Everything from my first call to inquire about information to the very end of the move was a first rate experience. Janelle in the office was extremely helpful and so kind. The contact person Wendell was always there every step of the way throughout the move and the moving crew was the best of the best! These guys were amazing! They packed up every single piece with such care - I actually laughed during unpacking when I realized that they had wrapped my skateboard. Their reply “We can’t scratch your skateboard. That’s for you to do”.They had such a great attitude - smiling, laughing, gracious and detail oriented. They hustled and were so careful.We just had our floors redone and were nervous about messing them up. It was raining all day yet they kept everything dry. They covered every inch. Tyre B, Danny U and LilCorey T were wonderful to work with. They worked hard all day with no complaints. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that the move was totally under estimated even though I gave a detailed list. Therefore the price kept increasing all day. Not fair to me or the three young nen.

Roy and crew were great. Arrived on time and worked all day taking great care of our belongings.The only down side to the move was the price kept going up as additional truck and crew arrived to help. The original cost quoted almost doubled. They need to better estimate what is required.

Malcolm, Allen and the Ajax Brothers were at our house when they said and did an amazing job figuring out several curveballs our new home presented them.They were friendly and had great attitudes in spite of the extra work they had to do.All of our furniture was blanketed, wrapped and taped and handled with great care.Couldn’t have been more pleased with them and USA Family Movers. The team of Malcolm, Luis, & Alejandro were phenomenal and proficient. They showed up to my sisters house and unloaded our personal uhaul truck in the manner of 30 minutes, when it would have took my mom and step dad at least 2 hours, with my help. They were sweethearts and they even let my daughter feel like she was apart of the crew! I cant wait to use this team again!

Atlanta Metropolitan Area! Avoid this people. They are horrible. Here is my story:I asked them to move my furniture (4 pieces total) from a one bedroom apartment to another apartment which is only one mile away. IT TOOK THEM 7.5 HOURS AND THEY LEFT BEFORE FINISH IT. AGAIN IT WAS ONLY 4 PIECES. Bed, dresser, sofa, small desk!!!They are super slow and they didn’t know how to dissemble and assemble your furniture. Also, they forgot to pick up part of my bed and I had to go back myself to pick it up.Don’t look at their low hourly rates. They make money out of their hours. The movers disappeared for 1 hour and I found out that they went for smoking and checking their social media!The reason I chose these guys because of the past reviews. Now I believe to tell the truth about these people. Please hire the people that they actually care about you not making extra bucks by not working properly.

Roy and crew were an amazing help for getting my 1800 square foot house ready to sell. The house was was packed full but in just two days they had everything out and moved to storage units. I had a moving team of four led by Kamal and couldn’t be happier with the service. They took the time to wrap the furniture to ensure it wouldn’t damage as well had worked quickly and efficiently to minimize the amount of time it took to complete the job. In the process of looking for a bigger home and will be reaching out to this team again.

We had a heavy, hard to move free-standing bar that they moved to lower level without damage to the bar or house. They worked well as a team to get job done properly. Team Leader Malcolm really knows his stuff about best way to efficiently do a move. There are other good reviews, but I say get Malcolm and his team if you can.

Malcom and his team were great. We had a 2 hr delay in starting the move, but they worked quickly. Very polite. Took directions well. It would be nice if the company would get them some steaps to make moving the heavy pieces easier for them. The truck and moving blankets were brand new, I would use them again.

I’ve had terrible experiences with movers in the past but my move this morning changed that. I was moved by Rhkim, Eric and Monte who were so polite and respectful. The communication was clear and thorough about my move and the price was extremely reasonable. They got everything out of my old apartment and into my new apartment so quickly. They handled all of my furniture and totes with care. I will definitely use this company again and I will make sure to request Rhkim, Eric and Monte again. Roy and his crew were very professional they did a great job with me I can’t say enough about it. I discovered a real problem the next day after everything was done and they were gone . I called Ed on Sunday explain the situation to him and he was at the house in less than an hour and took care of the situation. Not much service like that around anymore.

My moved was scheduled for Saturday and they had a driver call out. They were very diligent in getting me a driver. I chose to wait till the next day. The next day Lavalle and Will showed up and made the move with ease. They were professional, courteous and quick. By the time they moved my last item into my new home we were like family. I will be using this company again. Moving is stressful anyway but this move was not stressful and we finished in time for them to have dinner with their families. Thank you for all you do!

The WORST movers and company. Unprofessional and overcharged us. I ended up moving boxes myself which is crazy for the amount of money we had to pay them. Dont waste your money- legit choose any other company, I can assure you they will be better.

We recently moved cities and used USA Family Moving after a co-worker shared they were the best price she had found after calling around to a few places. They were able to move us with little notice (less than a week) and Spencer, Chris, and Kelvin did an excellent job! They were quick, courteous, took care to wrap everything, and reassembled everything at the new house, ensuring it was exactly how we wanted it before leaving. Would highly recommend them!

My parents (Glen and Melanie Musick) hired this crew to move for the first time in 23 years. They had a LOT of stuff, but this crew was super efficient and friendly. I came to help my parents move, but the crew went above & beyond helping us. Made the move so much smoother. Thank you, Roy, Jorge, James, Dustin, and Will! Would use them again!

Good experience overall. I was able to get next day help to unload our uhaul. The guys were quick and efficient. Only reason for 4 stars is that the crew didn’t arrive until roughly 4 hours after their scheduled time due to delays with a previous job, and it wasn’t communicated to us directly they were going to be late. About an hour after their scheduled time we had to call the office to check in, and then had to check in again 2 hours later because we hadn’t heard from the crew (I think they were probably busy and unable to call us). Not a big deal for us because we had an open schedule but could potentially be problematic for someone else. I’m not one to leave negative feedback at all (things happen) but 4 hours is a long time to wait. Other than that the experience was great!

It was a very rainy day, but they were upbeat, professional, and speedy. They took care with my items, wrapping furniture and large items to protect them from both the rain and damage. They also laid down coverings to protect the carpet from any debris tracked in. I would highly recommend this company for any potential movers.

They cancelled on me the day of the move and then acted like it was completely normal and okay! If you are looking for a reliable and trustworthy moving company, I recommend looking elsewhere. I scheduled a labor only move with this company two months in advance, paid the deposit, and confirmed with the dispatcher shortly before the scheduled date. The morning of the scheduled move I received a call from the dispatcher who told me that they would not be able to make it that day, but two days later was the earliest they could come. This is not an exaggeration. They did not apologize but explained that I should accept this outcome and that this was all completely out of their control. Imagine needing to move your family out of state, scheduling movers, packing for weeks, renting a truck yourself and having the moving ramp sitting on your door step waiting for help when your movers fall though. Truly, this was an awful moving experience all thanks to USA family moving. They bring a bad name to veteran businesses, the USA, and families - so they should stop using those phrases to promote their business. Dont be left hung out to dry like I was during your move!

Very good and professional service. They are great with carrying heavy furniture in and out the house, they always ask to do something before they do it. Very minimal to no incidents or damages to the house while transporting. Overall Roy and his crew were very hardworking:)
