Got a great deal on a 2019 ducati 959. I got a nail the second day and they replaced it free of charge. They put a new rear tire on with in an hour. Great team, I also received a free shirt and hat.

Horrible communication. I called the store multiple times with no one returning my calls. The sales manager never responded to my emails or text messages about the parts that were supposed to be ordered when I bought the bike. The parts were on back order but no one would return my call or text when I would ask for an update about the parts. I bought a brand new bike and there are broken parts on the bike and loose parts even though it went through inspection before buying. They told me my brake light was broken and their tech is new and not comfortable fixing that. I will NEVER do business with them again and I will be telling everyone I know not to do business here. Absolutely horrible.

No one there Ducati needs a new dealer to represent them! 11 calls no answer went to dealership no sales person present left phone number for call back nothing.What a waste of time as this is a great bike with great history.

This dealer is awful, does not return calls or patch through to anyone that can provide any info. I’ve called 8 times on days they are open, twice spoke to someone that transferred me to a voice mail, and never received a call back. How is this place even open??? Embarrassing.

Talk to Cesar, he does his best to find you deals and is honest about what is possible. Helped me purchase my newest love affair with minimal fuss.

Absolutely terrible service. Ive taken my Ducati here twice. Both times I was ignored and had to wait while the guys sat in an office 5 feet from me talking. Always rude, and didnt answer when I called to check on the bike for 2 weeks.

I test drove the new Ducati Multistrada V4S a few days ago at the Albuquerque ducati dealership. Already to setup this test drive took several emails and phone calls, with basically the emails never returned, besides one of thesewe appreciate your business, will call back shortly bla bla, which never happened. Then two days ago, I decided to buy the bike and I requested quotes from different places, Albuquerque among them. While all the other dealerships gave me a quote within a day, I still have not heard anything from this dealer. So I bought my bike today in Denver, CO. Maybe the guy thought I am not serious, or maybe he thought I cant afford it. In any case I would seriously reconsider talking to these guys.

Love their customer service. If I ever buy another bike it would be from Ducati/honda of abq

I bought my Ducati brand new and have had a great experience from the start of my purchase until this point. I am very particulate about my motorcycles and I must say the Tech Joseph is highly respected amongst bikers that know him and his work. I commend Ceaser the finance manager who is always courteous and transparent. Thank you team. Please keep it up. Took my bike to change its tires and Joe it appeared my bike was never touched. Impressed.

Today I’ve ordered my new 2017 Ducati Scrambler from Albuquerque Ducati. Cesar who helped me decide was very informed, made great suggestions, ordered my accessories and even assisted me in shipping my bike to California. I would suggest to anyone to all interested Ducati lovers to call Cesar and go for a test ride! It was easy, fast and happy to refer him more business!

I came into the dealership to learn about the Ducati adv bike line. Cesar Hidalgo took about 40 minutes to explain all the specs on almost every bike there. Awesome level of knowledge and relaxed atmosphere. Quite a fun and educational experience!

Stopped in, checked out the Ducati v4s that they just got in stock. Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable about their bikes. The loan paperwork was a breeze. I recommend this shop to all riders.

After confirming the availability of a bike listed on their website with Cesar Hidalgo, I took a day off work to make the 6 hour drive to Albuquerque . The bike was listed as a demo and I took it for a short ride and then confirmed out the door the door price. I needed to check on insurance rates so a couple hours later i called Cesar to let him know i wanted to go ahead with the purchase as he quoted me. I called and left three messages to please call me back so i could confirm the deal. But he would not answer his phone or return my calls. I called again the next day but again he wouldnt answer or return my calls. I thought maybe it had been sold so I checked their website. I couldnt believe what they had done! They increased the price $3000 !!!! And he still wont return my calls! Worst dealer ever!!!!! Stay away from this disaster of a dealer!!!

Recently bought my second Ducati from the team at Ducati Albuquerque and Honda Powersports. The new bike is awesome, and the team took great care of me. I had to wait for just the right bike, but it was so worth it. My thanks to Carlos, Cesar and the team. I couldnt be happier! Thank you!

This place is absolutely awful with service. I’ve tried purchasing a bike from them twice... I’ve bought 2 Ducati’s from PJ’s. Every Ducati dealer in every other state is better. Use cycle trader and find a bike in Arizona or Colorado... it’s worth the trip. This place won’t last very long at all.

No one comes out to greet you... I waited about 20 minutes until I finally went up to the front desk inside of the Honda side of Ducati and the guy sat there talking to a friend on his personal cell phone laughing away. No negotiations on a bike that had well over 9,000 miles.

Excellent store!! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly! Check out their inventory and easy fianancing, you can apply online and get a fast answer, and did I say Ducati motorcycles are awesome!!

Amazing experience!!! Cesar helped my father all the way thru a huge service. My father is traveling from México up to Alaska and had to stop to change distribution bands, chain, sproket, tires, a full service and Cesar was awesome, amazing service from all the staff, the technician. My father was very pleased with the awesome service !!!! Thanks guys for helping my father in this very important trip !!!!

I have a very low mileage immaculate 851 strada that needs the timing belts replaced . They wont work on it because its over 15 years old . Very poor . I understand if its an old beeter, but seriously . How much Ducati work can there be in Albuquerque that they turn work away .
