We enjoy our Joli spa every night before we go to bed. The jets are invigorating, but relaxing giving us a good night sleep. The spa is easy to maintain and always ready for use. This is a follow up to my original 5 star review. My American Whirlpool hot tub is fantastic still zero problems and using it 5-6 days a week ! Todd has been fantastic assisting me in getting my water chemistry squared away. If you buy a hot tub from Sunset you won’t be disappointed !!

The selection appears to be good and the prices are pretty much what you would expect anywhere else. There are some really high end spas and also some entry level. We are having a patio cover installed and wanted to get one for post workout recovery. The only reason I gave 3 stars and not 4 is because no one tried to assist me. Oh, well.

I cant say Im happy with the service I got at sunset spas. First of all, our person showing us around told us they dont make commission on sales, which is just a blatant lie. We all know hot tub sellers make commission. Which is fine, but lying about it isnt cool.When sitting down waiting for a quote, our salesman gave us a binder of cherry picked bad reviews of other hot tub companies... Really, really not classy. Let your service speak for itself... Not just looking good by comparison to other companies (of which you hand selected and printed out only their bad reviews...)Finally, my husband asked if the salesman could come down in price. He said no, which is fine, but then when my husband tried to give the salesman our contact info he just said no thanks. Not very polite.Theyre getting sales because people want hot tubs, but they are really not doing it in a respectable way, in my opinion.

THANK YOU Todd for the 5 star service! We came in not knowing anything about what spa we wanted but Todd was patient and full of information for us. We ended up buying a great spa and for a great price! They have a functioning spa on the showroom floor so we were about to see & feel the jets, see how the control pad worked & even see how easy it is to access the inside parts! Need a spa then go see them today!!!

We just had our spa delivered and it is so great! We walked into sunset spas and got taken care of! both gentlemen were very nice and helped us into our first spa. This is the place to go if you are looking for a nice hot tub. We couldnt be more pleased with the customer service we received. everything that was promised we got. AG spas helped put our spa in and they were great as well

Satisfaction at every step. During sales, they were straight forward, no hard sell, and delivered on what they said. The Covid delivery date was on target. The shipping company wheeled it on it’s side to its resting spot. Waiting for my entry level hot tub was the hardest part of this whole process.I did have some difficulties. They were promptly and effortlessly addressed. No blame, no accusatory tone just genuine help.We had an unusual location set up. When the cover was open it obscured the view of the back yard. They gave me additional hardware solving the problem. Worked great!I mentioned my chemical sensitivities to the sales people. The chemical kit that arrived with the tub was easy to use and keep the water balanced but not surprisingly were too harsh/reactive for my skin. No problem, they switched me to their alternative method, a frog ball. My skin is recovering and I am in heaven soaking in the hot tub.All the staff were very professional and wanted me to be happy. I am very happy. I highly recommend Sunset Spas for your hot tub needs.

By far the best hot tub place in town. I did a lot of research driving around to different places in Vegas and these guys had the best value for the money. There was no haggling as they had the best price in town for a superior hot tub... better than all of the competition. The delivery people were very nice, respectful, and courteous of my needs and special placement requests. I highly recommend sunset spas and if i ever need another hot tub I will be buying from them again.

Covid has put the ball in their court. No spas in stock. Salesmen are flippant and unmotivated because they are selling out everything at premium prices months before delivery. Salesman told us good luck as we left and told us it will be like this for a couple more years. Thanks.

I stopped in for a replacement diverter valve for my hot tub. I explained my situation and he did some research. A few minutes later he told me he was happy to order the valve, but he wanted me to try tightening it first. If that didnt work he wanted me to bring in the valve to ensure he found the right part for he. He was efficient and helpful. Ill definitely return the next time I need help.

After reading the reviews I decided to call and get more info! I hit sales and it prompted me to hit 1 for Dave or 2 for someone else. I have no idea who either of them are, so I hit 1. The phone immediately disconnected me. Maybe Dave doesnt work there anymore? Bad first impression!

I Have been extremely happy and impressed with the excellent customer service that I have received from sunset spas on west Tropicana . All of the employees have always been nice and professional. In particular Todd Bates has always been friendly, helpful and kind. I must have been to their store numerous times during the past few months asking about information on how to regulate the chemicals for the water in my hot tub. I was never made to feel bad for the multiple visits. Each time Todd and his workers made me feel so welcomed in their store. Todd has gone above and beyond to help me with what I needed for my spa. 1 stop shopping. Once you walk in, ask for Todd. Ge will put you into the spa your looking for. No reason to go anywhere else. Great showroom and the best spa buying experience in town. Not once did we feel any pressure to buy.

He wasnt pressuring like a car salesman or try to up sell us like a waiter. He made sure we got what we wanted for the price we wanted. Robert educated us about the quality and construction of the hot tub as well as maintenance and service. This is how all businesses should operate: great service, great products at a decent price. You get what you pay for. Its very simple.Once the hot tub was ready, I got a call regarding the delivery date. Everything went exactly according to plan; not one hiccup. I didnt know one thing about hot tubs; only enjoyed relaxing in them. Now that Im an expert, I have to thank Sunset Spas for making my first hot tub purchase a flawless one. Todd, the owner, always answered my phone call and was the coolest business owner Ive ever met.Thanks again guys!

My husband and I decided that we were not ready to give up on our dream of having a pool, but we also knew that to do so would be financially irresponsible right now. And so, we decided to entertain the idea of getting a spa. We learned a lot in a very short time by conducting research and visiting every major retailer in the valley. In truth, we liked all of them. It is nice to know that Las Vegas attracts some good business people. However, when we met Todd at Sunset Spas and saw the American Whirlpool brand, we knew it was a perfect decision. Our spa was the only one that had seats of different depths, such as for a husband and wife of different heights. It was as if it was designed for us. Once you compare the specs, that is the amount of horsepower with the number of jets, combine that with the price, no one could beat Sunset Spas. Now that it is in our backyard, I am more than happy! In fact, it is by far a better decision than a swimming pool for us. Furthermore, the warranty is two years longer than any other dealer we encountered. Walked in just to canvass for some hot tubs but i guess robert is really good at explaining and convincing so decided to bought the vita prestige the very same day. i continued to canvass even after my purchase and so happy that i bought mine with sunset spa. they have the most competitive price among the rest. this is the best place to buy your dream hot tub

Sunset Spas is not a company i want to do business with anymore. I have called several times about my hot tub issues. I have had the run around from Todd Bates continuously & he has yet to give me an answer to my issues. I bought a floor model with a 2 year warranty through sunset spas but they dont even provide service. They keep sending me to AG spas but they want to charge me for service which i should be under warranty. I personally wouldnt do business with them if i was you.

Joe and Robert provided great customer service. Very friendly. They answered all of our questions and we never felt pressured. I would recommend Sunset Spas to everyone I know.

These guys are awesome! We are first time Spa owners and Joe has been especially helpful answering all of our questions and helping me troubleshoot any chemical issues I’ve had. It’s a nice feeling when a company stands by you and helps you ( specially when you’re a Newbie to spa ownership).

These folks at Sunset Spas are top notch. The store manager, Joe Krebs is a wealth of knowledge and left no stone unturned to ensure we had our needs met, no only with the spa, but he provided a solid contact for a trustworthy and reasonable priced electrician as well as the contractor for installing the base/foundation for the spa once it was delivered. His coworker (her name escapes me at the moment) was also outstanding. She keep me up to speed every step of the way from the order to the shipment to the delivery at our front door. I would strongly recommend Sunset Spas to everyone!!!!
