Great experience here at this location. Was looking for Sig M18 9mm, Matt and his teammate went and found one for me. They took time to call me and let me know they found one. This is a very hard to find firearm but they made it happen. From selection to service they are above the all. Highly recommended.

Friendly service, but you need to check the ammo you request before you purchase. I asked for .45 ACP and was given .45 colt and didnt realize it until the following day. With their sales final - no returns on ammo, Im out $33. Lesson learned the hard way...09.03.21 Thanks for the response and the offer to exchange the ammo. However, Im back in Colorado now and wont be back for at least 6 months.

Had a blast with the machine gun rental. Would have preferred a little more…autonomy I guess in operating the guns, but I’m sure they deal with a lot of idiots who don’t know what they’re doing so it makes sense. One gripe though, change the batteries in your red dots fellas, I want to have an actual point of aim instead of a clear tube

I have been in the store three times since I moved here two years ago and have walked out empty handed every time. The sad part is this place was recommended to me before I moved from Oregon. The most recent I was looking at buying a S&W 500; $1,500. I work graveyards and so I sleep during the day, so unfortunately, I do most of my buying as stores are closing. Im always polite about it and explain my schedule and most are understanding. My wife and I got to the Coors location about an hour before closing time. I told the guy I was interested in looking at the S&W 500. The person said we stop doing background checks after 5. I explained my schedule and asked for some information and to look at it. Instead of showing me the firearm him and another person were tying their hardest to talk me out of purchasing it. I told them I was looking for a protection handgun when my wife & I are in the wilderness and feel my 1911 wont do the job if needed.Without knowing my 43 years of firearm experience I felt they were judging me that I couldnt handle such a firearm. He went as far as placing a round on the counter in front of me and said this is the round for it. Again, not knowing Ive been looking to buy a 500 for a while. He did eventually hand me a rental to hold. He continued to bash the firearm on how heavy it was etc., not knowing I prefer heavy weapons. The other person was suggesting a 10mm but instead of showing me anything they continued to tell me how horrible the recoil was on the 500. At that point I was done, my wife and I walked out, as we were getting in the car my wife said Well, they apparently are making enough money to not need our business. They never offered to show me the new 500, or the 10mm. I was not welcomed to come back the next day to even finalize a purchase if I decided on one. Absolutely zero for customer service and wanting to sell anything regardless of the store closing time. Three strikes and youre out! I will not give Calibers another chance.I took my bag of money and will continue to take my bag of money to Sportsmans. I ended up buying the Performance S&W500 and accessories and they got a $1,700 sale. Do you people not like making $$$?

Rude and smug employees this used to be my favorite range until i tried the machine gun packadge we went in two days before and the man said we could do it on a weekday in the after noon and when we came the same man said we couldnt do it because of my sons age this was never stated before however i believe it was lazyness of the employee, but after calling another store who said differently and talking with 2 smug employees and 1 reasonable one we convinced them to let us shoot but when we did the very tense moment of attitude andpassive aggressiveness completely ruined our expeirience and i will not be returning.

I Bought a very expensive rifle from calibers on Coors blvd and at first it was fine but not long after,it was like cold dead fish in there. The assistant manager very rude and very dismissive to me. Not only did I over pay for a rifle, they charged me 50 bucks to mount a scope on the overpriced rifle I bought from them. So calibers only gets 1 star for lack of treating customers with honesty and decency. I won’t go back!

After we went to 3 other local shops with unfriendly and unhelpful staff, we came to Calibers to see if they had both the staff and selection we were comfortable with. Kenny was extremely helpful and all of the staff were kind, friendly, and very knowledgeable. We settled on a gun, went through the background check process, and shot two boxes of ammunition with the new gun within about an hour and a half. Would get a 5 star if the staff wasn’t rude and dismissive. The range is alright, pretty standard. The shop is overpriced. The ammo selection is pretty expensive for quality of ammo. Go to the Cutler location, the staff is far more friendly, and welcoming. The ammo and guns at all of them are overpriced, have literally seen the same brand new gun at an actual gun store for 100$ less. But I can overlook that since I would never buy a gun from them. Cutler location gets a 5 star in my book, whereas this location gets 0 stars if I could.

I used to like this place. Their rates used to be reasonable and you could shoot all day. I called today and was told its $20/hr. When I commented on them raising their rates, I was told, that was before covid which is bull. I bought both of my firearms after covid-19 started. When I told him that, he said, will its been this price since march. Thats also BS. Its one thing to raise your prices, its another to flat out lie about when the change took an place. The last time I shot there was july 28th at their old rates. I bought a pistol from them that day. I wont go back. They lost a customer over their inability to tell the truth.

