Rashid was a stubborn and impaitient salesperson who overpriced a used rental car. The other competitor was selling at a lower price with lower miles and better feature for the exact same make and model.He refused to close the deal in the middle of my financing application because I was not willing to disclose my personal information, even though I offered to provide my paystub as proof of my employment.

The fellows at this small dealership made me very comfortable with my vehicle purchase. Went the extra step to help me buy.

Classically dishonest used car outfit. They lied about a missing spare key, lied about sending the car to a mechanic, sold the car to me with an illegal license plate configuration, and when I later sold the car I discovered they lied about the number of previous owners by presenting me a falsified Carfax. If it comes down to walking everywhere or buying a car from this crew, get stepping.

Nate was great. Provided all information we needed about the car and kept us company while we waited for the financing work.

So I see these guys decided to shut down their old operations as Alexandria Motors and start up under a different name (probably from to many issues). Bought a truck from them in 2011 and have nothing but problems from the truck because of all the lies that they told us about the truck, no accident and it was in an accident ( falsified a carfax) and all kinds of issues with the finance company they chose. From lying about the type of loan we had to lying about a FREE warranty that added $2K onto the loan and it didnt actually cover anything. Had an issue with the truck not running (the very next day) so they told us to take it to their sister company who claimed to have fixed the issue, took it to our mechanic and he had to replace the very thing they told us they fixed tried to get our money back and the dealer actually GOT into a PHYSICAL altercation with my husband.I am just giving you all a very fair warning. These are wolves in sheeps clothing. Search Alexandria Motors it is the same building, and the same people with the same shady practices. So if you are looking to buy a car from them. Do your research on Alexandria Motors first and you might change your mind!
