Want in to pay my bill an hour before the store closes. Already locked the door to the store. Ive want during the day during lunch before and they had the door locked. The Customer service for metro is straight Trash. Looking into new phone providers.

I came into our local store and, your employee, Darrin Johnson resolved issues i was having with my cell phone. He was very polite, efficient, and helpful. He is to be commemded on his service and ability.

If you do not live within city limits the service is really bad. The signal is very weak. I only recommend metro if you live in town.

I got my number ported over from Boost and good a brand new LG Stylo 4 and a case for it for just over 100$. Amazing deal and amazing customer service to go along with it!! Two thumbs up guys, you rock!!

I was lied to. they tried to scam me into a sup part service plan by telling me I was in the 4G area when I saw on the computer I was not. The associate tried to quickly hide that fact from me. They try to get a sale and let customer service deal with the poor service afterwards.

It was wonderful the two gentlemen that work with me were very helpful understanding courteous and very knowledgeable

WORST customer service ever...I purchased a phone that would not do standard features such as messages which was noticed within a day of purchase. After 3 trips to the store and 4 calls to customer service I am still no where. The store manager is never there and the store employees talk as if they have no ability to handle simple task. I was told that the phone has a 30 day return for the same phone and a week later I have not been able to exchange my phone. DONT PURCHASE FROM THEM! They sold a faulty phone and will not hold up to there OWN policy.

The phone service sucks. Phone cuts off when your talking on it. The signal sucks. You have to call people at least three times in order for your call to go through. Your text dont come. Your calls dont come in. People tell me they try to call me but it dont go through. DONT GET METRO PHONES. WAST OF MONEY. WAIST OF TIME. THEY SONT REFYRE YOU YOUR MONEY IF THE PHONE DOESNT WORK.

I HAVE BEEN A METRO CUSTOMER SINCE 2007 AND HAVE BEEN IN SEVERAL DIFFERENT METRO PCS STORES UP AND DOWN THE EAST COAST AND NEVER HAVE SEEN OR EXPERIENCED SUCH HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AS THIS STORE I ABSOLUTELY HATE BOOST SERVICE BUT IF I HAD TO CONTINUE USING THIS METRO STORE I WOULD JUST SWITCH SERVICE THE GIRL NAMED SHAY HAS WAITED ON ME 3 TIMES AND ALL 3 TIMES SHE WAS BEYOND RUDE, ONE TIME I WAS TRYING TO PURCHASE A PHONE FROM THE ONLY EMPLOYEE WORKING AT THE TIME AND MY TOTAL WAS 75.00 HOW EVER I FORGOT MY DEBIT CARD, AFTER RETURNING TO THE STORE 20 MINUTES LATER AND THE GIRL WENT TO LUNCH AND SHAY WAS WORKING AND MY NEW TOTAL WAS 128.00 WHEN I ASKED WHY THE PRICE WENT UP I WAS TOLD BECAUSE I SAID I WALKED OUT AND ORDERED OFFLINE SAVE YOURSELF A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND JUST GO TO CRICKET

The girls there skinny black girl and white girl on July 2. They was nasty as hell to my husband. They was loud talking him and not let him finish a sentence. MetroPCS needs to get this store together.or they will lose business.