I am used to outdoor ranges as thats all Ive used. 3 people on the floor, and every one of them greeted us and talked to us about questions they had. I placed an order for two firearms and a couple boxes of ammo and only had half my order come in. I was told they didnt have the rest of the order in stock and I would have to choose a different firearm and alternative ammo and so I did. I was told it was ordered and a week later I have them call me again to tell me it was not coming because it was not available and tell me that I had taken too long in giving them the OK to order the other firearm, which in fact I gave them the OK the very next day! They took my money and provided poor customer service. They did not provide any alternatives or even try to accomodate the situation at hand or even try to keep my business. It was like a too bad so sad type of deal. I went to the coors location and there is one salesman there with the worst attitude, very condescending and passive. There is a great lack of customer service and customer satisfaction. I will never give my business to them again. Granted this was my first time ever buying from them. Coming from a law enforcement background I have never had such a bad experience.

We went in on a Monday afternoon and found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Amazing how one person can make a visit to a business miserable. The gunsmith (Caucasian man) was so rude and unhelpful. We walked in and were acknowledged and greeted with professionalism and enthusiasm. We mentioned to the gentleman that was helping us that we need the rails on our guns oiled he said sure someone can help u with that. After we checked in’ the man who was supposedly going to help us with the oil on the rail pulled one of the pistols out and started. To. Try to take it apart my partner said to him (he looked like he didn’t know how to do it) if you pull that pin it will expose the rails . He very rudely said I KNOW HOW to take a gun apart then rudely said I don’t know what u need and walked away. What a waste of a position to have an employee who is so rude and unwilling to help. We dropped 100 dollars there and I promise that this mans actions left a bad taste and I won’t be giving them any of my money anymore. I would rather go to the outdoor shooting range and brave the cold weather then to be treated so rudely.

Multiple calls to the 2 locations have yielded nothing. Nobody knows who I can talk to to get this fixed, nobody has offered any solution whatsoever. ***Coors location*** Do not go there! First of all we were extremely patient with the long wait. So I purchased a $415 gun. My party of three and I were accused of firing into the wall. The manager got in my friends face embarrassing us all. He said he was going to review the cameras and charge someone’s credit card for the damages. We all said go ahead it was not us. Then he says NO MORE SHOOTING until he looks at the cameras. We had just got into the lane. Then I went out to see what was going on and again he said, “no more shooting!” I was like really we just got in the lane and there was only 15 minutes left to shoot. They closed early because it was Calibers Christmas party. I was like I purchased a gun from you guys and waited patiently and this is how we get treated? He continued saying until he reviewed the cameras which made us all feel like he swears we did it. Here’s a thought how about you check your cameras first before jumping to conclusions? Never have I ever been treated this way. So a brand new .380 Smith and Wesson damaged your wall? When before us there was a couple of guys shooting an assault rifle? It’s not rocket science sir. Everyone go to the outdoor shooting range it’s cheaper and they have great customer service! Sir, corporate is going to hear about this.

Its a good and safe environment to learn how to shoot however their rules are extremely strict and I do understand the fact that a lot of people that go shooting there are not experienced Shooters at all and those safety rules have to be put in place for certain reasons however they have too much of a stipulation specially if your law enforcement you should be able to do things that other people cant other than that its not too bad of a place it is a little bit expensive but it beats going all the way out to the West Side depending on where you live I wish that their lifetime membership was a little bit cheaper cuz I would definitely buy it if it was about $400 cheaper but until they have a deal or a discount I wont purchase it I would recommend it to go here for certain people its a good place to learn

The one at Cutler in my opinion is better. The rules are totally fair and appropriate but the staff can be quite rude enforcing them. The first time I was there I picked up a bullet that was about 2 inches past the line, a kid in his 20s told me, you cross the line again and Im going to tell you to leave. He could have used better judgement and said something like, please be careful, I know it was only on inch or 2 past the line but please be careful. Today I had a guy come clean the shells up and I was with my boy who is 12. He was shooting safely and I moved out of the way for the guy to clean, he got upset and told me, you need to get over by your son. NOW!! Again no problem with the rules but they could be more personable and friendly about it, did he even realize I was trying to move out of his way so he could pick up the shells off the floor???
