last Tuesday 2/18/2020 the person on the phone said they would deliver on 2/20/2020. Well today is 2/25/2020 and my mother has been completely out of oxygen for 2 days now. Shes in assisted living and has to stay in her room. The facility dont want to deliver her meals to the room! So how do they expect her to get her meals with out oxygen!

Only reason Im even taking the time to do this is so maybe others dont waste their time when looking for supplies. I called and was told they dont sell supplies, you need a doctor. Ive had my machine for years, currently am uninsured and just wanted to buy the gel insert for my perfectly fine mask other than that. I havent even had that part very long just ripped the side a little bit.

Needed new cp machine . Told me I needed script from doctor . They got it and said it was good and it was being processed . As I’m falling asleep at work I call them back ., they tell me they need prove machine is broken. When where they going to call me, never did thanks for nothing

Spoke a a very rude person said her name was Debbie Holloman believe it was a manager or supervisor for this company I would never go see this company or call them again for any services
