Ashley is absolutely amazing every time I have a question she answers it all! Always ready to take care of the clients! Very personable and lovely to talk to while waiting for appointment ( I’m always 20mins or so early for my appointment)! She showed me the new colored lashes while chatting and helped me decide on dark blue and i love them!I see Jaidyn for my lash extensions and she has been the absolute best lash person Iv ever had! she’s gentle and quick, she transitioned me in one fill appointment from a long wispy doe eye look to a little shorter full and fluffy cat eye and man was I impressed!This lash lounge has a wonderful team and I’m so sad we’re moving because of how excellent they are not only with the lashes but the care of there clients, the atmosphere is amazing here couldn’t recommend this place more!

I decided to start the Lash extension on my self. I booked an appointment and and had Jackie as my lash tech. Now its been 2 months 4 visits and I absolutely love it.Jackie is awsome, does amazing work. Very professional and super friendly.I decided after the 4th visit to sign up for the membership. Well worth it

I didn’t get my lashes done there but I did go into buy product from them. I bought the lash cleanser with the brush that’s used also bought special block liquid eyeliner and I bought a lash bonder which is supposed to help your lash adhesive last longer. When I got home I couldn’t find the lash bonder so I called them and they just graciously replaced it for me. The girls are very helpful and very nice the place is beautiful and very clean.

Everyone is very personable. Felt very comfortable and welcomed. The different types of options were explained very well and I didnt feel rushed on making a decision. Also very happy with the the results. Impressed with how Ashley and Sofia make you feel like a long time friend and valuable client all at the same time. Owner or manager was also there she too was very warm and inviting.

The employee Rebecca did a great job! She made me feel comfortable and was very sweet. I love my lashes!

She did a fantastic job! my lashes look great & natural, just what I asked for. The salon is very clean the receptionist is very welcoming. I signed up for the membership package.

I am very satisfied with my lashes. I got a full set of classic natural lashes by Brittany. She measured my eyelashes and thoroughly went through the consultation of how I wanted my lashes. Brittany did a great job on my lashes and explained the process very carefully. The facility looks brand new with nice new pieces of equipment. The employees were very nice and friendly. Will recommend this place to any of my friends!

Customer service is fabulous. I have worn extensions for 5 years, but this was my first visit to a corporate lash business. I was very comfortable with Sofia and how well she explained everything. The $99/mo membership is totally reasonable, especially considering the quality of their lashes and products to take care of my lashes.Word to the wise; If youre considering trying out the mink lashes for the first time, in comparison to the usual silk lashes, be prepared for the tapered hair to look way more natural and not as thick on the ends like youre used to wearing. It took me a day to adjust to the truly natural look. I think that I will switch back bc the point in wearing extensions is so I dont have to wear mascara. The mink lashes are so lightweight and not as noticeable in my opinion. Im not disappointed, I got exactly what I asked for, a classic natural look. I have been a client with Lash Lounge for about 5 months now. Gabby and Stephanie are always welcoming when they check me in for my appointments. Kim, Jenna and Brittany are so good with cleaning up and filling my lashes with mink lashes for volume. I regularly shed since lashes are hair. I havent had any negative issues or allergic reactions and Im pretty sensitive. Overall, wonderful service and will be a client as long as I can.

I had a really nice stylist, Jenna who was very professional and she explained the whole process of applying Lash extensions to me. She was very knowledgeable about the lashes she would be using on me. She also seemed very concerned about taking care of my natural lashes. Ive never had a lash stylist even mention the care and protection of my lashes. She made me feel very comfortable with the process. I am very happy with the results. She also helped me with the items I would need to take care of my new lashes and explained the value of being a member. I did get a membership and Im really glad I did. Very clean and modern store, relaxing environment and very friendly staff!!This was my first experience ever with fake lashes of any kind. The staff was super friendly and Jenna was my lash stylist. She was very patient with me and explained in detail all my options when it came to lashes. I felt like I was in good hands. She made me feel very comfortable and I enjoyed talking with her while she did my lashes.I chose a classic set with faux mink lashes that were curved dramatically (as I was going for volume and height). Jenna said she would put a little extra glue on my lashes so they would for sure hold and last. At the end of the appointment she let me know I would need a fill in 2 weeks because I would loose 25 lashes in that time (I had 65 on each eye).I left the store feeling great! The lashes looked gorgeous, I was really excited and wanted to take the best care I could. I bought the cleaning solution and applied it regularly, I was super careful and extra gentle, followed every instruction to the T. Not even 4 days later and I lost at least 10 lashes, if not more, from my right eye already. JUST MY RIGHT EYE! (In this picture its on the left)I have my bridal shower this weekend and I am very disappointed how disproportional I look. I called The Lash Lounge and told them what happened, thankfully I have an appointment tomorrow to add a couple lashes in so it doesnt look so bad, but its more money Im going to pay for something that didnt live up to the standards that were set on them.If this is how fake lashes work, I dont think I would spend my money on them again. It was expensive to put them on in the first place and not even a week has gone by and I need to spend more money on more lashes because the first set didnt stay on :(

