Floorscapes is the best!! After having a great experience with a carpet installation in 2017, we went back to Floorscapes hoping to get the exact same carpet to complete one last room in our house. We were ecstatic to learn we could still get the same beautiful high quality carpet and that the installation could take place within only a couple of weeks before new furniture was scheduled to arrive. The professionalism of the staff, from sales through installation, was as exceptional in 2021 as it was in 2017.

We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. We had a mixture of carpet, tile, and laminate removed downstairs and replaced with tile for a cohesive feel. We also had the carpet replaced upstairs. Joe was awesome to work with when selecting our tile. He made sure we got something we loved that was within our budget. We got to take various tile samples home to see how they looked in each room. The installers were super courteous and respectful. They showed up on time every day and made sure to clean up each day. They did a stellar job laying the stagger joint pattern on the tile we chose and we are soooooo happy with the final result! The new carpet is very plush and looks great too. They also added new baseboards after the tile was installed and did a beautiful job. It took them one week to remove the old flooring and install the tile, and an additional day to do the carpet. When you have people in and out of your home, you want to feel you can trust them and we definitely felt the installers were trustworthy.

We hired them to redo install tile flooring and new baseboards in our home. We were initially told that it would be a bit of a lengthy process because of their workload which was understandable. They began on our house at the end of April and told us it would take 5 to 6 days to complete the work. After about 4 days I noticed they had completed about a quarter of our house and asked about the timeline again. The completion time then changed a couple of days but it ended up taking them about 2 weeks to complete just our tile. After this, they let us know that there was a wait before they could get someone out to tuck the carpet where some of our carpet met the tile and to get someone out to complete our baseboards. It ended up taking them over a month to get someone else to complete our project during which our furniture had to be in storage. I could not get a straight answer from the salesman helping us the entire time we were waiting for someone to complete this but I tried to be patient with them. After they completed the work on our house, I did not pay them immediately because I needed to find time between working to get a cashiers check which was met by about 6 phone calls within an hour from our salesman harassing me about paying for the job. I ended up having to speak with a manager to get them to leave me alone. While the work done on our house is very high quality and looks great, the customer service I received will prevent me from using this company again or recommending them to anyone.

We are very pleased with our new carpet! The installers did a great job with the installation, moving furniture and putting everything back. They were very courteous and pleasant. We love the way our house looks with this new carpet! I would recommend Floorscapes if you are looking for flooring of any kind.

Above and beyond! Colin and his crew did a superb job of installing a gorgeous new floor that I am in love with! The project was scheduled to being in January, but there was an opportunity for it to be done in December and I was thrilled. The bedrooms and hallway look terrific, but I am particularly impressed with the craftsmanship of the stairs. His crew cleaned up after each day, and were very professional. We replaced all of the flooring on our main level with three different products. It looked like we might have to hire a general contractor to put the pieces together. Our desire was to have one company do it all, but we werent finding all three products at the same place. Floorscapes had great reviews and we knew at least three other friends who had used them. Mickey worked with us to get the LVT of our choice, which was through one of their suppliers but not in their normal selection. The tile was easy since they had both options we were interested in. It was the wood that was our main difficulty. After much looking and research, we had chosen a wood that Floorscapes did not have, at least in the store -- Brazilian Teak (Cumaru). Mickey found an option for us through a supplier in Albuquerque (Choices) and we were able to go to their shop to see what options they offered. We were pleased to find that we could get our desired product and get it from a US company (Novawood) and have Floorscapes do the complete installation. Our installation crew of 3-4 (C & E) spent about 3 weeks putting it in and the results are beautiful! Their attention to the details made us very confident in their skills, especially since they were primarily working with an unfamiliar wood that has some serious hardness. They thoroughly cleaned up each evening both inside and out. The entire project went so well and we are quite happy with the results.

