Honest mechanic…yes, really. Knowledgeable, friendly and with a quick turnaround. Do yourself a favor and take your Euro car to people that know how to work on them.

2003 C230 Coupe with 149K.Went to him for many years to get my oil change. He says he is German and learned at Mercedes, which I was willing to believe.Over the years the frustration built up over and over again. When he put too much oil in my car (can destroy the engine) I turned around on the highway, drove back and I asked to get it looked at.The guy places some device on the engine and cracks a hose. The owner has to drive and get a new hose and then additionally get the oil fixed. For some weird reason: the oil lamp went on every-time I brought the car to them.So the last time I asked him to check the car since I wanted to drive to LA and I wanted to make sure all the lubrications are ok and so on.Oilcheck was done (as always the oil lamp went on), the rear breaks were renewed and the AC was suppose to work.First week, my friend needed AC so she turned it on. I drove on 880. On the way back the coolant light went on. Near by garage - mechanic saw that the auxiliary pump was leaking. Then the next week again on 880, I hit the breaks hard and a high pitch noise is killing my ear while braking.I ask him to take a look at it. He says sure bring it in.Not a word. Leaves me standing there like I am some sort of annoyance. So, I just drive back home and let someone else look at it: dry of lubrication.Pro: he will always give you an estimate.Con: you will always worry if something is really fixed.

Highly recommend. Knowledgeable and professional. Did a fantastic job checking out and repairing our 40-year-old VW, which has notoriously finicky engine electronics. Work was done on time, if not a bit earlier than promised. Ive sent friends there and will continue to send them.

This experience was laughable to say the least. The owner doesnt time to explain anything other than brief moments to summarize what parts they can throw at it next.I was told I have to be a big boy and pay for parts that were not failing and did not need to be replaced. After paying over $900 for that it fixed nothing.A year later found wrong parts installed and shop owner still denies any responsibility for all the extra diagnostics and parts they charged me.

I have no knowledge about cars and always feel vulnerable going to a mechanic. I trust these guys. They are great and helped navigate me with a pretty major issue that would have had me give up my car otherwise. They have earned my 5 stars and then some.

I was traveling from out of state and had an emergency situation. The owner took me in even though he was fully booked. Got me going after keeping my car most of the day. Especially knowing he most likely will never see me again. What a great shop and experience. If you live nearby you’re extremely fortunate.

WoW! Ill make this quick. My car was out of oil, I called & asked if I could bring it by to have a mechanic put a quart in, they said no theyre booked & I should not drive the vehicle without oil. The owner came to my job & put a few quarts in and left. I am thankful. Ill be scheduling an appointment as soon as they have one available.

Most RUDE and inconsiderate customer service. Now I’m sure the service is good and Al the main guy is nice. I haven’t got that far to judge because after 30mins of wasting my time, the lady name Angelica at the front desk that’s suppose to help you put me aside to chit chat with her friend taking her sweet time talking non car related. Then finally ask me what I need with the fakest tone in her voice. Quote me HIGH prices when I can just go to the dealer which was the whole point coming here to avoid the dealer. I didn’t feel comfort or welcomed I just left.

Massoud helped me so much in finding out a potential lemon in the car I was interested in buying. He pointed out several issues that the car needed and showed me. I am so grateful for his knowledge in cars.

Very professional and honest. BMW of SF proposed replacing our AC due to a chemical leak at $4k. Euro Auto Repair found there was no leak but just some mold. Testing and cleaning come to $220. Se habla Aleman.
