This company almost put me back into the hospital with asthma. My doctor ordered a nebulizer to be delivered that day. It hadn’t arrived by 4pm so I called and was told they were waiting for info from my doctor. Called the doctor who denied this. Called the next morning and was told it was on the way. Of course no unit arrived, so I called again in the afternoon. I was put on hold for over 7 minutes and then was disconnected. Called back to get a recording saying they were closed until Tuesday. It is now 7 full days since the order was placed and I have no unit and and received no phone calls. Luckily I was able to borrow a unit from a friend. This company’s behavior is criminal. I am also filing a complaint with AARP.

I have been having this medical supplies company since November 2020, and it has been a pleasure everything related to them, the first time when the Specialist Equipment Tech Darla Smith showed me how it would be and how the cpac machine would work, she was extremely professional and kind to me. Anything that has to be arrange by phone call is perfect too. Their customer service is outstanding!!! Thanks for everything !

I have been trying to get them to pickup their equipment since last month. All I get is, someone will call you back with a pickup time and day. Im a snowbird, leaving next week. Hope they pickup by Weds. or they will have to wait until fall. So far 5 calls and wait forever.....Over it.

I have been trying for a week to return my husband’s oxygen who passed away. We are in an RV park and I have called 5 times and each time saying they would have someone call me to pick up. I am trying to leave for home for his funeral and no one will even call me back to schedule a pickup date. The last person I talked to was very rude because she gave me an address that wasn’t ours so. I spelled our last name and she said I can spell you don’t need to be so nasty (which I didn’t think I was) she was going to hang up on me. I was trying to just explain my problem and she again said she was going to hang up so I hung up on her. I then called the headquarters and I still have not heard anything from them. I guess if they are not picked up by 10 am tomorrow I will set out by the curb.

Renting portable concentrator. Supplied only 1 battery. Told by man that delivered that’s all you get is one. The battery would drain even when unit turned off. Requested service. Told by serviceman he didn’t know cause perhaps a bad battery and he replaced. Replacement does same. With a full charge battery lasts less than 2 hours which is insufficient, after that time frame, unit must be plugged in to use it or battery replaced of which no extra were supplied. Once plugged in, it is no longer a portable unit. I call and call multiple numbers for Lincare and either no one answers or it goes to voicemail mail and I don’t get a response. The one time I got through I waited 20 minutes for someone to pickup. I had all sorts of problems getting this unit and a non portable unit for the house. It took over a month before units were supplied. Fortunately we had access to a used concentrator while waiting for delivery or the consequence could have caused hospitalization or worse. My next step is to contact another supplier of oxygen equipment if my needs continue to be unmet.

Lincare provided great service! My Grandmothers oxygen concentrator was giving us trouble and they came out in an hour to help. The two service people were very kind and they replaced it super quick and explained everything to me about the newer model. Very caring and knowledgeable.

I have been waiting a month for someone to contact me about ordering a new CPAP. I even had my doctors office try and call. Do not use this company. You can not reach anyone on the phone and nobody returns phone calls. I hope they can breath at night.

This fort Myers location is unbelievable rude and unprofessional. Shannon is the worst customer service that I have EVER WITNESSED she made my wife cry by screaming over the phone at her. FIND A DIFFERENT COMPANY

Too many mistakes made by them. I ordered supplies on 6/25 and my delivery day is the next day. I never get my order so I called today 7/6 and find out they didnt deliver because of the holiday. So I asked them to check my order but they could not find one. No one wrote it down and never told me they were not delivering. They had no record of the order. Many other orders have been messed up and mismanaged.

This company is the worst! My doctor put in a script for a portable oxygen concentrator with 2 batteries. I was told by Lincare that they consider a portable oxygen concentrator a LUXURY and would only give me one battery even though my doctor requested and the insurance said they would pay for 2. Lincare thinks they are God! Stay away from this company!

My grandma comes down to the Fort Myers area every year, and our experience with this Lincare office is terrible. She is from Ohio there and the office there helps her in what ways they can and are courteous, but here, it is very hard to get ahold of anyone, and they basically forget about her and her orders, often not delivering. They say they will call her back but they rarely do, when we have got ahold of them they are often rude to her. I understand if they are busy, but that does not excuse some of the behavior I have witnessed. We basically have to contact the Ohio office and have them call the Fort Myers office to get their attention. I will be looking for a different place to contact.

Hard to get anyone on the phone, both locally and corporately. Their service tech that typically comes out is impatient and semi rude to my 90 year old mother. This past weekend her portable oxygen would not charge, effectively keeping her prisoner in her room. She was unable to go to her dining room for her meals, she was unable to go to her husbands grave on his first birthday of his passing, causing her undue stress. We called and called the emergency number and as soon as we pressed 1 as prompted, it hung up on us. When we called this morning, they said that their phone system was down! An oxygen company!!! Wow! They were not very sympathetic to the situation and said someone would be out later in the afternoon. I then spoke to a supervisor who said they would come out this morning to pick up the machine to see what was going on. I would NOT recommend this company. EVER! To Anyone!

Ive never seen such a messed up system! They had me sign a bunch of documents on an iPad but have never given a copy of what I signed. They have billed my credit card but cannot produce an invoice to tell me what I paid for. They have no record of giving me one piece of equipment that they did deliver. I have returned the equipment as we dont need it any more and I hope we never need to do business with them again!

The company continues to bill Medicare for an oxygen Concentrator that has been returned. This was not discovered until many months after the return was made. I have informed the CEO of the month it was returned.The company refuses to stop this billing unless I can provide the receipt. A receipt was written but I do not have my copy. They should be able to easily find the return records. This is a ripoff on Medicare in my name. Their billing department seems to get your insurance information and bills Medicare without concern for honesty or integrity.

WOW My oxygen house unit quit working at 9 PM and I called and got the answering company and they answered on the first ring. The man on call contacted me immediately and came right out to Lehigh in the storm. He fixed my machine and left the tubing I need to make it all work. He was so happy and helpful at that time of night. I told him I was so worry bringing him out in this weather late at night. He replied it was his job and he was glad to do it. I dont even know where to start with my unhappiness here. But this should give you a hint: my doctor said use anybody else that you can. I have left at least 10 un-returned phone calls over 3 months RUN AWAY

They do not acknowledge you when you walk in, they are unprofessional and lazy. God forbid you call with a question that entails them looking in your chart or calling your Dr. They dont want to make the effort to do either. They dont call you back when they say they will. Its quite shocking that they are even still in business. We had much better luck/professionalism with the oxygen place on Tamiami Trl (41) near Andrea Lane.

Were from out of town and lost a part of the c-pap machine, this store came up as the closest on a Google search. Went in and a man came out and asked what we needed, told him our story and asked if we could buy the part, said no, asked if he knew where we could get one, said no, were closed and I dont know anything about these things, maybe you can come back when were open. Very rude and unhelpful.
