Very helpful had issue with a phone, helped us out with very little downtime, clerk was very good at her job and walked us through the process

Purchased a mobile hotspot after waiting over an hour to be helped. Only one employee working with several people waiting. Got home only to discover the device is defective. Rather than doing the right thing this store waisted an entire day of our time refusing to give any type of contact number for a district manager or corporate headquarters. They also attempted for us to do an insurance claims rather than replacing defective device sold to us. We didnt want anything extra just a functioning product that we paid for.

Just purchased a phone yesterday with Daniel and Jasmin they we’re both very helpful and attentive. They answered every question and doubt I had regarding Metro services. I was helped quickly. Will definitely be back to this store.

My aunt just signed up 2 days ago and the coverage don’t work where she lives she went back the day after and the guy said to try one more day still nothing went back today to cancel the service and they wouldn’t let her for two boxes they didn’t have for the phones and her husband called customer service guy said they don’t have a return policy but the guy Daniel inside the store said they do and that they couldn’t take the phones back because they were over 60 minutes by 4 minutes and that was because they were trying to figure out why they weren’t working. If you think about switching or going through them don’t they are lying and out to get your money. The guy knew about the 60 minutes that’s why they said to keep it for one more day.

Price is good but service kinda sucks

Its slow and they dont let u return the phones if u dont have a box even when u r in your 7 day return policy. My mom spent over 250 dollers dont go through them they are just people after your money
