They took care of my computer cheap and fast very satisfied

I went in to get my iPhone screen fixed, she told me it would take 20 minutes it ended up taking her an hour. When she finally finished she showed me the phone and the new screen was bent. I pointed this out to her and she said oh that’s okay just put a case on it. Then went home and realized no sound was coming out of the phone and i couldn’t call. So i went back the next day. She said “can you go walk around or something i don’t like when you stay in here” so i left. She then asked to keep my phone till the next day. I get it back and my matte black iPhone had a white screen on it now with the battery DROPPING fast. I asked for a refund or atleast half my money back and they refused. I told them I’m out of a phone because they messed it up. She told me to just buy a new one. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Super sweet and was willing to fixed my moms phone that day. Only took about 30 minutes to repair. The home button wouldn’t work after I got back home and we brought back up here and she fixed that for free! She talked with us throughly and told us what to do if it happened again. Prices are cheap but the quality is amazing! Will be using them whenever I need a repair!

They have Not called me back after several attempts to find out the status of the repairs I took 2 computers in there over 2 weeks ago. Im going in and getting them back to take elsewhere. I recommend you stay away from this place.

Did not use their services so I cannot comment on work. I just needed a new back put on my phone and they was going to charge $69.95 and I was providing the replacement back. Seemed a bit high to me.Ill go somewhere else.

Went to a couple other places in town and they “tried” to fix my daughter who’s special needs phone and well I called the Helic store and she said come by anytime I walked in the door right before closing time she took the time to listen to what the others wouldn’t even hear of and she was able to fix my baby’s phone. In less than 30 mins not only did she fix one phone but two I honestly couldn’t be more please!!! Price was great service was great couldn’t ask for anything better especially right here at Christmas!!!! Thank you guys again....

TERRIBLE. My laptop was dropped off and when I picked it up I was promised a 30 day guarantee. When I got home it was still broken. They would not refund my money. I am highly disappointed to be out hundreds of dollars as a college student. DO NOT BRING YOUR DEVICES HERE.

I took my sons Xbox to get repaired and they did not get the job done they left a broken home button and it still turns offI don’t recommend going their

This place is bad, they broke the screen they replaced, the broke the iPhone Touch ID button, they cussed me out when I confronted them about it, and they told me to go to Apple and kicked me out of the store.
