Went in to add a phone line for my son. Jerrett was very helpful and helped me pick the best phone and plan for my family. Very knowledgeable and a super nice guy. I plan on going back this week to talk to him about upgrading my other phone.

Jarrett was very rude and impatient this apparently not the business for him. When he wants to go home he really makes you feel guilty for asking for help. Sorry you screwed up on the phone setup and made you fix the problem. Maybe there will not be a next time with such poor service being offered. We went bought 3 new phones. Jarrett did a bad job at setting them up 2 of them did not work. When asking for help he was trying to chase me out the store. Because it was closing time and he wanted to go home. I asked for help and he referred me to call customer service instead of trying to help me. I then got upset and he finally saw he screwed up. He fixed the problem only because I was upset not because he wanted to.

The store was great and the employees were incredibly knowledgeable. They appear to be great re-sellers. I have great respect for their ability to persevere in the face of serial incompetence exhibited by AT&T ittself.

Im from out of state. My new iPhone’s SIM card was giving me trouble so when I rolled in the 2 ladies were really quick to help and they got me going. I’m very thankful for their quick solutions. I’m super glad Alamosa has this AT&T store.

I have been in this store for a matter multiple times. Unfortunately I havent been helped because there is always only one person running around with a store full of customers. Horrible customer service and apparently management because you can never speak to management and thats how they staff the store.And just pray you dont get the guy with ear rings because he has a horrible attitude.

I am only doing a 5 star review because I understand how it effects everyone in the store. I had a great first experience with Annette and Chelsea when we purchased our two phones. Unfortunately when I went back to get second phone activated I had a very unpleasant experience with JARRET! JARRET was not welcoming he was very rude! Noticed we got the wrong screen protector. JARRET rudely requested a hard copy receipt. I explained to him that I only received an email receipt! JARRET stated that only a hard copy was good enough. I knew I was not going to get any actual help from JARRET I asked to speak with Annette. She right away took action and helped resolve the issue. Thank you Annette I really appreciate your help. I do have concerns,JARRET was training a new guy. JARRET IS VERY RUDE AND UNEQUIPPED TO TRAIN! I WOULD HATE TO SEE HIS UNETHICAL TRIANING PASSED DOWN! I believe that everyone should be treated with respect! Please re train JARRET!

My husband and I went into the store today to upgrade his phone. We walked inside and of course they were busy, which given the time that we went in was very understandable. We didn’t wait but 5 minutes, but we were greeted as soon as we walked in. I want to thank Annette for taking time to stop and help get my husband and I get started on the upgrade process. She stayed after to make sure that we were helped in a timely manor. Annette was very nice and very professional we are very grateful for the excellent customer service we received from her. She handed us over to Gloria so she could finish up the mobile transfers. Gloria is a very nice, bubbly and kind hearted girl ❤️. She helped us get everything switched over no issues. It’s nice to know that there are still places that generally care to know their customers and create the relationships with them. I love the customer service!! Thank you guys for everything you helped us with today!!!

Initially we were helped by one worker. We were confused on a few things but he was patient in explaining and answering our many questions. He helped us get set up with our phones and transfered the data to a new phone. We had to wait for the transfer so in the meantime he had to help another customer which is understandable. After a few minutes we had a question about our second phone and another worker helped us with our questions too. Im thankful they were both so attentive and helped explain things to us!

Hands down the worst place! We had service for 4 days, turned in the phones to the manager and since September of 2020 att has been chasing us for these phones. Weve begged the manager to help settle this with Corp, but we were told on numerous occasions they dont keep records after a couple of days, which is absolutely nonsense.Looking more into it and creating a timeline we found that the taxes that we paid on the phones were never credited back to our cards. Yet, the manager wouldnt help us sort that out. Then, already with Verizon we found the store had made unauthorized purchases on our credit card that had no business being there. Again, the manager didnt want to sort this out. We are 5 months since our 4 days with Att. Customer service keeps asking us to go back into the store and get them on the phone, but the manager has banned us from being there.This has now hit our credit, and still not only has the bill for the phones (which were on camera being returned) and the actual money paid for those phones has not either.This is hands down criminal. 3K in cell phones, $300 plus in charges and unauthorized charges from the store well after the account was closed.Lawyer time. We have recordings, the timeline and the truth on our side.

I normally dont like giving bad reviews but my boyfriend and I went into the att store here in alamosa and were given false information regarding our first month bill and monthly payments. Chelsea helped us and told us our first payment would be 210 dollars which was understandable because all first payments are high right? Well our att account showed a balance of 331 dollars due by March 31st and our monthly payments 240 a month, we were also told our monthly would be 150 a month and affordable. After a long time on the phone with att customer service we were told she did not give us accurate information and were apologized to for her mistakes. I get its hard right now for everyone but she did not need to lie to us to make a sale now we are stuck paying phones and service which totals 240 dollars each month. As a college student I like the service and plan but it was very unprofessional of the associate to lie to us about monthly payments and our first payments. I would stay with att for their service but hope I never have to deal with the same associate in this store again. I dont reccomned doing business in this specific store but the service is great!

I waited in line for help and was told to go to the website. Which didnt help. It seemed they were only interested in people that were buying phones. Ill never go back there.

Terrible attitude and the worst customer service I’ve received from any cell phone store.

