What’s the point of their pick up service for shopping on line? I might as well have gone inside, made my purchase and left before they could figure out where my order was.

This store is right across the street from my house and I am a frequent here. I’m not usually a fan of overpriced items and the attitudes I typically deal with in Walgreens/CVS stores... but with that said, this location is a MAJOR exception. Everyone here is so courteous and friendly. One time recently at this store I left my sons Ice Cream on the counter after checkout (along with many other items) and went home and forgot about it... the next time in the store a man named Kevin came up to me and said “did you happen to leave your ice cream here the other day?” (I had to rack my brain and then said “oh yeah, I did!”) he went to the back cooler and got them for me and they had my name on it! Sometimes I call ahead and they cool down champagne in their cooler for my wife and I before we arrive. David, their store manager, is an amazing gentlemen as well and treats his whole staff with respect and understanding. I have seen it first hand! I could go on for days about this place but I think this is enough said! Great location!!!!!

I go to this Walgreens because it is so close to my home. I have never had any problems with this store or the pharmacy. I take a lot of different types of medication and is it very comforting how most of the techs know me by name, very friendly and good customer service.

Great people. I always try to go in even when I can just go through the drive thru because of the people. Karen and Fran are some of my favorites.

I’ve never had an issue with the pharmacy until earlier today when I spoke with a tech. I had an issue with refilling my vitamins, and didn’t want to go through with the refill because my insurance wouldn’t cover the incident, which is completely understandable. But when I asked what the cash price would be, she didn’t put me on hold while she looked it up so I could hear everything her and the rest of the techs said about my call. When she came back and told me the price I told her not to worry about refilling it because I have some 1 a days that can last me until my next refill goes through. She immediately responded with, “Okay well you know it’s like not going to go through until like December ......right?” After I told her I was well aware when it will go through (because I’m the one that refills it every month) she changed her tone and told me she was sorry. But honestly, it doesn’t take much to be kind, especially when you’re in a professional work setting.

Pharmacy is great got me my meds in a timely matter and we’re very nice as well! I’ll be back!

Extremely rude pharmacy tech. Called in a script over the phone for a mutual patient and had to ask the tech whats the normal dosage for it and she responds with are you kidding me? NO IM NOT KIDDING YOU! You are the pharmacy tech. If you dont know how to do your job then dont work there. She needs to be fired because all of the bad reviews on here are about her bad attitude.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE PHARMACY SERVICE!!After 3 days in the hospital for bladder surgery and then bladder spasms, I was discharged with Rxs called into this Walgreen’s Pharmacy directly from the hospital doctor. My husband went to pick up my prescriptions and was given only 2 of 4, with no explanation of the 2 Rxs NOT FILLED (my husband didn’t know how many Rxs were supposed to be ready). When I went to get the most important Rx, it was not here. I called the pharmacy and had some young girl speak gibberish about waiting to hear back from the doctor (on an Rx that he prescribed- are you kidding me???). I asked to speak with the real pharmacy and was on hold for 10 minutes.... THEN HUNG UP ON! I called back and was on hold again. Then told they would fill the Rx within 15 minutes. I am in extreme pain waiting over 30 minutes now for an Rx that I should have already had in my hands hours ago!When my husband picked up my prescriptions the first time, they should have discussed the situation concerning the two missing Rxs. They didn’t mention anything about not filling all the prescriptions. EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE ALL THE WAY AROUND!!!

For a drug store it seems a bit trashy. The place is clean enough, the makeup is the cheap kind that doesnt work. The worst part of this particular Walgreens was the pharmacy tech, they were extremely rude in tone.
