We love Peli. They are the only packaging company in town that will deliver to a home based business. We use about 1000 boxes per month plus tape and ridged cardboard rolls. It saves us time, storage space, and money. And the folks in this family owned business are super helpful and friendly to work with. A plus to Peli.

Was a customer for 6 years. Last month I spent around $500 within 3 orders. Prices seemed okay. Went in last week to order same bundle and the price went up $20. When I addressed the issue, the manager or co-owner or whomever he us just blew me off and said all the boxes i bough previously were a mistake and blamed it on a new hire. He just blew me off and was a jerk. I found a new place that offers the same for much less. bestpriceboxes.com Even Uline with shipping is less that what Peli Inc. gouged me for. Its too bad as this guy has never seemed to enjoy what he does. Maybe he should find another line of work as customer service is certainly not his forte.

Super friendly staff and a wide selection of shipping products. I was able to get 14 cubic feet of packing peanuts for around $35.00. It was hilarious trying to fit it in my car. They offered to put it in two smaller bags for me but I declined not really realizing how much 14 cubic feet was! They have anything shipping related and it’s a very easy location to find. I recommend this store for all your quick shipping needs.

BUYER BEWARE! SHORT CHANGED! RIPPED OFF! I was seeking some packing solutions and had a terrific interaction with the female owner. Even though they were much more expensive than getting the same materials on line, I decided to support them. I rushed in a month later to get repeat materials because I was having two employees to assist me assemble boxes with bubble wrap for my business. Only the male owner was present and this was not the warm fuzzy interaction of his wife. I am a handicapped petite female who was feeling less than well. I asked for two rolls of 24 bubble wrap and two rolls of one inch. It took forever because he was custom cutting the 12 inch rolls. How odd I thought, they did not have 12 inch rolls ready cut. When my assists and I were assembling boxes I was shocked because everything was wrong. The husband had short changed me. The rolls were barely eleven inches wide ruining custom boxes that were supposed to look meticulous. Wasting the wages of two employees and backing up orders for a week. Custom cut for me because I was targeted as someone who would not notice. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS LOCAL BUSINESS. THE MALE OWNER IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED.

Virtually everything you need to safely package and ship your items. Particularly useful is their extremely wide range of box sizes for low cost, just ask a clerk for assistance. If youre having trouble finding a box the right size to ship something, consider stopping in here!

Big selection of packing supply necessities. Very friendly staff. They even go as far as remembering what you ordered last to help complete your order faster. If you dont know what size box you need or how to pack a package correctly or what materials to use... They will assist with that as well. Very helpful staff.

Great prices and a great variety of products. I bought the medium art box bundle and they are good quality cardboard, easy to cut down too. The gentleman who helped me was also thoughtful enough to mention setting up my business information and tax info for easy re-orders. I will be back.

Id give 6 or 7 or 8 or 9 or even 10 if I could. These folks are so warm and helpful. They even know their customers kids and give them candy! They are professional and helped me figure out how to successfully package my first three commissioned art pieces and even helped me when deciding how to ship them. Its worth the effort to find them, just northeast of I-25 on Jefferson.

Great customer service, which seems to be a dying artform these days. Very attentive even though my order was small, just a few boxes and packing material (but the cargo, a guitar amp, was precious to me). They made a loyal customer of me... a first impression means everything.

They were very helpful, and rather affordable. I would guess probably cheaper than the big box stores. However, I was a little bummed they didnt have or couldnt make a box in the dimensions I had wanted.

Just a quick shout out for Robert Dallas. I bought a large (50 pound) wood carving at the Balloon Fiesta here. My airline coukd take an extra luggage up to 117 inches. Robert understood and measured and provided a fair price for solid boxing that woukd go on the plane. As I was leaving I saw Pali also ships and asked what that would run. It may have been a tad more than what I coukd have gotten by air (but knowing United I expect they woukd have at least gone oversize charge). But best of all, instead of returning and lugging I just left in Roberts hands and the avoided schlepp made my day.

Only place I could find after a week of searching for proper materials to fit my needs.
