We contacted SANDIA MOBILE HOMES to sell our Solitaire manufactured home, and we were very glad we did! Tom was super professional in analyzing our double-wide Solitaire, and he offered us a very reasonable price. He managed the entire removal operation, and was able to take away the entire home (both halves) in one day – plus his crew cleaned up afterwards! He always kept in constant contact with us, informing us of progress, including a few early questions (e.g., utility connections), meanwhile proceeding to smoothly engineer the removal. We were impressed that he was always available and on time for phone calls and meetings to answer our questions.
