What a terrible experience I do not recommend them to anybody. They totally messed up my pixel 3XL. Three screens and three weeks later and it still looks terrible. You can see the adhesive strips pressing on the screen. Looks smudged and low quality all my sensors are busted and they werent broken before I took it there. They blamed it on some update software issue. More than likely it was from a generic screen that wasnt compatible.

After going to a fairly new chain place in Hoover a week prior to having my iPhone issue they were were very friendly and professional and easily able to fix a simple user that the other co. did not/could not repair along with not standing by their word. Total Cell Phone repair stood by their word. Theyre COST EFFECTIVE, EXPERIENCED, EFFICIENT and FAST. They have THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I wont call around if/when I need another repair at some point or a new screen etc....Ill go straight to them knowing theyll work with me and not try to take advantage of the situation like the other company did. Ill send all of my friends and family there and warn them about the place in Hoover. Im glad to know there is a LEGITIMATE and PROFESSIONAL place to go and not be over charged!!!!! (Still feeling burned and wish I hadnt wasted time and $$ at other place that didnt stand by their word and cost mealmost what I paid for my phone initially through Verizon) Its worth driving a little further if needed to have PEACE OF MIND and still save a lot of time and $$. This is the best place to go from the start. Im very grateful to have them around! Dont make same mistake I did using just any place. GO SEE THEM FIRST and save your time and money!!!!!

I went to Total Cell Phone Repair for a new battery and a new screen for my iPhone 6. The costumer service was great. The guys were super nice and did a really great job with my phone. I only had to wait about 20 minutes total. It was also the most reasonably priced place I could find. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Great prices on battery replacement. I was able to get my iPhone 5S battery replaced in 20 minutes and it cost around $50! Thats a deal. Apple wanted $80 and Id have to make an appointment with the Apple Store. This place is closer, quicker, and less expensive! Win, win!!

Had a great experience with they guys…the glass was shattered on my iPhone and they were very confident they could fix it, and they did, it looks brand new. These fellas where very polite and assuring, I will defiantly bring my devices to them. Their prices seemed reasonable considering the insurance that Att provides is a rip off. This is truly the best place for phone repair. They are Not just a bunch of teenagers playing around like most places. They have great customer service and meet or exceed delivery dates with knowledgeable work. They do a good job ask around.

I finally bought an expensive phone which I have to have for my business and within a few month, dropped it in the parking lot. Face shattered and phone was completely unresponsive. I took it to the store where I purchased it and after about 45 minutes was told I would have to pay it off and buy a new phone. I went to Verizon, which is my carrier, and worked with them for over an hour and was told basically the same thing but charges for transferring info, new activation fee, etc etc. FINALLY someone told me to go to Total Cell Phone Repair in Alabaster. I walked in, they assessed the situation, gave me a loaner just like my phone, transferred my data over to the loaner and I was back to work. A few days later, they called to say my phone was repaired and a screen protector was in place. I went back in and in five minutes was set up with the repaired phone and on my way. The charge was very reasonable. The customer service was the perfect combination of personable and professional. But the main thing is that they solved my problem in the short and long term. I highly recommend Total Cell Phone Repair!!

I just made my third trip to Total Cell and highly recommend them !!! I live in Chelsea and was referred by my local dealer because they were unable to determine what my problem was with my phone. The problem was quickly discovered and fixed (charging port). While under warranty, there was a problem with the charging port. I returned and a new port was put in quickly at no charge. Today there was a problem with my husbands phone. We didnt hesitate to travel 30 minutes to Alabaster and were not disappointed. He is very nice, knowledgeable and prompt. He is awesome !!!

My screen on my iPhone 6 Plus was scattered. I took my phone to another local company that repairs cell phones first. They could repair my phone. Let’s keep in mind that they had my cell phone for over 2 hours. I took my phone to Total Cell Phone Repair and the gentleman repaired my phone in lest than an hour. Total Cell is my choice!

