Traveling through the state on my way to Colorado and I had a battery emergency, and my map search brought me here. Great little shop, juice selection looked pretty good, and I also purchased some Ultimate Custard House flavor. Good prices, great location.

Great experience with Patrick. I went in to try and find coils for my vaporizer. I was visiting Louisiana from Virginia. Patrick didn’t have coils to fit my device but he was kind enough to make sure I had what I needed. Patrick is the best and I will be back to buy products just because of the fantastic customer service and friendly help. Excellent shop and A-1 staff. Thanks Patrick!

Excellent service and had just what I was looking for!

Went there looking for some help with getting a new tank since mine was shot and coils were no longer available for it. Staff was really helpful by working with me on price point and what would work with my device. I’m am more than happy with purchase and can’t help but recommend this place again and again. I will be returning for more coils and to upgrade my device soon.

I lovED this store with Patrick as the employee. Great sales person to bring in customers for sure. My LAST visit will be my LAST!!!! That new employee has a mental problem !! Has a short temper and seems to HATE his job. And someone didnt keep his word to me. SORRY

Im not sure if the previous poster was actually at the e-spot, because the countless times that I have been in the store have always been a pleasure. The location is not at all difficult to access as it is right on the frontage road. Also, the customer service is hands-down the best Ive received since my return home. The mods that they carry are of similar quantity as the rest of the shops Ive visited here and they gave a good selection of e-juice. Patrick, Jarrod and the rest of the crew are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! Oh and please not let me forget to say patient!! Unless there is another e-spot vape shop in Alexandria that I am not aware of, this one is the BOMB!! I visit all the time and will definitely keep doing so!

First timer with the vaping, and I have to say that the e spot shop is the place. They was very helpful and nice. The next time I need help or to upgrade I will be coming back to this place. So I do recommend this spot. And the prices are reasonable.

Smelled good but the didnt go for myself. The sales man was sweet and showed my niece how to use and put together.

They have a nice selection of hardware from beginner to advanced. Nice assortment of premium juices as well as house brand juices including the E Spot drip line. Hands down the best customer service I have ever had at any retail shop. Patrick and Jared make you feel like they have known you forever. If youre looking for vape gear or juice, stop by the E Spot!

Poor service and expensive. The response from the owner to this review has earned back my good opinion. They were positive and proactive about it. Every business has a hard day every once in a while and so I am sure that must have been the case.

I can see where people would think that they are pricey, but honestly, I feel that they are competitive with other reputable vape shops. Also, these guys know their tech when it comes to vaping. Very knowledgeable and helpful. They go out of their way to fit the mod to the person and their own individual needs.

Ok let me start off in saying, 16ml at $13? um no. All of the flavors I tried, tasted nothing like what they were supposed to be. The staff was all over the place, unorganized, have no idea how to handle retail, and quite frankly the selection of juice and mods was well below anything Ive ever seen. The place is laid out where its too crowded. there might have been 2 mods that were top shelf and the newest ones. It was ridiculous. Plus, the shop was almost completely inaccessible. I will not be going back and for the love of god, do not waste your time money and effort at this place.

I dont really like the other shops around cause some of them dont know what theyre talking about. But this shop helped me with all my needs. They got me all setup and talked me through everything. 10 out of 10 on service and selection. Definitely my favorite store in the area!

Im not sure the 1 star reviewers were at the right shop...these guys have a huge selection of premium juice, house juices, and plenty of hardware. Snowwolf, Sigelei, eleaf, and even a few other mods Ive never seen before! The juice they call house juice is as good, if not better than some name brand juices Ive had. This has been my go to B&M since they opened. The staff is knowledgable and they dont try to sell the most advanced and expensive mods to the newbies. Always asking them the right questions to get them what they need. Keep it up guys!
