Really happy with the overall experience. Very clean, climate controlled units. No bugs. Easy access and easy to get set up. I did everything over the phone. I would highly recommend this location.

Rose who took my reservation was excellent. Then when I arrived, I realized I needed a larger unit and Rose made the switch quickly and efficiently as the movers were already there and unloading. The place was clean and the lock was already put it the unit for me. My main problem was we got stuck in the elevator and no one at the storage unit would answer the phone as it was after 6 pm. Ended up having to call the fire department and they said they got calls all the time about having to get people out of the elevators. Also, it was a little confusing finding the right storage unit. They could definitely use more directional signs.

If you look up the words professional, kind, and patient, you will see a picture of Rose. She is the manager of this location. I’ve rented from this location since it opened, and I’m so glad I did. The team keeps the grounds and the inside of the location squeaky clean. I’ve had a few setbacks since renting here, and Rose took care of each situation. I’m extremely satisfied with Rose and her team. Selecting this location could not have worked out better. If you are looking for a place to handle your storage needs, look no further. I went in to transfer my unit at the Westside Pkwy location and the customer service was excellent with Rose. She was very thorough and made sure we had everything we needed and answered all of our questions.

Super clean & new! Staff is friendly. I feel secure leaving my things here. Rose is great! Shes knowledgeable patient. Theres a small admin fee of $24.00 and Insurance is required but my items are covered so thats peace of mind

Pipe broke in my unit water everywhere -- not much help from management---they did offer me a slightly bigger unit that was far away and no help moving no offer to pay a months rent. Didnt even get a call back from the general manager I had to keep calling them. If i where you I would go somewhere else where they appreciate you as a customer.

Was so excited to find a clean storage place but ended up being an awful experience. From the very first day when I showed up with a truck and they hadnt removed the tab needed to give me access to my unit after hours. They have mistakenly changed locks on my units multiple times. Never gave an explanation had to call corporate and beg for a discount after Rose seemed to not care that I had wasted hundreds in rental trucks.Thought they had turned a corner when the manager agreed to have my locks changed when I lost my keys but they broke the door in the process (door or lock her and her supervisor couldnt agree which). Was super grateful but no one called to let me know. I came to pick up new keys the next day and was told I wouldnt have access until monday unless I want to hire my own lock smith. Totally fine but the attitudes were again most unpleasant. Placing full blame on me rolling eyes, raised her voice and hung up on me on the phone to start it all off. Supervisor Eddy was just as bad as he mocked my experience and also had a bad attitude. Closing all three of my units there. BEWARE!
