Last year I needed front and back brakes on my vehicle. I am a single mom and live paycheck to paycheck and it was a very emotional experience. Value was not the first garage I went to but it was the last and it was the only one I will go to in the future. They took me right out and showed me exactly what needed to be done and why and they made it within my budget. I went back this year to have my car inspected and once again courteous and professional and $21 for a New York state inspection. A huge relief to me and they are always so professional and so friendly and they dont price gouge. they truly care about the customers that trust them with their vehicle and their family safety. They never finished the alignment on November 17 thThey refuse to finish there workOr get back to matters they ran out of gas for torches.. every day u call they claim the alignment Machine is off ..I would not trust them and at this point am Filing in small claims of matters are not resolved

My husbands car broke down. His muffler fell out of his car and he ran it over. Had it towed over to them. His car needed a muffler system and front brakes. DJ was amazing and so was the staff. They got me in and out the same day at a very very reasonable price. Every time I go there they take very good care of me. They have awesome customer service and great prices. Whatever you’re paying the people that are working for you it’s clearly not enough. I give them 10 stars.

These guys are amazing! Went in for a new CV axle. They did a complete safety check on my car. And Im pretty sure they fixed a few things that needed fixed and didnt charge for it!!! They will definitely be getting my business again when I am ready.

Excellent service. Was told by a competitor that my car would cost over $700 to be fixed. I took it to valu muffler the next day and found that I only need a turning signal bulb for my inspection. Total was $39, including the inspection. During these trying times with no job I found the guys to be very honest and they didnt take advantage of me because I am a woman. Thank you valu muffler.

Took my jeep to get new a/c compressor a year ago. I have no cold air blowing out of my air conditioner. Took my jeep back over 4 times last summer to find out what the problem was and its still not working. Hopefully hell fix it before summer starts this year.

Called to make a car inspection appointment. Dropped my car off. Left...20 minutes later they call to say they dont have inspection stickers. I needed to pick up my car. You didnt know that when I called in the morning. Just upsetting and a waste of time.

Blew out exhaust pipe, need quick fix. They took care of problem at fair price and got me on my way. I would recommend them over Midas or pep boys and many others.

Convinced me too use them for an alignment instead of going to Monroe muffler offered $30 dollar discount. I arrived at 5 the first evening only to find out the alignment was bad at 6 oclock as they locked up shop. Had to return the following morning 8am to have it repaired, AGAIN it was not fixed correctly, three times is a charm we will see what happens sitting here now! If Im not offered some type of compensation, for the three times I had to drive cross town I shant be returning, EVER!

Horrible experience. For them to professional mechanics their work ethics definitely needs alot of work. I was charged almost $1000 for incomplete work. They failed to put nuts, bolts and screws on the parts that were replaced. I had to take my vehicle back a second time which inconvenience me greatly. They did not even apologize or compensate me for something that was totally their fault. I never had a problem with the shop before. I guess this new management needs to be reorientated or replaced.

This place will rip you off as they did to me and you will see no change in your vehicle in what so ever. The guy who who handles transactions is really rude and he actually said to me that they he charge so much because he gotta pay light bills etc. That doesn’t mean you have to rip people off just because you can pay ur bills. Do ur research by calling and asking about parts that you need before going to this place because they will take advantage of you and will ridiculously overcharge you. Worst mechanicals in buffalo ny.

Stay away from them. You go for oil change and they will try their best to find something wrong with your car so that they charge you more. Its nearly impossible to just get what you want, no thats not here, they somehow will charge you more, the manager is also disrespectful. Ill never go there again!!

Almost ripped off, by being lied to about needing a $300.00 part!! Took car elsewhere for sec opinion and passed my inspection. Much thanks to some very rare honesty amgst Repair shops. Unfort, that dosnt exist at Valu on Delaware Ave. They even tried to negotiate the made up charges for a part that dosnt even exist!!!! Beware of Car Crooks that even overcharged me for a State Inspection. Smh

Dont give them ANY business!!! Spent $1,000 on brakes from them and theres STILL a squeaking noise. Went for an inspection, I was charged full price for it for the mechanic to tell me I have to take my car somewhere else because they dont have the proper equipment to complete the job!! Garbage, hole in the wall business. NEVER NEVER NEVER going here again.Replying to the Owners response: We had a 2006 Audi. The shop told us they didnt carry the correct equipment to properly inspect the vehicle because its an Audi. It was 2 years ago, I cant remember what the date was & we have a new car at this time. Also, your grammar is terrible to be suddenly worried about answering all the Google reviews from years ago. Look at the time frames, loser.

I have been a customer for about 4 years or so . I got to say it was real great at first,but then they tell me all these charges they have to do when I use there coupons. They have a valpak coupon for 12.95 for oil change plus tire rotation. Then they tell me it is a 5 dollar charge extra for my car because it has a. Different type of filter. I looked it up and I can buy them for 1 dollar. Its an insert filter. Then they tack on an oil disposal fee 3 dollars. So last week I went to this value on Delaware road and he proceeds to tell they cant change my oil for any less than 25 dollars before tax and fees.I told him he would lose a lot of business over that. The Guy then got real jerky and started being defensive. So I then said nevermind dude forget it. OK I understand that may be still reasonable, but not if you have a coupon out. This is horse crap. The last time i went to the niagara falls blvd location and got car inspenction and oil change and asked for my tures to be rotated and they didnt even do it and one guy stripped a lug nut and just left it . Later i found it in my hub cap just floating around.I then went to another shop that fit it for 21and change after tax with tire rotation. I will never ever ever go back they use to treat me well but slowly started to be rude and just bastardly.

Went here from about 2010 - 2015 for everything until i was given poor advice from the manager that cost me alot of money. He gave me the run around. A bit shady like many other auto repair shops. Go elsewhere.
