My family and I had our car break down after shopping here and the owners allowed us to stay in the store and were just very gracious! Amazing customer service!! This is the worse customer service I have ever experienced!! If I could give no stars I would they don’t even deserve one star!! The man working in the store was very rude everyone who walked in told him how bad his customer service was & he never apologized or even changed his attitude!!! We took our service to Kings Mart down the road & got great customer service & good prices!! I refuse to spend money where it’s not appreciated!!!

Big beauty supply store with two sides. One side has hair products and the other has hair--weaves, braid hair, and tons of wigs. Pretty much anything you want hair wise. The store is a bit crowded but the selection is amazing. Worth a visit.

This is a split level unit store. Staff on One side seems more friendly and the other side not as friendly. STAFF doesnt seem to work together as if theyre not under the same management.

Lots of supplies, lots of options...they do have hair extensions and wigs but I didnt look at those. I saw a few clothing items when I came in. Also a make up and jewelry counter. They also had a large selection of mens hair care, beard care, skin care items.

The only reason I have not given five stars is because everytime I have been in there since they changed ownership I do not see the women who have been helpong me for 7 plus years only the young men. I prefer the women because they know what I like and have been helping us make decesions for years. Maybe they have been given the weekends off but if they are not there the next time I go in I am going to start going to the other two who employ women who look like me since I am African American and know what I like. Other than that they have wonderful products and it seems as if they have pulled out hidden hair from companies thatbare no longer around like ZURY and itsva good thing because its like finding hidden gold. Hair is much different now so if you can find bundles of good human hair that is thick and human like you go for it
