I bought a Cub Cadet ZT3 60 here 18 months ago and Love it! No issues, and this thing cuts like a mower twice its size. Most of my grass is Bahiagrass so I have to cut pretty often and I love the way the seat handles in my bumpy yard. This place also runs an amazing service department. Overall, I wouldnt buy or take a mower anywhere else but here.

Honest business ppl.Husband took his chain saw to them 4 repair, man told him up front what apx cost for them to repair it would be,was more than what we could put into it but the man was gracious enough to tell hubby how we could fix it ourselves. Just Awesome! You dont find,that kind of knowledge,consideration or customer service in the big box stores. We will be going back when we upgrade chainsaw or lawn equipment! We got a chainsaw for them and it seemed to be a inconvenience to them.we brought a godevil to them it took 3 weeks for them to look at it and than thay say we need a new engine and it will be $1400 and we look at the same engine for $209 we will probably not use this place again I have never made a review but I feel this was needed save you time and money.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Took Cub Cadet in for warranty repair that I had purchased somewhere else. They gave me no problem about taking it in for repair. Ended up purchasing a new zero turn Cub while I was there and purchased for same price as I could have bought at Home Depot. Yall definitely gained a new customer.

I dont usually leave reviews if they arent good but they upset me to the point where, here I am.i took my push lawn mower to them 4/8 and was told 2 wks and theyd call me with estimate. 13 days went by and no call. I called and was told it was the carburetor and it was like $95. and could pick up prob tomorrow. I called the next morning and they couldnt find it. I drove over there and was told that the part hadnt been ordered and it would be another week and he wouldnt charge me the $160, just $95. I told him it WAS $95 so he wasnt doing me any favors. He said it was $160 again but would charge $95. He smugly told me it was human error alike tgat should be ok. I was upset enough to take my mower and deposit and took it to a place in Marksvilke the same day. I got a call the next day, today saying the mower was done and it was $55. He said it didnt need a new carb, just cleaned it good and flushed the lines. NEED,I SAU MORE!!!

The sales side of the business is great but the repair shop lacks. Be careful, theres a charge for repair estimates that I was not made aware of. Guess mentioning that was just overlooked.

We had a lawn mower serviced. It worked for two months before we replaced it from Home Depot. The management is absolutely rude and theyll rob you blind if you let them. Youre better off buying new from Lowes or Home Depot and saving the money youd waste on this company. Im amazed they somehow stay in business.

Buyer beware! I spent alot on a chainsaw that doesnt work properly. They wont do anything about it, im stuck with this junk, contact the manufacturer they say. When you buy from this place and have a problem its all yours. They are overpriced and their customer service is horrible. Go somewhere else!

Service department is unreliable, lies, and frauds customers. They will replace parts that were already new and tell you that you should just buy a new one (from them of course). Will not bring them any repair work and definitely wont buy anything from them.

I would give them zero stars!!!! The man was such an ass hole!!! I wont buy a thing from Rabelais!!! My husband went in for a chain saw chain. After a hard time from the guy he gets some chains. Turns out the guy sales my husband the wrong damn chains. So my husband is aggravated because he has got to deal with this ass hole again. My husband walks in the store and tells the guy that he sold the wrong chain. And showed a receipt of the old chain that he needed and the new one which was more money exactly $12 more the one he just purchased. The guy looks at my husband and says this aint Walmart ur not getting ur money back. My husband said I dont want my money back I want my chains. The crook said well Im not giving u back the difference. That ass hole is very lucky that i wasnt with my husband. Unless u want to go through this avoid Rabelais!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was having a problem with my Stihl saw and brought it into their shop thinking that the needle valve, metering spring, or diaphragm was bad and that they would rebuild the carburetor for me. They told me they dont do that so they would diagnose it and call me back to let me know what was needed for it. They called me and told me a price and I agreed to it even though they didnt tell me what parts it needed because theyre a Stihl authorized repair shop. I go to pick it up and they said they replaced the fuel filter, air filter, and spark plug. I had JUST put a new plug and fuel filter in it and ran it for maybe 10 minutes before taking it to their shop! When I picked it up they told me there wasnt a lot they could do for it because its old. After taking it home it was still doing the SAME thing it was doing before! I took it apart and noticed that it was still the exact same spark plug and fuel filter that was in it before I brought it to their shop! I then brought it to a different shop and they looked at it right away and told me that it needs a new fuel line and a diaphragm in the carburetor and they told me exactly how to do the repair! When I brought it to Rabalaiis they kept it for a WEEK before calling me back and then took another week for them to fix it! I am a VERY dissatisfied customer and I will NOT go back to them again! My future business will be going to a smaller shop that doesnt try to hustle its customers!
