Our Salesperson, John was by far the most delightful, informative and professional salesperson my husband and I have ever dealt with. We usually leave a car dealership with a headache, and a horror story, however, this time I left CU Autosales extremely happy ! Damian the store manager was equally as amazing. After reading the previous review I am shocked that someone can something so mean about C U auto sales. I have been to C U Auto Sales twice to buy two different vehicles one was a Saturn and the other was a Murano. With the amazing experiences I have had at C U Auto Sales I have in turn sent all my family in for vehicle purchases as well. Some have gone on to refer other clients with not one person having a single complaint. I have sent them all to Ben who has provided nothing but amazing service over and over again. I actually stumbled on this review while looking for yet another vehicle. The great service, warranty and no hassle buying experience has made me only look to C U Auto Sales for my cars purchases. I will be going back and I will continue to send people to C U Auto Sales.

We were ready to purchase a vehicle but supposedly their system that connects with the financial institutions was down on the day my pregnant wife was in to make the purchase. I spoke with the manager Damian and was assured he would reach out as soon as the system was back up to continue the purchase. Unfortunately, he didn’t reach out like he said he would and when my wife went back in to inquire about it they were not willing to assist her with the purchase. Very strange and unsettling behavior from this dealership. I also inquired about their Warranty program “First Automotive” since the vehicle was used and after conducting a bit of reasearch learned that they have a poor rating by the bbb and many upset customers by cases that were not actually covered by the supposed “elite warranty”. BUYERS BEWARE. This place goes on the shady list. On a positive note we ended up purchasing our new vehicle Certified Pre-Owned directly from the dealership for a better price and with the confidence of the actual brand warranty. I would stay away from CU Automotive as they seem shady in their business practices and not attentive to the experience of their potential customers who are ready to make a purchase.

No help. Vehicle purchased here. Key fob was replaced with the wrong fob. No lock, unlock features. Had to pull cut out key from dodge fob to unlock car. Spike with them and the wanted me to wait until the following week to do anything, no promises. Larry H. Miller dodge fixed everything easy fix no problems. I will never purchase from this cu sale lot.

This is a fantastic dealership with a friendly non pushy staff that offers awesome customer service and a great custom options to add spoilers, stripes, bed liners, and tonneau covers with in days.

I did not buy a car here, but have a story of my car breaking down outside of their lot on Osuna. I was waiting for a tow truck to take me to the nearest Pep Boys (right around the corner) and the lovely gentlemen helped me remove my car from the street, brought me water while I waited for the tow truck, and upon learning where I was headed they pushed my car the 100 yards to the Pep Boys parking lot. The measure of a person is how they treat someone they have nothing to gain from. The employees here are stand up people.

Stay away! Easiest car BUYING experience... after that they sucked. Once they had my money they had no interest whatsoever in keeping me happy. I had several issues which should have been covered in the extended warranty i paid over $1000 for if not covered under the standard guarantee when you purchase from a dealer and they initially flat out refused to fix. Then they agreed to do a sub par repair. I ended up paying out of my own pocket for a shop to repair the vehicle properly. Youre better off purchasing from craigslist as you will get the same level of customer service (none). Such a shame, my wife is now car shopping and if they would have been honorable i would have bought another vehicle from them. Ben the manager was a total douche on the phone. He pointed out things that were wrong with my trade in and tried to use it as leverage (after they already took the trade and sent it to auction). Really!? Isnt it on you to inspect the vehicle before offering money for the trade? Sheisty. They also lied about my credit score to get me into a higher interest rate. I spoke to my credit union after the purchase and they said i could have easily qualified for better rates. Cu auto encouraged me to run credit with different unions to get the best rates.... riiiighhht... more like so they could find the best way to make the most money off of me. I had a good vibe from them until all this came to light. Dont trust in their fake smiles and friendliness. These ppl are snakes. Edit: 10 months later and my car has been in the shop constantly. I have been without my car for roughly 2 months. No response from owner on this review. I will tell everyone I know to avoid this place.

Brittani and Damian are fantastic to work with. Their warmth, fairness and real desire to benefit their customer did not stop after the sale had transpired. My boyfriend and I bought a 2013 Dodge truck with only 29000 miles and a Tommy Gate just a few weeks after we had moved off-grid. It was essential, looked bran new, and we both loved it.A week later, he died suddenly and unexpectedly, and I was left on top of a hill with an elevation of almost 8000 feet. I had no shelter and 3 vehicle payments and it was getting cold. Damian bought my beaten up 2017 Jeep as a trade in, and Brittani helped me clear it out while the sun was going down. It had no significant equity, but they paid enough to reduce my truck payment . The insurance agent Damian referred me to insured both my Dodge and Hyundai for less than I was paying for the Hyundai and the Jeep. So I now have a big truck for no more than what I was paying every month before. That Tommy Gate is fabulous for an old gal on her own.Damian and Brittani were kind and helpful during a terrible time and I will never forget it. It is easy to be nice to someone doing great, but character is better expressed by how one treats somebody in a jam. I would not buy a car or truck from anyone else ever again and highly recommend them to anyone from anywhere.
