Dont ever get anything on credit, and dont ever pay ahead on your bill. Not the easiest or friendliest place.

Had a couch delivered today, the nicest delivery men Ive ever meet. I have a senior dog that stayed in the way the whole time but they were incredibly patient. Loved that.

Went to the store in Albemarle. Picked out and paid over $1,500 cash for my furniture.Explained that my husband and I are high risk heart patients. I requested that the delivery men please wear covers over their footwear as I dont want unnecessary germs dragged in. I was told that is not their policy.Was also asked if we had been in close contact with anyone with Covid 19. We hadnt.I got a refund. I can not imagine they would rather lose a sale/ cash because its not their policy I guess to keep folks safe. We dont even wear our shoes in our home for that reason.I was also told that if what I had ordered didnt come in, they would send the floor model. What? I didnt pay for nasty furniture that Lord knows what may be on that furniture. If I wanted to buy used, I would have gotten used.Our cable company was kind enough to take all precautions before entering.Farmers does not care one bit about the health crisis or protecting others. Folks please keep this in mind.Used furniture might make your family quite Ill.I was shocked they would lose a sale for lack of shoe coverage.If you choose to purchase from these people, I would go over it with a fine tooth comb. Do not put your family in danger.Too many other places would appreciate your money and do whats right for the consumer.
Bought new furniture early summer and have had it worked on multiple times, FAst Furniture has been able to make the repairs but i am having to take time off work loosing pay to come let someone work on it. To me this is not worth paying for and have requested some type of compensation on my account but all i am told is they have never had the question asked before. Would not recommend buying furniture from them and i will not buy anything else from them
First of all I ordered my couch a month ago they took my delivery fee a month ago without even telling me the couch wasn’t in yet and every week we call it’s still not in “due to COVID” I’ll give them one more week and after that I want all my money back!! I don’t recommend them because they are unorganized when you call.... it doesn’t take a couch that long to get somewhere virus or not I don’t trust it!! Customer service has sucked so far...
