Worst customer service possible. Tried to schedule a covid test not a single person picked up
Terrible service. They never have the medicine that they have texted me that it is time to pick up ready. 15 times they have told me my meds were ready and I show up and they tell me tomorrow. This is the worst place to go if you are in need of medicine.
This is by far the worst CVS I have ever been to in my life. We have lived in this area for about eight years and every time I go into this place there is an issue. The staff is so rude and they act like you are bothering them to do their job. I was made to go to self check out because there was no one at the register and then, since I was buying medicine, it needed a manager key- so instead of helping me, the very first person in line - forced to use the self checkout- they decided to help people that came after me in line at the register! Unbelievable!
This CVS makes it nearly impossible to pick up your prescriptions- which is borderline dangerous. I recently had to make 3 attempts to receive my “ready” prescriptions.For some dumb reason they still are doing drive thru COVID testing in the same line as drive thru prescription pick up which causes severe delays.They administered a COVID test in the car in front of me, and it didn’t appear that the pharmacist/technician properly sanitized or changed the gloves they were wearing when we pulled up from the COVID test.The pharmacy department must also be severely understaffed. I never see any other CVS locations with a traffic line as long as this location always has. I will be switching pharmacies.
Assistant store manager seemed grumpy from body language while being fake polite = Kristi
