They have great products and fantastic staff. The store manager Colette is super friendly and helpful. She introduced me to the Aveda mans grooming clay and shampoo, which I absolutely loved and been using them ever since.

I always have a great experience at this store. Employees are very polite, knowledgable and make it easy to ask questions. The store design is comfortable and displays products beautifully. I absolutely love the tea, and have some at home for evenings. This is a great brand and a great location.

My first time in the Aveda store was to find help for my face l have bad acne and I received an amazing facial from Krystal she was extremely helpful and the products are effective I have seen a big difference already.

My mom and I are dedicated to this great brand, however, the employee we met at this specific location was a bit intrusive.The store itself is quite small and my mom and I were browsing before we went ahead and bought what we needed to buy.The employee was nice but she constantly followed us around the small place. It made us feel very uncomfortable.My mom and I were looking at a couple of products and the employee literally stood right next to us, not saying a word for a good few minutes.We definitely felt like we were being treated like were thieves. I work in retail and understand the procedures during Holidays but, keep in mind, you dont want to invade your customers space. Especially in such a small store.

Dont expect the quality of customer service that Aveda is known for. No offer for tea or a hand massage. This store has gone throw several managers and with each one there is less and less knowledge of existing product and no interest from the sales associate in introducing customers to new product. Its not my preference but Ill have to start purchasing my products online.

Love the store but the customer service was awful! Krystal was rude and not helpful at all. I was trying to pick some things for my wife and it was difficult. I’ll go somewhere else next time.
