Brought a 2018 Ariens zero turn with a Kawasaki engine with 79 hours on it in for repairs. The mower quit working right after mowing my yard. Was told that pictures would be taken of the engine and sent to Kawasaki techs to determine warranty eligibility. After having my mower for 1.5 weeks, I received a call saying it threw a rod due to “dirt injection” and the warranty was void due to user neglect. Cost of replacement motor $2,510 for a $3,000 mower. I refused to have the replacement done and told them I was coming get my mower. My mower was not neglected all maintenance has been done and mower was running fine until it went out. I had to pay $165 for work done and my mower was loaded onto my trailer with the engine in a thousand pieces all over the seat and floor pan. Just found out today that he didn’t even contact Kawasaki technicians and that he spoke to a sales rep about the motor. Kawasaki techs had no information on my motor at all. I have escalated this issue with Ariens, Kawasaki and will be contacting the BBB. If you want to be screwed over on your mower than bring it to this guy!

I absolutely loved the products and atmoshpere of this place! The psrson on duty was very polite and helpful, i look forward to my next visit and im confident as to any questions i many have being answered in their entierty.

I hate that I had to give this place a 1 star, zero should be an option!!! I have never written a bad review before but I feel compelled to let people know NOT to go here. I brought my Dixie chopper lawn mower in for some mechanic work... after picking it up and paying 500$ I get home and my mower didn’t make it across the yard. I have to load it up again and bring it back. I little aggravated at this point. They once again call me to tell me it’s fixed and ready to pick up.... after picking it up and paying another 200$ my mower this time made it to the ditch. AGAIN I load it up and bring it back because SURELY these #*%# are going to fix my mower. I just picked it up for the 3RD time and guess what I HAD TO PAY ANOTHER 250$!!!!!!!!Shame on me for GOING back the 2nd and 3rd time. And shame on me for assuming when you pay someone to fix something that they’d actually fix it!!!!

Bought a Dixie chopper here several years ago the owners are great people from my experience .They have always treated me good and provided excellent service.

If I could give less than a star I would, I would rather cut my yard with some plastic safety scissors than do business with them, I went in ross to get my mower fixed, i asked them not to change the oil or filters, just a new belt and brake cable, was even written on the ticket. They also said it would be ready in ten days. A little over five weeks later it was ready, with new oil and filters, they felt that it needed to be done, and if i wanted my mower back to cut my yard, it would be two hundred and eighty plus dollars, than i get it home and find out the belt is used, just writing this makes my blood pressure go up !

I went there several years ago to purchase a mower with cash. the owner was at the business and when I tried to talk to him he was sort of rude. So I left and bought a mower elsewhere . I found out later from some locals that this man is not very friendly to the public. I cant help that, but word will spread that this guy is a genuine horses rear end. What makes people like this???
