Its super convenient and always clean. But some of the cashiers arent very helpful. They gave me the wrong mg of nicotine pouches and wouldnt refund even though it was their fault.

This RaceTrac is much more than a place to fill your tank up with gas. Open 24/7, this gas station offers the typical roller hot dogs, coffee, and fountain drinks, and they also have frozen yogurt and ice cream with toppings, freshly made breakfast sandwiches, and a beer cave. The station is well-lit and safe, located across the street from the Alpharetta Police Station. The employees are always friendly and efficient. They have an app, which includes a loyalty program.

Cant get a hold by phone. In the other day when a perfectly able women brought her dog in without a collar, leash or coat stating a comfort or in training purpose. This dog roamed the entire store, kitchen, behind the pizza counter and did not stay by the owner. I told the employee that was against the health code and she repeated the disabilities act and could not ask them to go outside. I said they were incorrect about the situation and the rules and she repeated the sentence again. Race Track please empower your employees to at least defend their work environment....we would all appreciate it. And to the women with the dog, I will ask you myself next time to leave!!!

It seems like something is always out of order or out of stock at this location. There are constantly gas pumps out, sandwiches out, hot foods out, and certain beverages out. The lines inside seem to get long because they only have one person behind the counter (at 5pm in the afternoon). There are definitely better racetracs to visit. However, in general the staff is friendly and apologetic for machines and pumps being down.

Pump wasnt working because of a power outage but the pump did not indicate any error. This level of user interface incompetence is unforgivable. This is the second time this has occurred at a RaceTrac. If the pump will not dispense gasoline, the software should not accept my credit card, and should preferably show an out-of-order message, so I dont waste my time.

It says 24 hours, however I can’t tell you how many times I come here and their is a hand drawn sign in the door saying they are closed. Very unprofessional.

The staff at this location are pleasant; however, something is ALWAYS down at this location from gas pumps to drink machines to registers. On top of that, they close randomly without notice. It’s hit or miss at this location!

Always a quick in and out, getting everything i need. They have a good, breakfast and lunch selection for those that need a quick bite to eat and a frozen yogurt dispensary as well for a sweet treat. Always great service too.

I went there and I waited sooooo long on over night to get gas for a family trip.

Solid for gas, fantastic for tire air machine. Many of these stations, you just cant be sure until after youve tried it. This one is legit.

Im pumping the gas and apparently the pump is either out of gas or broken. I go back inside in this cold weather to let them know instead of sending me to another pump they reset this broke one and I still had to go to another pump anyway. They need to get it together. Its too cold for this foolishness 😒

Crazy Good Coffee!

The Old Milton location is always closed! Almost every other night the doors are locked. I am literally outside right now at 9:30pm and they are closed until 6:00am. Yesterday I called first, they were closed. Before they lie and say its because there is only one person in the building, Im sitting in my car looking at 3 employees chatting it up right now. This is not the first time theres been multiple staff inside and they lock the doors.They will totally ignore you if you knock(as I saw them do to multiple people tonight and have had them do it to me before), but I just watched someone buy snacks hes definitely not an employee, because he got in a car from some other company and he just came out the back door.I work overnight at a cancer facility and at any given time myself or my co workers will try to come before, during or after work for coffee or gas and they are always CLOSED. I like RaceTrac unfortunately this one is the closest to home and work and it makes the company look bad.I shouldnt have to say this about a 24hr establishment but, if youre going in the between 8pm and 6am, CALL FIRST, it may save you a trip. They will be smug and condescending sometimes, just remind them that theyre known for randomly locking the doors and their tune will surely change. The location is good and the facilities is clean (not sure if thats because its fairly new or just that theyre keeping them clean). There is a single door to a dedicated refrigerated section for the alcohol which is nice. Lot of selection for snacks and the price of gas is fairly good.

If I can give 0 stars, I would. Need to close this place down!!!!!!!. Almost every morning close until 5:30am. 24hrs store? REALLY?!! Always a problem with this store. Close it down!!!!

I had a very bad experience the other day the clerk ignored me and handled a white couple behind me. Mind you I was standing in front of him for a couple of minutes a white couple came behind me and he completely ignored me. Maybe because I am a gay black woman, but that was very rude of him & I will never return period. Will definitely be sharing this story on FB because things like this need to be told....

When I went in on Friday, 3 workers behind the counter and none of them even stopped their conversation to say hi to me, just started ringing me up Andrew told me my balance. What has happened to customer service? I will not be going to this store again.

As the cashier flirts with the young ladies just to choose one black and mild cigar. I wait to be checked out with two sandwiches, two packs of nuts and a drink. Their process took about 7 minutes. Once it was my turn it took only less than a minute! Cashiers name is Tony and he has brown dreads. Just walk ouy if you have things to do.

This Racetrac is the best place to stop by, grab a cold fountain drink for only a dollar. Tom and his crew are the nicest staff members Ive met. I stop here alot and every time, I get great friendly service. They treat everyone with respect and the kindness that you would expect. Never had a bad experience out of the 6 months I have been working in Alpharetta.15/10 would recommend to anyone in the Alpharetta area.

This was a frequent stop of mine on the way to work... My shift starts at 5 AM and I found a paper note on the door stating they are closed until 5:30 AM so I had to back track all the way to Quiktrip... Thanks for ruining my morning! Loyal to QT from now on!

This is one of the larger new style stores with kitchen, huge selection. Also large restrooms that are almost always clean.

Never cheap gas prices. PRICE GOUGE go up 4 exits to the racetrac on exit 14. Gas is 20 to 30 cents cheaper. Just because you are in alpharetta race trac shouldnt price gouge PRICE GOUGE

Easy to access if you are heading to the 400, gas prices are generally aggressive for the location and the store is always clean and well stocked. Good choice for a gas/convenience store.

Why are so many race tracs closed at night several days a week. For a 24hr store they spend a lot of time not open. I feel as if Im constantly disappointed by this company. Often the employees have terrible attitudes, machines are shut Down for no reason. Not surprised the QT outnumbers racetrac by quite a lot

Its VERY inconsiderate how you allow WORK TRUCK PARKING at the pumps and the customers just come in to shop as a group when they can park elsewhere if theyare NOT getting gas. Ive waited to get to a pump just to see ppl park at the Gas Pumps for a more Convenient Entrance. Nevermind they are holding a pump they they arent getting Gas from.... especially during morning rush; maybe you need to hire a parking lot attendant during those couple HOURS to help prevent this. You do have truck parking so Remind/Redirect them... Still a Beautiful facility ...I get gas here but that issue makes me pass it up and go to QT...

Like others have stated in the reviews the store is NOT open 24 hours. Theres a nice piece of paper on the door and its states these doors are closed until 5:30 a.m. please see box to the right of the door for gas or cigs. I have been to many Racetracs and have not seen them close the doors at night in a long time. Whats even more astonishing is this this store is located in A very upscale neighborhood almost right next door to the Alpharetta Police Department. The funniest part about this there are three more quick trips Within 7 miles going north on 400 and every single one of them is open just not this one. For a new store you think they want to get their money back and pay off the construction well I guess not lets just see how long it stays open and I dont mean just at night I mean in general hahaha funny funny LOL lost my business.
