Was almost going well, but the manager was brought over to help because they couldnt fathom the concepts Independant Contractor and Business Owner, or that a door dash agent and a photographer were only accountable to themselves. The manager repeatedly shushed me while trying to drill my wife for information, after interrupting me mid sentence to let us know who she was speaking with. (Not me). Unfortunately, Im not so easily silenced, and use my reviews for free exposure for my own work.The sales associate however, Chris, was wonderful and tried very hard to provide customer service and answer all of our questions. He was a pleasure. Unfortunately, the manager didnt bother to 8ntroduce herself so I cant offer her name.If she could be avoided, I would say this store would be a winner. But the way she was behaving towards customers was 100% unacceptable. So unfortunately, Photos By Jake cannot recommend this business for patronage. Most unfortunate.

This is a nice, clean store. They have a good selection of furniture for this being such a small community. They have people who will deliver your items. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Their hours are convenient.

This MIGHT be long but worth the read! I have been getting items from this specific rent a center for a little over a year now we have gotten a couch recliners stereo system lots of apple products and numerous other things from them. From the moment we entered the store for our first experience it was nothing but pleasurable never once were we pressured to get anything that we couldnt afford and when we did see an item that we really wanted but didnt necessarily need they did everything they could to make it affordable and keep it in our budget! Brenda Katelan and Sam have all been absolutely amazing from the moment we met them and have continued to be amazing!!! They now have Christ and I am so sorry but another woman whose name I have not been able to remember yet (names take time) and they too have been wonderfully amazing. But Brenda Katelan and Sam have a very special place in my heart forever they have went above and beyond their hardworking and have always went out of their way not just for customer service but to see how we are in our overall well being. Even if we dont have a payment to make we still stop in just to say hello they really have become a part of our family. If you want someone to really care about what your family wants needs and do it in affordable installments this is the place for you. Oh and it does help your credit for another little incentive ;)

I was in there today to try and buy a couch. The lady that was assisting us was getting very irritated with every question asked. So we ended up walking out and will take our business elsewhere.

I always go here nowhere in this valley has treated me like a friend and value customer love this place.

Why pay 10 times the amount for something when you can get most of the items sold for less than $500 elsewhere? Rent to own is dying slowly.

This is the second time in a row they have told me we will deliver. Funny, havent seen much proof of that. Every time I order from them I have to contact the district manager just to get it delivered. Not worth the trouble
