I have had numerous repairs done by Janet. She is very helpful and explains everything that she did to repair your instrument. She is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and extremely reliable. Repairs are done completely. Quality work every time!

Second Winds is fabulous for woodwind repair. Your best bet is to set up an appointment with her, but usually, she can get you in pretty quickly. The shop occupies the garage of a house, and Janet (the fixer person) always does a great job. She will make allowances for emergencies, and she carries some supplies like neck strapes and the likes. At this point she has serviced my whole saxophone collection. I highly recommend her!