First time lasher here. I was hesitant at first, but everyone made me feel comfortable. Brittany clarified to me the various styles, material, and fullness of the lashes beforehand. I got the Classic Mink lashes. Afterward, Brittany explained me aftercare instructions and products available. Since I am a first-time lash wearer, I did not get the membership. However, the membership offered is a great deal for someone who wants to maintain their lashes.

I’ve been coming to Rebecca at the Woodward Park location since the summer and I couldn’t be happier! Rebecca is amazing, I can’t recommend her enough! The first few times I came I would listen to a podcast during my fills and straight up fall asleep!! I’m always super relaxed and never have any discomfort or pain. The store is clean and comfortable, I’ve never had to wait, and I’m always greeted with a smile and often by name, too! I have the monthly subscription for classic silk lashes and it’s proven to be such a good deal. I come every two weeks and the time I had to skip an appointment they were able to get me in for a spot fill.

First time, absolute great experience and great employees. Definitely would come again, they have many styles in which can fit you. Highly recommended!

They have such a great promotion going for a full set for $69 I had to try it! I got a volume set for such great price ($69) and membership monthly. I wish my lashes were more Fuller for volume lashes. But now I know what I want so next time I go for fill I can tell them.

Thinking about getting lashes for the first time. However I read all positive comments and responses However there is one negative comment that no one from lash lounge responded to. Makes me wonder if they dont like constructive criticism or they dont like negative comments. However the matter I think as a professional business that “everyone” brags about having good experiences, if a customer is unsatisfied and had to pay extra for what was to be a great job. Then the right thing to do is make it better and respond to her review. Its was her Bridal Shower. I would have been really upset as well. SMH. I am a very picky person and if Im paying for what its call a great professional service I expect it to be that way. With no issues. Not going here.

I’ve never had lashes before and when I saw the great deal they were doing I called and the woman that picked up at the Woodward location was absolutely amazing so sweet and easy to talk to I forgot her name but she got me in an appointment with Brittney 30 minutes later.I got there and the environment was so clean beautiful and calming I was so excited! Brittney came out and greeted me and made me feel so at ease. She talked me through the whole process and helped me pick length and I chose the mink lashes classic!After I was done Brittany gave me the mirror asking how I liked them and if there was any spots I felt needed extra before removing the tape from my bottom lashes and boosting my confidence just super sweet! She gently used a q tip to make sure nothing was stuck to my bottom lashes. she was truly amazing. I bought the kit with the mascara the lash extender and make up remover.When I left I instantly knew I should have gone the valume route. I called back and again the very kind lady at the front answered and told me Brittany was busy but she could get me in with Bridgette at the other location I agreed and went to the riverpark lash lounge the next morning.I walked in same clean beautiful interior and the lady at the front there was very nice also. I explained to her what was going on and Bridgette came out and greeted me. She was not as sweet as Brittany no conversation all business that I would be paying the 119 for volume lashes I explained to her that i would only be paying the difference of the classic to volume so she went to the front desk and came back saying if I got the membership it would be no difference so I agreed that I would do the membership.She starts on my lashes and doesn’t say more then two words the entire session I tried to start a conversation and I felt super awkward. At the end she pulls the tape from my bottom lashes gives me a mirror still no words when I opened my eyes to look my top lash was stuck to the bottom i quickly shut them and told her and she took her fingers and pulled them apart. I gave them a quick glance and gave the mirror back said thank you and walked to the front.I paid for the membership and the girl said I would be paying 20$ I was so confused because I was just told with the membership there is no difference between the classic and volume price but I paid it anyway. The women that were upfront were so sweet I think they might have been a little confused also. They are still not the volume I wanted so I’m a little bummed but I will continue to go to the Woodward park location and I know Brittany will get me exactly where I want! Thank you lash lounge!
