0rdered my granddaughters sweet 16 dress from here and we loved it hade the dress in less then 2 weeks.

I got my daughters quinceanera dress and the dresses for all her court and got every thing on time super nice owner and i whould shop here agean

Probably the worse service you can find in Albuquerque. I had an event and she never ordered the dresses she said she forgot and I called the day before the event and said she had forgotten. (I had been calling for updates on the dress) went to go get a different one from her and still charged me for it. (So I paid for two dresses) and only got one. The dress was ripped and got shoes and she gave me the shoes both from the left feet. Overall she is very unorganized. Go somewhere else before you ruins your event as well!

Don’t order dresses from here they are very unorganized and don’t even order the dresses even though they were give two months to do it so they don’t get here in time for the event. Very bad business save yourself the stress and order dresses anywhere else.

Great options for bridal, quinces and other dresses. The sales floor is a little cramped. But you cant beat the prices. The woman working was knowledgeable and knew how to get what we needed.

We were looking for a specific bow tie and Arecelis had our item. The owner was helpful. The store was clean.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. Purchased my bridesmaids dresses from here and the colors we were told were not accurate. The navy dress was royal blue, the silver dress was gray and the rose gold was out of stock as all my girls had paid for the dresses to be ordered. Made my wedding so stressful. Looking for flower girl dresses, three of them. Found what we were looking for. The owner was very friendly, helpful and worked well with us. She is the best. If youre looking, this is the place to go.

Horrible place. They didn’t want to fix my dress when it didn’t even fit well. My damas dresses they said wouldn’t arrive on time when they went for measurements 5 months in advance and he didn’t order the dresses until less then a month left for my quinceañera now I’m struggling tying to find a place that can get them to me with 1 week left for my quince.

Really good place for wedding. We went to Dave and Bridals. And Dave and bridal hade my wifes dress not ready they wanted her to pick a other dress. She was super sad then we went here ARACELI BRIDAL and found the same dress for half of the price AND THEY HADE IT IN THE STORE LESS THEN 2 WEEKThis place made mine and my wifes day great

Do not come to this store. Very unprofessional. I walked into this store and the lady couldnt even greet me. They werent very fair with prices either. Seems like her and her greasy husband didnt know much about dresses. Plus I heard that people didnt receive their dress or was in the wrong size. Very bad at business!

My wedding is in 2 weeks now and we ordered our bridesmaid dresses a month ago, they gave us the wrong size, they ordered the wrong dresses, they are unresponsive, there not opened when they say they are opened and they seem to not care about our wedding. STAY AWAY!!!!
