I love this place. Ive been going to Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory since I was a kid and the quality is still as great as it was back then. Everything I have ever had here has been delicious. The customer service here has always been great too. They always have a smile on their face and make recommendations if you need help choosing from their many options. It is a little on the pricey side, but everything is worth it. I highly recommend going here for delicious desserts and great customer service.

Very good customer service. Pleasant cashier. I get the peanut butter bucket about once or twice a year. Todays bucket was heavy on the chocolate and very light on the peanut butter filling. It made it quite hard to bite into. Id rather a better balance of the two components.

I when to this chocolate factory for candy apple for Mother’s Day one day early and they cut up the apple and didn’t ask and it’s brown now so I can’t serve it to her. And paper was stuck to it.😡

Pretty good, but not really worth the price. I really dont think that 10 chocolate covered strawberries are worth $40.

Great selection of chocolates. The woman who runs the store is very friendly and helpful. We were looking for dark chocolate truffles for a friend and she was able to tell us what she had for the fall instead. Would definitely return.

I had the strongest mochi craving and I came to the right place. This bakery has every flavor of mochi imaginable so I got one of everything! Strangely enough, my favorite was the unfilled original mochi. I am so happy with my order - truly authentic!!!
