The owner and operators are all top notch nice people. Gas prices are always competitive and there are lots of items such as beer and wine and locally made meats and cheeses as well as convenient snack items. Just a perfect little lake side convenience stop.

Set roadside this timeless and probably off and on ageless location of convenience and fishing just west of Alexandria out in the pleasure district of scenic beautful trophy lake after scenic beautful trophy lake.They have all the cabin staples, of basic eats and treats, beverages, both soda and attached fully stocked liquor store. They have live bait wells in the back with walls of emergency tackle and tools. Just enough to get you on the lake without another hour lost running around in town. Which is the point. Across the street you can see lake Brophy, a scenic trophy lake. The current owner is new and bought it from a pair of retirees who ressurrected it from closed and defunct as a retirement keep me busy-business Now the current owner is doing the very same, as a new grandfather, he is living the dream assisting the local lakeshore residents can do so as well with the convenience he offers. Sounds like a fair trade.

Friendly, handy, used to have that great chocolate from Fergus Falls (!☺️) and a few staples - like tomato soup - do you can make a perfect hotdish without running all the way into town. Two thumbs up!

Brophy bay is owned by awesome people who care about people! They will take care of you as they have always taken care of the locals! If you need your gas pumped, they’ll do it! If you your purchases brought to your car, they will do it!

Great local place with just enough odds and ends to keep you from having to go all the way back into town. I fill up here every time I need gas on my way home.

Was at the RV repair shop. Excellent place to get your RV worked on, very reasonable rates and they do an excellent job too.
