I get it. Times are tough right now for the Motorsports industries. All sorts of costs are blowing up shops during Covid. However, being friendly and welcoming people to your place of business is free. I like to look at motorcycles. I appreciate a word or two with a staff that are enthusiastic about their product. I got asked what I ride. I have a 1972 Triumph bobber with suicide shift. Could not find a picture on my phone and the guy walked away muttering Yeah, I have a bunch to those too. Really? Yes, I will continue to get my accessories on the internet.........

These people are nothing but awesome. Some of these guys I have known for years and have raced with them. They are just good people on the track and off the track as well as the right people to deal with. I can say first hand they take care of their customers. I bought a Beta Race adition bike a month ago and they have taken care of me as one of their own. Im proud to recommend them and call them my friends. They have great techs in the shop and all of them are very knowledgeable. Kudos to Triumph of Albuquerque and keep up the great work.

Im on my way to Albuquerque relish bad rear tire and call service dept these guys make room getting me for next day rubber, tire blew 2.5 hours away I get towed in and the manager Scott comes down at midnight and puts my bike in his shop so if would be safe! OUTSTANDING customer service! Before I make a purchase I like to get to know who I am dealing with. The owner Scott is the real deal. When someone is unwilling to open up to me it puts me on guard. When someone shoves their product in my face it turns me off. Scott and Jessie have been awesome to work with. I ran three very successful businesses, am now retired and Scott runs his businesss like I ran mine. When I am ready to buy a bike, and the price is right, I guarantee I will be buying from this dealership!

This is such a nice shop with great atmosphere and friendly staff. They have a great used bike selection at good prices. The gear selection is good. The Triumph lineup has gotten so diverse there is bike that fits almost anyone- sport, adventure, scrambler, classic or bobber. Triumphs are well built and low maintenance- I own my second one and find them reliable and enjoyable with nice details and finishes. This shop is the perfect compliment to an excellent motorcycle brand.

A great looking store and the first time I have seen a Triumph only shop. I was in town only for a brief spell before heading home to Alaska. Extremely friendly service offering me ideas on how to customize my ‘18 Scrambler. When I shared that I rode my Tiger down to AZ and back to AK and intended to ship it back down to ride back to Austin, Chris offered up to call him to go for a ride. I picked up a sweet jacket while I was there. I’ll definately will be visiting this shop again next time I visit my daughter in school.

Because of a screw in my new tire, I had to get two tires in two months. Excellent service both times. They even gave me competitors names to get quotes. After talking to the competition, I felt even better with my decision to go back to Triumph of Albuquerque for my second back tire. I ride a 2005 Triumph Rocket III, a 240 back tire.

I swung by Triumph of Albuquerque while on the hunt for more engine power. Scott Cloninger did a great job explaining the features of the Tiger line and set up a test ride on a 1200. Its an awesome motorcycle on road but I wanted to get some seat time off road before making a decision. Scotts sharp eye caught that the rear tire of my Honda just started to wear into the carcass and he advised me to look into it. Needless to say it was an educational and fun experience. Although I sold my last triumph a few years ago Im confident that there will be another. If youre looking into owning a Triumph dont feel nervous about swinging by Triumph of Albuquerque, they will treat you right!

Took my bike here got everything fixed and when it started messing up again and i dont think it was what they fixed but something else went wrong but they came and got my bike been helpful and friendly a bit expensive but its honest work amd in the mechanic world thats rare plus the guy bobby that works here, is the coolest and nicest and very trustworthy.

These guys and gals are on there A game. I took my bike to the shop today with a electrical problem the owner of the shop was not afraid to get dirty to figure out my problem. I knew when I left my bike for repairs it was in the best hands! I cant thank Scott and Jesse enough. Thanks guys.

Very nice people. Stopped in to check out the new shop, very nice inside. Their Service Director seemed like he definitely knew his stuff. Got me the required maintenance interval for my 2nd hand Triumph, and even spotted that my rear shocks were improperly set up for my weight/size and readjusted them for me. I had no idea they were even adjustable. Will definitely be back to have them service my bike.

Triumphs are overall one of the best motorcycles available. The showroom at this dealership is nice and the people are great too.

On 11 Sep 2018 Charlie installed and activated a pair of heated grips on my 2016 Trophy. The new heated grips work very well.So far, Ive ridden with the three-position (high, off, low) grip heat switch set to low heat. The high-heat position works, but, as of 08 Nov 2018, high grip heat is too warm for 40-degree F temperatures.On 31 Oct 2018 Charlie performed an annual service which included an engine oil change and new oil filter. On 08 Nov 2018 I verified the engine oil level is still exactly on the max oil line in the sight glass. The oil and the drain plug washer both look brand new.I plan to return to Triumph Albuquerque for any future service on the motorcycle.

I dont know what kool-aid (or likely warm ale) the owners of Triumph ABQ are drinking, but I wish theyd share it with other bike shops.I just had some service done, and I felt as if it were a local bike shop and not at all a dealership (sad state of bike dealerships, eh?).The prices were more than fair, they were happy to use some parts Id already had -- I get over-enthusiastic about my skills sometimes -- and they did not try to push any addition service or parts or anything like that.Unlike some shops, the folks here actually ride themselves! So many dealerships now employ non-riders and, nothing against open employment, its tough to frequent a bike shop where the people do NOT ride... glad the folks at Triumph ABQ are enthusiasts.I felt as if I were back at this old Brit repair shop in the 70s, where I first fell in love with Triumphs, so i am glad to see the spirit is still alive in NM.I just wish theyd open another shop down south so wed have quality Triumph service convenient to us, but until then, Ill tow my bike to the shop on Quail Rd.
