Eric, the owner is responsive. He gives you a preliminary idea of costs, but follows up with them doing the actual measurements. Most wont give you a preliminary cost. This why they have carpeted all of my homes, rental and otherwise for years. Thanks Eric.

Person we spoke to was excellent. Very knowledgeable we went to 4 different carpet stores, he was the only one who knew about the product. He came the next morning and measured the room for us. I was very impressed, he was not pushy but wanted our business.

Great mom n pop sort of shop for rug remnants. Competitive prices, at least if youre looking for an oversized area rug. They work with a binding service to get your remnant of choice made into a rug. They also offer pre-bound remnants in store.

Can I give it zero stars? Although the carpet was a good price the installation was a disaster. We have a $3000 judgement against them which hasnt been paid....its been almost a year! Go somewhere else!

I waited all day without notification as to an arrival time to install carpet. I called several times finally at 4:30 told would be at house by 6pm. Arrived at 6:30 took until 11:30pm to finish! Put metal piece by the bathroom door but didnt check to see if door closed. Still doesnt close 13 days later.

I dont know how this place is still in business! I made a appointment to have my carpet installed. Cleared out my rooms and waited for them to come. No call no show. We call and ask what happened. The guy who I scheduled the appointment with acted like he had no clue they were supposed to install carpet at my house at all. Then asked if I had already paid for it and if I had a recept! Then tells me he doesnt even have the carpet I ordered and paid for. I had to wait for him to get it in. When they do finally come and install it they completely TRASH my baseboards! As Im sweaping the floor when they are done the carpet is coming off the floor! And I notice one room has a big wrinkle. Go to walk from one room to another and we are getting tac nails in our feet!! My two year olds foot is literally bleeding!!! Save your self the trouble and pay a reputable company. What a nightmare

Went into the store stood there for 10 minutes nobody acknowledge me the guy was on the phone trying to get a bill straightened out about his wife another lady says I guess Ill come back tomorrow and one of the workers stood there and never got acknowledged after about 15 minutes and never go back Ill go to Spankys least they greet you when you walk in the door and your knowledge or even there very rude poor business
