I took my friend there to see the great selection that they have and she has been there before several times and spent over $100 each time and they wouldnt give her her rewards all they did was offer her a 99 cent comb at the counter. That was very odd and strange to me I will not be going back to that establishment after I saw the way she was treated.

Has everything you need from wigs to makeup hair products etc. and more. Store is very well organized and neat! Prices are reasonable. The staff are very nice as well as helpful. I definitely will be a returning customer.

First time there! Loved the variety of products, spacious clean isles!!To top it off, they were playing Prince songs back to back the whole time I was in there.Enjoyed shopping while partying☺️❣️Lady that served us was friendly too.

I was a loyal customer here. But they lost me because they mislead their prices on hair tracks. Make sure you check lengths on other colors for price difference. They will have same lengths for almost $3.00 more. Usually when you buy color its $2.00 more. Instead of giving the correct price or reasoning with you the customer they lie and say they were price wrong. Smh! Clean and kept well store. Just customer should be accommodated especially when you spend good money and buy from them often. Its cool letting others no so you want get played for your money. Its. Some better hair stores in the area. Trust I found them!

Loved the place until I got to check out & what she rang up seemed like it was more than it should have been. So when I got home I checked my receipt with my items. And sure enough I had 2 items that I was overcharged on & 4 extra charges on there for items that I didnt purchase. I cant stand a thief or a liar. Therefore they get 1 star

L been shopping at the plano location sense 2005 and the new lady been over there about 2 years she has a bad attitude, l dont care for that location much anymore, thats why I came to your Allen location, but if you allow this to continue we all going to stop shopping at your stores 🤔🤔

The custom rings are so stinking cute and only like $2 a piece! So glad I stopped there! I always find cute rings in Texas! I will post a picture of the rings as soon as I find a decent one!

I’m new to the area . But my first few time visiting was okay . But this last time I visited I came to return a bottle ors (which was closed ) I had 7 days to return the product . I returned it in 6 days . The lady who is the manager instructed her not to return my product because it was a chemical . I’m very frustrated because clearly at the bottom of their receipts it says final sale items, electronics and wearables!!! Nothing about chemicals I will never be returning . And I’m seeing a lot of comment about how they treat black people so I’m not surprised !!

I loved the place. As a black woman I would find almost everything I wanted, but for a store thats has a lot of black customers they will follow you around just for being black. They dont know any of the products you be asking them to show you but Lord we woman know our stuff. No disrespect but yall need to higher professionals that suit most of your customers interest.

I came here for a few bags of hair and some products and noticed everywhere I went a lady was conveniently organizing right by me. But when I walked in everyone was behind the counter. All I had on me was a wallet - where would I put something if I was there to steal?! I was so annoyed. I felt like I was being followed and watched and I was the only person in the store. I felt very disrespected and will not return. Id rather spend my money elsewhere.

Amazing service! As soon as I entered this facility I was greeted and helped! The young lady working the cash register was not only helpful but knowledgeable on every product I asked for! This was an excellent experience! I will definitely return!

By far the cleanest and most organized beauty supply store I’ve ever been to. The staff are very attentive and helpful AND they let you shop in peace. No one follows you around the store. On top of the great service they had some amazingly different wigs at an affordable price. Every color I asked for they had it! I’d definitely come back!

The store has changed. The opening of the store was very friendly and did not treat women of color like convicts. Going into the store now, you are automatically followed around the store if you are a person of color.The store is clean; however, their inventory needs to be updated to include color mixtures if weave such as F4/27 or F4/30.I only go to this location if I do not have time to go to Sherman or McKinney even though I live in Allen.

I recently went there and they welcomed me but as I was walking in one of the employees would not stop staring at me. At first I was like it’s nothing but as I walked the store the Black girl working there continued to watch me where ever I’d go and she would be looking dead at me. I’ve gone in there multiple times and bought stuff and even referred people there but today completely turned me off to this place. Everyone else that walked in she did not stare down but she felt the need to watch me like a hawk when I’ve been a loyal paying customer. I’ve even checked out with her before but today she wanted to watch me like she was watching a five hour special.

This place needs to learn the true definition of etiquette. I won’t be returning.
