Went into this store to see just what they had available. Jennifer was very helpful and we ended up purchasing a scooter for my husband. He needed a scooter and they had exactly what he wanted. It will be delivered and set up for us. Helpful friendly staff. We had called a couple other stores and they just said they weren’t open to the public so I remembered seeing this store and am I ever glad we shopped there. Any medical equipment you would want I would suggest you shop there.
Lovely store. Super friendly staff, very knowledgeable and helpful. I have been shopping here for decades, first for my nana, then my mom, and now for me. They always have new helpful items. Great selection of lift chairs, free delivery. So many other items as well from bath aids, braces, cushions, canes, walkers other mobility devices, portable oxygen and so much more. See the photos.
Dont know what happened to my review. I bought a nice heavy duty rollator chair last year. They were very helpful and instructive.
First time I went there.....first Time I had to use a store like this......I need to wear compression stockings and have the hardest time to get them on....so I was looking for an Aid and called the Store first to see if they carry something like this. I was told they do and they do even have different options. When I showed up I was greeted nicely and the young woman who helped me was very nice and attentive.....she explained the different options to me and could answer all my questions I had. When she didnt know something, which was only one time, she admitted not having an answer for me and we where able to figure it out together. It was a great experience for me and I recommend the Store.
I took my Godmother there.....she needed help with several items....nobody had a mask on... seem like nobody was worried about the health of others and it was very hard to get personalized help. Were all joking around with each other while we were sitting there waiting for someone to help us.

They were were great at this store. We had excellent service in store, the delivery was great and they handled a return with no issues or questions (yes we had our receipt!). A physical therapist recommended them to us for myAunt. And we are very pleased.
Called to get price on an air cast and was told $99. When I got there the price on the boot was $199. Same man told me that $99 is after insurance. Then when I asked if my daughter could try one on he said no. How would I know if she needed a medium or small? So I told him goodbye. Not giving this man with a condescending attitude and bad customer service my business neither should you
I purchased medical equipment from the Fort Myers location in preparation for my upcoming knee replacement surgery. Im writing the review here because it was a Naples employee who waited on me in the Fort Myers location. I purchased $250 worth of equipment and voiced my uncertainty as to the need of all the equipment to Jacob Jake my salesperson. I was assured by Jake that I would be able to return any unused equipment if I should decide I didnt need it.Fast-forward two weeks later, I walk into the Fort Myers store to return one of the items and Jake isnt there and I am told that they cannot accept the merchandise. The manager in Fort Myers, Bill stated that that was not his policy and Jake was a Naples employee . I was directed to call the Naples store. I called the Naples manager Melissa and I was told that because it wasnt purchased in her store she cant do anything about it even though Jake is her employee. Ive then called Bill back again to voice my displeasure with this decision. Bill stated that if it had been a day or two he couldve accepted the return but given that it was two weeks he could not because its a sanitary issue.Somehow in Bills mind it is completely safe to accept something back within two days and no one would have urinated or defecated in it but after two weeks then it surely has been used. With that said, who knows if I purchased a commode that had been returned within the magic two-day time period. Hmmm...I would not do business with this company. The customer service is beyond poor. You do not allow an employee to make a guarantee and then not stand behind it.
I needed EMT type of supplies. I was able to buy everything I needed, all of which the chain drug stores didn’t carry.
They are fully stocked with items of all kinds. Everything that you might need and the staff is really very helpful in all ways. This will be where I come from now on for all of my medical needs and I took card so that I can recommend it to others.
I have just recently had to start wearing compression stockings for lymphedema. They are a tight compression and having to put the stockings on in the morning to get dressed for work has been quite challenging so I went there for a stocking donner. Tina went above and beyond in showing me how to use the donner and helped me put the stockings on. She was so patient. I cannot thank her enough for her help. Because of her assistance I am not stressed anymore in the morning getting ready for work.
Told my parents “The dog has to go” didn’t even ask if he was a service dog. WHICH HE IS! Also didn’t really help what so ever. I was asking a question and half way through it the employee started ignoring me. Will never go there again.
I would not order through them. I tried to order a knee scooter through them via phone, and they would not give me an order confirmation #, nor confirm my order through email, nor tell when when it was going to be shipped. I gave up, bought it through someone else, told them to cancel my order - and then they charged my credit card (after I cancelled the order). I never received notification of my order or that it was going to be shipped. I had to have my credit card dispute the charge. What a nightmare to deal with. Stay away from this company.
