Action Security Iron installed beautiful double security doors for us with crimesafe screen. I am much more comfortable leaving the north facing doors open now to let in the cool breeze. Everyone there was courteous and easy to work with.

I had been in the market for awhile for storm doors but wanted something unique and tasteful to go with the style of our house rather than the type of doors that you purchase at Lowes or Home Depot. I found Action Security though an advertisement in the Albuquerque Journal. I made an appointment for an estimate. Prior to our appointment, I received an email with their catalog and was also notified that Action had custom options as well. We selected one of the designs in the catalog and when the estimator arrived, our appointment went very quickly and the measurements for our doors were completed. Within 12 hours, I had an estimate via email. I reviewed and accepted the estimate and then called to order the doors. a 50% deposit was due when ordering and a date was set for installation. On the day of installation, the installers arrived early and got right to work. They were professional and got our beautiful new doors installed quickly. We are so happy with our new doors. They are show craftsmanship and quality and add to the appearance of our home. Thank you!

Dale made an absolutely beautiful gate to our specifications and the quality of the color is impressive. We did have an issue with the door handle they installed. It didnt match the style of the door, so I reached out. Action Security immediately followed up and found something much more in line with the modern style of the gate. They were so professional and responsive and they make excellent, quality work!

I called Action Security Iron to install a security door for my home. Their team came out to measure, were prompt and polite. The install was done shortly thereafter and was done without any effort on my part; they installed a beautiful custom security door for me. They did such a good job, I hired them to install security iron bars on the windows of my business. They have very good pricing compared to their competitors (Ive checked), and anytime I need security iron doors, fencing, or window bars I wont hesitate to use Action Security again.

We have had a security door and two gates installed. They look great and are very secure. The staff were very helpful and professional. They worked with us to pick our gate and door designs and even allowed us to do some customization for our door. Would definitely recommend.

Really disrespectful. Dale decided after numerous months that he did not want to disclose to the USDA grant process his EIN, his insurance, or even give a signed bid. He dragged me along for months with a unsigned bid and I got the grant only to have him bail on me. Disgusting!

Hello I would like to say that Action Security Iron is a fantastic company located in Albuquerque New Mexico and they do Obviously good iron fence work business but sometimes people get in a hurry and forget how to drive and Im not saying that the person in this picture its a bad driver but Im saying they need to better correct their driving habits now I dont know if this is a customer and employee the owner I just know that I personally wouldnt be driving a truck as fancy as this like that

Office staff didnt take responsibility for not recording an appointment, then lied and blamed the customer. Im sure the work they do is good, but they need to better train office staff both in ethics and customer relations.
