Very much recommend this location! They have been in business in the same location for at least 40 years - says something. There was absolutely NO pressure tactics, and my salesperson Joe, was actually extremely patient with all my going back/forth with questions and worries. And the pricing was excellent - I was given a very good deal and it was right in my budget!The installers were FANTASTIC! I had been putting off replacing my 20+ year old carpet because I couldnt handle the disruption of it all. Shoot, I barely knew the guys were here they were so quiet and for sure knew what they were doing! They even went out of their way to replace one of my metal strips as it was discovered my tile floor in the dining area was cracked UGH! They did what they could to replace it and touch up the grout even though that is something they normally do not get involved in.Even though the job took the entire day (no surprise) everything was put back in their correct place (they made sure it was all to my liking before moving on to the next piece of furniture), my 45 gallon fish tank was moved with ease which was a huge relief! I had a slight issue afterward in that I was stepping on the nails from the strip underneath (that were now not covered with a metal plate) and Im surprised that wasnt checked before they left my house. But, Joe sent the guys out as soon as they were free they next day, and the issue was fixed with a hammer. :) I know now how to do it myself HA!

Ive used them twice. Impressive. First time for hard wood floors. Second time for carpet runners on two staircases. Theyre great to work with. Efficient, professional, punctual and excellent prices.

Outstanding work! Mill Direct came to the rescue when I wanted new floors for a rental unit. The work was completed quickly, professionally, and within my budget. Absolutely recommend for all your flooring needs.

Every aspect of our getting new carpeting from Mill Direct in three rooms and a stairway with small hallway could not have been better. The salesman was professional and courteous and gave us a great price for great quality padding and carpet. We had the old carpet removed by one team that did everything - we didnt have to move any furniture at all. We needed a couple of days between removal and installation to screw down squeaky sub-floor panels. After that a second crew came in and installed. They moved everything and both crews always asked if what they were going to do was OK. Perfect installation job!

One great company here, truly professional through every step of the way! New flooring was just what we needed. I will use them again and will recommend to anyone to use them as i am happy!

If they install carpet like the drivers of their trucks drive, I could never recommend Mill Direct Floor Coverings. Complete disregard for the safett of others when exiting a high traffic area onto the shoulder so they can drive along the on ramp. Then further along the innerloop taking their truck in the leftmost lane, right past the signage that states No commercial vehicles in left lane. I wish I could continue with more of a description, but when traffic did finely lighten, and everyone was able to resume driving the speed limit, their truck passed everyone at well above the speed limit. Mill Direct Floor Covering, you and your unsafe, law breaking driver, get 1 star.

Very professional and great prices. Ive go to their showroom in Alexandria when I need remnants or rugs. Their Fairfax location is just as friendly and professional.

We started with Home Depot for our flooring project, but came across Mill Direct Flooring after a friend of ours recommended them. These people are 10000 times more knowledgeable than the people at Home Depot, they have their own installation crews, and better pricing . I highly recommend this company.