After being a customer service rep myself, for over 15 years, I am very disappointed in the service I received at this Alamosa store, I have even gone to the extent of calling the corporate number, to report the employee Jared, I simply went in there this week, to look at new phones and inquire about upgrading, NOTHING WAS FINALIZED OR SET IN STONE and still leaving with my simple old iphone---later that day I received an email that my plan has been changed to the elite plan, making my bill immediately go from 63$ to a whopping 135$ ???? without my authorization I dont know how this couldve happened, after speaking with the corporate number, they have courteous staff there that have helped me tremendously however I have now tried to get a hold of the manager Chelsea, at the Alamosa location, and she has yet to call me back or respond and every time I try to reach her she is suddenly in a meeting, I would definitely not suggest going to the store, they are very rude, pushy, and sketch when it comes to doing things to your plan Without authorization. Frankly this is very unethical and unprofessional in my eyes illegal, I will definitely be looking further into this investigation, and stay in contact with corporate

I went in today to resolve an issue with a phone that was not working. The young gentleman in the store refused to assist me. He just gave me a phone number to call. Turns out that it was a warranty problem and was covered by AT&T. He could have resolved the problem there in the store and saved me hours of phone calls.

Chelsy is awesome! She works with you with any problem and helps a lot to understand!

My IPhone died and I was 1000 miles from home. Because it was under a service contract I was able to get a new phone and transfer all my data from the iCloud. GREAT job guys. I am very very happy. Headed home with confidence.

Don’t waste your time with this place. Go to AT&T in Pueblo or Colorado Springs. Employees here don’t know what they’re doing. They don’t explain what they’re doing and don’t have answers about cost until you sign something. At that point it’s too late. They got you.

I had a really great experience here! I upgraded 2 phones within a week of each other and both times the service was exceptional. The really amazing thing was that we were both upgrading to the newest iPhone. I upgraded on release day and my wife a week after release day. BOTH times they had exactly the phone we were looking for. Ill check here from now on before driving to Springs to get the latest iPhone. Oh, and I was in and out faster than EVER. They really knew what they were doing and took great care of me. I cant say a single negative thing. FANTASTIC!

Luann is mine and my wifes superstar phone specialist. She never fails to to do whatever it takes to keep us happy, informed, and upgraded. Although she is who we prefer to deal with, her staff is very polite and professional .

One of the managers is extremely rude and unprofessional to customers and to her employees! She corrected an employee inappropriately in front of a store full of customers. She also talks to customers saying telling them it’s not her problem and extremely rude. She threw an item at an employee in front of a customer while I was there.

I came in because I had put the power-save mode on my phone and I was unaware that my phone use options were limited because of this. She solved my dilemma and gave me some good pointers as well. Thank you for the great servie.

This afternoon I was in the store getting my wife’s phone activated and a young pregnant girl helped me set things up. The atmosphere of the store was awesome, every worker was in a great mood. The girl whom assisting us talked about the tv service that they offer there and although we were not interested in anything other than our ancient VHS player to play old movies, I thought it was awesome that they inform you about all of their services and are eager to help save you some money.

Great set up and awesome customer service!! Professional all the way through! If something isnt in stock they are one step ahead to order one for you on consent! Definitely recommend going in more!

The Alamosa AT&T staff is very knowledgeable about the phones and other products they sell. If there are issues with your bill or other services they will help you call customer service to get it figured out. All the staff seem to care about their customer’s needs.

The staff is helpful with most of my needs. Only gave 3 stars because some of the staff dont take the time to make sure that the screen is dust free before installing screen protectors. So just be aware and watch them closely Id you have them install a screen protector.

Twice I went in and twice they tried to get me with plan switching and technical bs, I showed them a plan on their website and it specifically said it was a in store option and they flat denied they could give me that plan

Hassle free in and out! Young lady helped me get direct TV . Very friendly staff and service! Learned so many new things about my phone.

It should be noted that this is an authorized retailer not an actual AT&T store. Please do not go here looking for a deal without getting ANY offer in WRITING first. This location is notorious for getting you to sign up for an offer (ie go to on the newest smart phone) and once your buyers remorse period has expired not holding up their end of the deal and essentially calling you a liar when you call them out on it. One of the few occasions I wish I could give negative stars - the drive to Pueblo for a better deal will be worth it.

Bad service went in just to buy a sim card so I can switch my current number to a new phone that need a bigger sim card. I just wanted to buy the sim and switch it myself at home. Ive bought Sims from them in past ....Today they didnt want to sell me the sim card they said the sim needed to be activated before leaving the store. They Wanted my ID . I didnt have my ID on me . So I ask if I would be able just to buy it online. Then she ask why didnt want to show them my ID....so basically i felt like they where treating me as if I had stole a phone took out the sim and wanting a new sim for it. I told them I didnt steal this phone Im in a rush to get home. I just want to buy a sim card.

I was in the store about a year or so ago. There was some young chick that thought she was Miss America and Miss Universe combined and she thought I was just some old man not worth dealing with. I have never in my long life been treated as rudely and as disrespectfully. She mocked me. She argued with me. She thought my comments crazy.I was so disgusted I had to go to some male, who treated me with artificial politeness. This young chick got all huffy about this and stormed into the back room huffing and puffing like the situation was all my fault.I havent been back since. I will be there on the 20th to order the S10+. I can only hope that the personnel has changed and that they show respect and maturity that young chick certainly didnt have!

I got my first smart phone and the Rep that helped me transferred all my contacts by hand and then took the time to show me how to use my phone. Every one working there was so nice.