Overall, I was very happy with the service and results. We had 5 rooms and a hallway that needed carpet - a total of 1029 sq ft according to their measurement. We chose their top-of-the-line carpet that they buy in bulk (so they can pass on savings to us), along with the premium pad which extends the warranty to 35 years. There was a couple of times in the initial planning, meausuring & quote giving stage that I had to follow-up because I didnt hear from anyone, but when I did they were responsive. The work crew was professional and cleaned up after themselves well. I have an HDMI cable that stetches across about 10 ft. of floor from my computer desk to our TV, and I was impressed with the careful way the installer cut a narrow groove just wide enough for the cable, so that the cable wouldnt make a lump under the carpet.The only thing they wanted to do where I had to stand my ground and say no even though they tried to talk me into it had to do with moving my large entertainment center into the middle of my kitchen, where I wouldnt have had access to anything in my kitchen for a large chunk of the day (it is very heavy and they didnt want to have to move it outside.) We had piled many boxes of stuff we had to remove from shelves and off of the floor in the dining alcove (after moving our table outside and stacking our chairs) and I had left myself a card table and one chair squeezed in where I could sit and do stuff on my computer while they worked in the rest of the house - also leaving the space free to access all the appliances, cupboards, counters and sink. As I said, they were pressuring me to let them fill that space with the entertainment center. They eventually got it moved outside. Six weeks later, everything is still looking good!Cost: $4,246.50

I love this place! I worked with Nathan, who answered all my many questions and gave me a great quote. In fact, the job cost less than that because the underfloor was OK and didn’t have to be replaced.It was a small job, but I always felt that it was just as important as any large job, scheduled in good time, and only took a day to complete. Nathan really knows his job and helped me figure everything out. I would recommend them to anybody.

We are so happy with our recent carpeting purchase from Floorscapes. We worked with Mickey in sales. After we visited the showroom and picked out a few that we liked, she brought the samples to our house and let us keep them overnight so we could see our choices in the different light and with our paint colors and decor. Floorscapes is absolutely the way to go! We signed up to do a large remodel during the middle of the worst part of COVID. We met with Colin to go over our initial plans for our 3100 SF two story home. Colin was very patient with us as we change our design plans 2 or 3 times prior the install. We also had to postpone our original installation due to work travel which was received well by the Floorscapes team. Our plan: Demo the 12x12 tile in our downstairs Pulte built home and replace it with Italian Porcelain Plank Tile. We also demoed two upstairs bathroom 12x12 tiles and tiled those with the plank tile as well. Next up the team demod the upstair Pulte carpet pad and contractor grade carpet and installed Mohawk Smart Pad and Mohawk carpet. The job was huge, and was scheduled for two weeks. The tile was laid by Arturo and Pepe, two very hard working young men in 7 days and they did a fantastic job. Due to dust and noise my wife and I left our home in the hands of these two young men for about 4 hours Saturday and Sunday while we ran some errands and didnt even worry about it. Jose and a (I forget his name) came in moved heavy furniture and laid down the padding and carpet in two days and moved the furniture back. The entire project looks awesome and were extremely pleased and highly recommend Floorscapes. Bill, helped my wife pick out the tile, padding and carpet and Colin did a great job with changing our plans and making sure the install crew knew what to do. I stopped into Floorscape to look at flooring for my home. I ended up with high end vinyl flooring. The product is AMAZING!. It not possible to distinguish this flooring from engineered hardwood. Easy to clean! The service was excellent. The installers were on time, worked steady and carefully. My sales person, Mickey was outstanding. She has been in the flooring business for some time. She knows flooring product. Turns out she is a neighbor! Floorscape is a locally owned and operated business.

With the exception of my two bathrooms, Floorscapes replaced all the floor covering in my house, both tile and carpet. They also replaced my kitchen backsplash. Nathan was my project manager and Al was the installer. Both did a great job for me. Nathan was extremely helpful in picking out great choices for the tile and carpet, and was also great when the project was underway. I moved out of the house due to the scope of the work and given the Covid 19 issues keeping to the schedule was of utmost importance, which they did. Al did an amazing job with the tile as there were some extremely complicated cuts required. I couldnt be more happy with the finished project and would definitely use them again... except I have all new floors now! :)

So we had planned to do a piddly 2 rooms of carpet... original estimate based on correct square footage was about $700. measurement took place, they were told that the room (overall was approx 11x14.) This means that off a 12 wide roll, I would purchase a piece 14 ft long and it would be trimmed, wasting about 14sf per room... ok that makes sense. Call me crazy, but anyone in the flooring industry should know to account for excess of exactly this type in any estimate. Typically I would understand a 10% underestimate or so. In my industry we ALWAYS add 10% to account for overage, but I digress... Their price went up to $1000. or a 30% increase for the same carpet. Its not about the amount or the size of the project, its about being honest! yes there are scraps etc... if thats not a bait and switch, dont know what is.

