From the examination to the selection, the process was fantastic.The associates are fun and also very knowledgeable.What impressed me they remembered my name when I went in for a adjustment.They will go beyond expectation to make sure your satisfied. I highly recommend these optical centers.

Competent yet friendly staff. They [Doctor and Office Manager [Sue?] ]are personable and explain many details of each step of the process of my final [non eye surgeon] post cataract eye exam. Dr. Benicoff and the team are just superb. I am beyond happy with their services and have been coming for years. They are always so friendly and helpful and they really came through for me when I needed them most. They have worked around remodeling, COVID, and technical issues all with such grace. I have never felt in better hands. They can and do get busy and its easy to see why. I would never go anywhere else. Highly recommend for all regular eye exams, contacts, and glasses!

I can’t say enough good things about Target optical! We recently found out that my three-year-old needed glasses, and I didn’t know where to go for affordable frames. I went into target, was helped immediately choosing the best frame for my son’s face, and was met with the best service! Plus everything was so affordable (our insurance wasn’t covering anything). The doctor even came out and discussed the prescription that another ophthalmologist had written us to give me peace of mind! Everyone was so kind and helpful!! We are so happy with our experience!!

Dr. B is AMAZING!!! I went here for the first time this past Saturday 09/12/2020 @ 9:30am and I felt so welcomed and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and fun and helpful and Dr. B is just awesome. He literally really cared. I’ve never met an optician that truly cared about me and my eye care, this was the first time!I have ‘special’ RX’s for my eyes and for the first time ever I found an eye doctor that is going to really help me find contacts that really actually work for me and I’m very grateful.DO NOT HESITATE. Natalie is kind, friendly and knows what looks good on me and can cut the time down for choosing glasses! Big bonus! Dr. Bennicoff is entertaining and is so good at what he does! The place was clean and friendly staff. Often low on staff members and very small to move around. Got glasses from there and got them, kept falling off face. When I went back to get them adjusted, they fell more. NEVER COMING BACK INSIDE THE OPTICAL, STORE ONLY

Dr. Benicoff is awesome! Always so friendly and broke everything down for me so I could understand what was going on when I was having some really scary problems with my vision. The receptionists are sweet and helped me pick out my frames. I highly recommend Target Optical if you live in the area!

Dr. Bennicoff is excellent optometrist. He works hard to find the correct lenses or contact prescription and demands the same level of care from his associates. They have a great selection of glasses and sunglasses. I recommend this optical center to my whole family. Appointment was on time and all questions were answered during my visit.

Great exam and doctor. The office was really nice and took me in day off. I had run out of contacts and everyone was very friendly. The doctor told me about new contacts that helped out my dry eye.

Not sure about some of the negative reviews, must have been a different doctor, but Dr. Bennicoff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Exam was quick and easy and I found perfect frames from their great selection.

Personable and well educated optometrist, have always had great experience

Had appointment rescheduled from June 17 to July 15th. received automated call on 7/13 to CONFIRM my appointment for 7/15 at 10 a.m. Showed up at 10 a.m. on 7/15 and the Optical center was not open. Found a manager who called the person who works there. Woman showed up at 10:20 a.m. and told me that Dr. Bennicoff was not in today! I told her I had an appointment for 10 a.m. exam. She told me they called me and left a message. NO, they did not! There was no message logged in my phone, except for the automated one I received 7/13 to CONFIRM my appointment! She checked her records and SAW the automated call made. There was NO call to cancel. This is the SECOND time that I have had the first appointment and she was late (same excuse: I live in the Poconos and the road was blocked). If one lives that far, then two options: Leave EARLIER for your job to arrive on time OR Target needs to hire somebody more local who will arrive ON TIME! Next, if Dr. Bennicoff does not want to work on Fridays, then he needs to cut those hours from his schedule. They called me about my appointment for 6/17 to inform me that he was unable to work that Friday which is why we switched to 7/15. Now, he is off again! I do not have a problem with somebody not wanting to work a certain day...then do NOT tell customers they can make appointments and then you do NOT show up for them! I wasted AN HOUR of my time driving to Target, finding a manager, and then waiting until 10:20 until somebody showed up...then I did not get my eye exam! Had to come home and make an appointment with Lenscrafters! So unprofessional in this specific Target location. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
