Been with them 6 years or so. When in town it works great. When at home, I havent/cant make a phone call in all that time.

Love the Phones but not the Quality of Service from the FloorStaffvery unwelcoming I asked about my warranty on a 900$ phone and ...Got Your warranty doesnt cover being that there is a crack on said screen.. Very Unprofessional if you ask my sons opinion

The service was awful. One person working four customers walked in including myself and none of us so much as received any kind of greeting much less any service.

Weve been with Viaero since 2013 and have always had a great experience, whether in the store, or with their support folks, on the phone. Probably not the cheapest option, but the service more than makes up for it. Its the only service that works well on our horse ranch in the mountains.

Always friendly people there to help and they provide knowledgeable service every time.

I entered the local alamosa viceroy store at near closing in need of a new phone, I was greeted by 2 young ladys Mary Banning and Jordan, these ladys were very helpful and knowledgeable. Mary and Jordan both went over and above their duties as viaero employees, they helped me get a new phone and transfered my old number they stayed past their hours of business to ensure that I had a working phone for my business and Im not sure what they are being paid but in my opinion it isnt enough they are excellent employees and definitely a great asset to viaero wireless.

Always helpful and customers are helped quickly so never a long wait.

This company is a rip-off. Their internet service is a joke it constantly goes in and out. If I could give it a zero stars on here I would. The cell phone constantly lose service all over including when youre sitting right underneath of one of their own Towers. Do not go to these people they are rip-offs

Worst phone service Ive had. The data is so slow I constantly have problems, and when I travel its so hard to get service. I wouldnt recommend this service at all.

I recently upgraded to a newer IPhone and something was wrong with the sound on my phone. I took it in and was very impressed how professional the staff was and the guy who checked my phone diagnosed my phone as having a damaged SIM card. My phone is working so good now I thank the Alamosa C0. Staff for all there help. I love my phone.

I needed to make a payment on a Sunday and the store wasnt open and they didnt have C.S. agents either. I left a message and someone called me back to take a payment over the phone. I love that this company gives its employees Sunday off and I love that someone was there to call me back and ensure I had phone service while traveling with my children!!!!

Notice in the picture I have 3 bars with 4G lte but no internet. Its a common problem and the clarity of the phone service just sucks. They text me asking to buy a new phone, when I complained about the service and asked for my number to be released, I was ignored. Im headed back to Verizon where the service and customer service is 100%

High prices, but, an evil we need as far as contact goes. If I could get a wireless company that does not act like you are rich. Doesnt work that great, issues with streaming radio. You would think it would work better compared to the money you spend.

The local store is great but the customer service from 1800 8s horrible. The lady was rude and wouldnt even try to help us.

Really greatful we made the switch from Verizon to Viaero. Matthew was excellent! He helped get us what we needed and it was a pleasure working with him on getting us what we needed. Fast and knowledgeable.

I love the internet service but theres a lack of customer support Big TIME when it goes down on a Saturday and you cant reach anyone until Monday I have to make a request for my unemployment benefits and I cant because I cant get ahold of anyone and I have to miss out on all of my money now because of no technical support on Saturday if this doesnt get fixed to where you can get ahold of someone to fix the internet when it goes down I will change this review to 1 star 🌟 and look for another provider

If you get service anywhere in the San Luis Valley youre getting ripped off if you dont go with these guys. Extremely friendly staff is amazing at helping with any issues you may encounter. When you call customer service you get someone here in Colorado. NOT India or the Philippines! If you are low income they have a plan for you that will satisfy even a gamers needs.

I like this store. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They efficiently moved several of my business phones over from another carrier. They have a good selection of phones and have the latest Samsung and Apple phones. Another great thing is their phones are unlocked so you can use them with any carrier.

Viaero is great! Ive had service with Viaero for many years now. Im very happy with their service. There have been issues with Viaero, too, but they are always resolved quickly. Stopping in the store always results in their checking my account to make sure Im getting the best deal they have available--I like that! Sometimes you spend some time there when youre getting a new phone or something, but they never rush you out and never fail to answer all my questions (I usually have to ask how to work things). If any of my friends read this review and decide to go check them out, be sure to tell them I sent you because they give a nice bonus to both you and to me--$50 each!

Service isnt good where I live and there is a tower close to my house the Internet fails and most the time my calls get dropped called and said it was resolved but still have the issues. I also tried to pay off one of my phones but most of the payment didnt go to the phone. Going to switch once everything I own is payed off

Secret hidden charges. Keep billing after they shut off the phones, then turn over to attorneys immediately. Bill WILL quadruple before they send to the attorneys too. Now we get to pay court costs, attorney fees, their outrageous bill and $50 to the popo that beat our door into submission until we woke up.STAY AWAY FROM VIAERO WIRELESS. You will regret it if you dont.You have to rate to leave a comment. BS because they dont allow negative stars!

Jacoba and the help there suck! They are rude unhelpfull and all they ever do when they screw up is pass the buck! They will always fall back on saying i don`t know, i don`t have any authority, you have to call viaero. This will definetly ALWAYS happen when they soak you with another charge! If your looking to switch BEWARE!!!! They are usually to busy doing homework to help a customer. What are they there for?
