Mango hard as a rock……inedible, kiwis, watermelon mushy & slimy also inedible. 1/2 of Strawberries were not ripe & were rubbery the other 1/2 of strawberries and the blueberries are only fruit in arrangement that is decent. Pineapple some were cut in very cute shapes others haphazardly cut but mostly inedible because it’s the core of pineapple which is part usually tossed in trash. So only about 1/4” of edible pineappleAlso was supposed to receive a box of 6 chocolate covered strawberries instead I received 2 strawberries, old & shrunken, 2 chocolate covered apple slices & 2 of the most disgusting mushy bananas. Which by the way appear to have been taken off of another arrangement & tossed in the box.Again VERY DISAPPOINTED & don’t waste your money!!!!! A BIG 👎Should be renamed Inedible Desserts!

Very rude employees and mangers incompetent. My order was cancelled without any notice or reason. Totally ruined a retirement surprise. Mangers unapologetic. Would not recommend 4770 Montgomery store.

The fruit is excellent!!! I love their arrangments and there selection. I work with produce and understand how difficult it is to find good quality fruit but these guys have it down! I would love to order another one for family they were excellent. I hope more and more people give the gift of edible arrangements

Plenty of inventory and incredibly nice employees. They ran out of what we wanted and said that they could make more if we wanted to wait a few minutes. ❤️ thank you edible arrangements! Much better than the west side location.

If I could I would give 0 stars. I used this place based on my family recommendation. They only tried one time to delivery a gift on 2/13 they never called to reschedule, then they send me an email they successfully delivered the product then called the recipient and they confirmed they never came back to redeliver as they told them. Then I called the last manager she said she would deliver AFTER the Valentine’s Day due to shortage and bad weather and would redeliver Monday after the fact. I reluctantly agreed the holiday was already over, to make matters worse they called me before their scheduled deliver time to tell me they ran out of product and will cancel my order this was at 10 am MT when they promised to delivery by 2 pm MT. I didn’t expect this horrible service. I even told the recipients to expect their gift a day later it was embarrassing to have to tell them that and it was supposed to be a surprise. The whole thing turned out to be a mess and a scam. Being I ordered out of town I wasn’t able to go in person and I depend on them too much and they let me down. I already paid for the order they had no business to take it apart and give it to anyone else. I highly do not recommend this company nor will I ever use them again! I give them double zero for reliability and customer service. I’m sure they will reply to this how sorry they are and blah but they had plenty opportunity to make this right and they were not honest who they spoke with and never reached out to the recipient but once. Anyhow thought I would post this horrible experience for others to see what a fraud and scam this company really is! And also now that I think about it was a premeditated to cancel the next day so even worse they planned it this way! Scammers!!! Oh and they NEVER refund me either! Do not trust this company. Very disappointed!

Received a fruit arrangement from this location and everything was great. Huge chocolate covered strawberries were delicious along with the apple and pineapple.

Set up an order for chocolates and a bear for my niece to get well since she just had her appendix removed. Asked if they could put a band-aid where she had had her surgery on the teddy bear and not only did they do it but they added the words ouch on it. She was THRILLED. Thank you for going above and beyond!!

Ordered the fruit platter for 44.99. It was very small, the pineapple was the pineapple core, didn’t get the pineapple daises or the grapes it was suppose to come with. Very disappointed and ripped off.

They were very nice and they made it on time I will be using them again very good service.

My husband ordered from here for Valentine’s Day and I never received it. He ordered in advance. He called this morning and got a very “didn’t care” attitude from the person who answered the phone. They made a comment about us living “way out in Rio Rancho”. They said that they couldn’t guarantee delivery for today by 2:00 pm. My husband paid a delivery fee, who cares where we live if you are charging a fee? No more Edible Arrangements for us!

I wanted an Edible Arrangement delivered to an amazing teacher for a teacher appreciation week the day of. The gentleman at the Albuquerque Montgomery Road location was extremely helpful. I even offered to just go online and take care of it and he insisted to help me himself. All in all I was very pleased with my experience.

Came at 1:45 and they were already closed. I was looking forgit to trying their smoothies 😒.

Waste of money! I spent over $100 for a fruit arraignment and a balloon to be delivered to my wife at work this Valentine’s Day. The delivery person had no care in the world of the product she was dropping off. She “lost” the balloon on the way there and didn’t seem to think it was a big deal. Then instead of being excited and happy my wife was embarrassed by the mess of what was to be her $100 arrangement it was messy, looked like it had been smashed on the drive over and the fruit was WARM from sitting in the car. I would have given them a chance to fix it however it’s impossible to get ahold of them via phone call. I will never buy your overpriced product again and neither will any of my family and friends

I have been ordering from the 4770 Montgomery NE store in Albuquerque for over five years and have never been disappointed. The fruit is always fresh and sweet. And the chocolate covered fruit is the best Ive ever had. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. And its very important to me that it is locally owned. I highly recommend this healthy alternative to candy or flowers. Excellent!

After reading the reviews of the west side location, And trying multiple times to reach them with no phone answer (I had a question not listed on the website), I decided to give this location a try. Thankfully they answered and are not the same owners... very friendly and helpful answering my questions.

This place is amazing! They definitely go above and beyond for the customers. They even showed up earlier than they were requested!!! My girl is a very happy camper!

Hated it. we had a server who was too lazy and careless to bring my mother her gift on her birthday when good money was payed. 😠😣 we were supposed to get an edible arrangement, but if it were not for my dog we would have never got it. my dog had started to bark at the door, but when i went to it there was a note on the door saying that they had missed us, even though nobody had knocked or rang the doorbell. i saw a man heading toward his car when i asked him what he wanted he brought the arrangement to our door but he never said sorry or explained. when i called they had not answered and told me to call back when they were open, but the website said they were open.

Worst Valentines idea ever! They told me they couldnt deliver to my address so I had to go into the store which was 30 minutes away to pick up my order. I had pre paid in full before I went in. I was in a hurry so they handed me my order and I assumed that my order was correct. I ordered two dozen chocolate covered strawberries, one was for my mom and one for my husband. When I got to my moms house I reached in the bag to give her one dozen and I noticed that there was only one box with 12 strawberries in the bag. I had to give my mom the box since I was already there and I didnt have anything to give my husband. I felt like the worse wife ever after showing up empty handed on Valentines Day and it was all because of Edible Arrangements!! Worst idea ever, almost 100 dollars for nothing but disappointment!!! Shouldve just made my own!!

Ive had arrangments from this location before that were pretty good, but the one my fiancé picked up for me on Tuesday was a joke. It was the medium sized fruit arrangement, the one with pineapple flowers with melon balls, strawberries, grapes, cantaloupe, and honeydew. Same one we always get, but this one was just... awful. To start, the grapes were mushy, not firm. The strawberries were not sweet, some were incredibly sour, and some were so overripe they were falling apart! The reason I decided to wite this review however, is because one of the strawberries actually had MOLD on it. So disgusted, so annoyed. $69 for moldy fruit... worst fruit basket ever. Shame on you, Edible Arrangements.

Every time I order from Edible Arrangements, the fruit is fresh, the arrangements are beautiful, and delivered in a timely manner. My favorite is the chocolate dipped marshmallows....YUM.