Jordan was very helpful.ordered my new screen, called me two days later to have my phone note 8 repaired. Was told it would take 2 hrs to be fixed. I got a call about an hour later saying it was ready. Havent had any problems with the way my phone works with the new screen. All sensors and cameras works perfect . Best cell phone repair shop by far. The service goes Far and Beyond any cell repair shop Ive ever dealt with. Im kicking myself because, Ive only found them in 2016 after living and alabaster for over 10 years. Ive had my cracked screen on my Galaxy S6 Edge plus repaired. And, its safe to say my part was in at least 3 to 4 days earlier than expected. I got my phone unlocked from a locked Google account and also a SIM card lock out Total Cell Phone Repair is on it. Every question I asked was answered with no problem we can take care of that, and a smile thank you guys so much. Ive also purchased batteries, battery chargers for my wifes Note 4. Unbelievable, this place was like the establishments you heard about but havent really seen from the 1950s where they care about you instead of the money.... Ordered my replacement part and the delivery window was 3 to 5 days, was there the next day... Labor estimated at 1 hour, done in 30 minutes.... Walking through the door to bring my phone in after the call that they received my part and an elderly couple was there with what I assume was a minor issue with their phone and Brandon says not gonna charge you for something like this .... If you have any doubts, forget them 5 star service. Thanks guys!

Pretty much awful. They replaced my iPhone 6S screen (with a black one because they didnt have the white one in stock but I was okay with it). Everything seemed fine that day and I paid a little over $200 after tax -on two debit cards, by the way. The next day I woke up and my phone screen was displaying pink stripes. Took it back and they tried another screen, which worked at first but then they said the display went black and wouldnt work at all. They refunded my money (cash, so I had to return part of the money to my boss in cash when Id paid with her card. They also didnt remember the totals Id paid on each card, thankfully I kept the receipts) and put my shattered screen back on, poorly. Then they told me that my phone was killing screens and to tell the next repair place I take it that hopefully it doesnt ruin a bunch of their screens like it did ours. Ubreakifix on Lorna road fixed it for $150 with literally NO ISSUES. They also said theyd never heard of a phone killing screens. Id rate zero stars if I could.

Place has the lowest price for screen repair but I had my Google pixel 3a xl screen replaced was 150 dollars included the screen was very unresponsive had it three days and it cracked along the side of the screen pics are below I called and they said it was covered by some repair plan but when I got there a different person said they didnt cover the damage witch was not fall damage water damage and I dont even know how it would even crack like that its under a tempered glass screen protector he was arguing that damage to the case from the first screen shattering pics below where the pen head is the damage to the case was the cause of the screen crack but it is almost have an inch from the actual crack and the crack is under a tempered glass screen protector so would not recommend

After my new S6 got wet I tried the usual.;I stuck it in rice for about a week and it started back up. Unfortunately, another week or so later the screen gave out and I thought my phone was done for. I figured it wouldnt hurt to get it looked at and the people here were super friendly and were able to diagnose my phone quickly and efficiently. My phone is good as new!! A VERY POOR example of customer service! I had my iPhone 7+ screen replaced here 3 week’s ago. The day it was fixed I immediately noticed a lack of responsiveness to my touch and freezing up (mostly when texting). These issues were brand new and definitely attributed to the screen replacement, as I was having no issues prior. My family moved out of state the next morning and therefore I was not able to immediately go back to have it fixed. A week later my 2 year old got a hold of it and dropped it, causing the new screen to crack. A week and a half later we returned to Alabaster to move another load of our belongings and made a trip to Total Cell Phone Repair while in town. EVEN THOUGH I was within the 90 day warranty they refused to fix the touch responsive issue by replacing the screen, because the screen had since cracked. GIVE YOUR CUSTOMER THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT and work your business by the golden rule. Thanks a lot for permanently messing up my touch screen and refusing to do the right thing about it.

Bad experience! Dont waste your money here!!! Paid $200 for my inner screen to be replaced on my phone and the very next day it was doing the same thing I had initially taken it in for. I took my phone back because I was told my repair would be covered for 6 months. When I showed the guy my phone, he told me he couldnt repair it without charging me again. Dont get ripped off like I did!

I came in on a Thursday afternoon to see if they had parts to fix an IPad mini, they did. I dropped off the iPad on Friday afternoon, they said it would be ready Saturday afternoon. I went to pick up the iPad on Saturday afternoon and it had not even been touched, the guy at the counter made the excuse that they got busy. We received no phone call to say it would be Monday or anything. This is pitiful customer service