This is a good example of how you really get what you pay for. We got multiple quotes for our job, and although Floorscapes was a bit higher than some, they had exactly the wood we were looking for. We were not disappointed. Our rep, Lee, was extremely responsive and stayed in touch before, during, and after the job was done. The crew that came in was extremely punctual and professional. They made every effort to avoid disruption to our ability to still function while the job was going on, and were extremely pleasant and nice. They showed up every day exactly on time, rarely took breaks, worked very hard, and worked with us to vary their quitting time depending on our schedule. They started on Monday and were done by noon Thursday. They also did a careful job of moving our furniture in and out. They made sure everything was cleaned up before they left each night. The results were exactly what wed hoped for! Highest possible recommendations!!!

I have had Floorscapes do several projects in my home. Tile and carpeting work. Their installers are great and do a really great job!

I got quotes from both Lowes and Floorscapes to tear out all my carpet and install LVT flooring. Floorscapes quote was a few THOUSAND less than Lowes for the same product. The Lowes quote was full of extra things I didnt need and wouldnt have known if it werent from dealing with Colin at FLoorscapes. He always responded to my emails and texts quickly. The two men who came to do the install were very polite and professional. I couldnt be happier with the outcome. Even my baseboards were removed and replaced without damage!

I am so happy with my new floors. Floorscapes was so good to work with. I got several estimates and I am so glad that I chose Floorscapes to do the job! Joe Duran came to my house to measure and got back to me very quickly with an estimate. He took time with me in the showroom to show me all the types of flooring and helped me find just what I was looking for. The installers, Augustine and Tony were so great. They did an excellent job of installing the flooring. They were very careful moving all the furniture, put everything back where i needed it and cleaned really well every day that they were there. Poor install, vinyl tiles coming up and gaps between the pieces about a year later. I was told that is more or less the standard. I was told I would be contacted to have someone come out to check it out. Its been over a month... no word.Update 10/13/19: I reached out to contact someone in customer service. A man named Bill came out to look at the job and agrees it was not as it should be. He had many hypothesis of how the vinyl may have come up and separated, none of which fit situation (like water damage and shrinkage). By the end he declared he would make it right and fix the areas that were coming up and separated. On 10/3/19, Bill told the my proxy (landlord), he would call me to “talk to me about it”. That was 10 days ago and still no word. I’ll call tomorrow since I have had bad luck with Floorscapes following up with me. More than the botched job, the poor service is becoming the primary issue in this case. Will update when more is known.Update (10/16/19): Solution in the works they are going to reinstall. The last delay was a miss communication it seems. I would up the review more but the timeline is putting me in a bind and no word on when this will be the resolved.

First, when I called to speak with him about my ideas for my floors, he returned my call promptly even though he was in another state! We are very happy we selected Floorscapes to convert flooring in three rooms from carpet to tile.We worked closely with Mickey who managed the project from start to finish. She came twice beforehand to help us choose the best tile for the project.The schedule was adhered to, and the installer did a fantastic job. We had them use a more difficult-to-work-with grout that needed extra cleaning. The installer returned for this processing and made sure we were happy with the final result, which is beautiful and very serviceable.Floorscapes will be our choice for any future projects, and we would highly recommend them.

We just finished our third project with Floorscapes. Every experience has been delightful. Colin has had great ideas for our tile, carpeting, bathroom, luxury vinyl plank flooring, and a kitchen backsplash that is jawdroppingly dramatic. All the different materials we have purchased are excellent quality. The jobs always got done on time, even when it required a bit of extra accommodation (overnight delivery, working on Saturday). The installers (Fermin, Bill) have been skilled, conscientious, and friendly. Everyone at the store is helpful and friendly.
