I called public storage to get some general information about a storage unit as I am moving to GA from CA! All I can say is WOW! The customer service that was provided over the phone by Ms. Bernadette was phenomenal. Her friendly tone set the call off right and her knowledge was a plus! If this is what southern hospitality is like in GA, I can not wait to get there! Needless to say I will be stopping in Public Storage next month to purchase a unit thanks to Ms. Bernadette’s warm welcome!

*I am taking off a star due to Public Storages horrible app design and customer service. For some reason, even though I had a previous Public Storage account, I had to make a new one when I purchased a new rental unit. Its very stressful to have to make all the arrangements for a new account when there are other people either waiting on you or tasks that need to be done. I had to go home to a desktop to make everything work.Although they dont have A/C, the units here are reliable and easy to navigate. Thanks to Vivvie I was able to get a unit within a short timeframe and start moving my items into storage within the same day. She was very clear about what lock is required, how to bypass the gate using the Public Storage application, and was very helpful. Thank you for such a wonderful job Vivvie!

While the staff is very friendly, the facility is just not up to par. Rented here from Aug 20’-May 21’ while on deployment and returned to find large amounts of rat droppings in the unit and on our belongings that only consisted of just clothes and household appliances.

I was able to reserve my storage unit using their website. It was extremely convenient especially coming from 10 hours away. When we arrived we checked out the facility. The gate closes behinds every car. You have to have a code to get in. They also do daily lock checks, and will contact you if something looks suspicious. They also have cameras, so all your belongings will be safe. I highly recommend Public Storage on Maxwell. Robert was extremely informative, and polite! Thank you for making our move such a breeze!

Ebony is the best! Our movers arrived late and I accidentally drained my car battery while waiting and couldnt get it to start. Ebony grabbed her jumper cables and knew exactly what to do...my car started and I was good to go. Thank you, Ebony!Ebony also made sure that she stayed on site until we moved completely out of our storage units. She was so helpful and always had a smile on her face. This Public Storage kept my stuff for almost a year, and everything was as I left it when I moved the first time. The outdoor storage was not impervious to humidity, but none of my belongings ever came into direct contact with water. Everything came out in great condition. The price I paid for more than enough space for my things was reasonable, and only went up by $5 half way into my tenure there. The staff is friendly and always available to help. Overall I would highly recommend trusting your items to this business.

Vivve was exceptional. She provided great service to the issues at hand here at the public storage unit in Roswell. I had issues with the gate and she fixed it immediately. Great service here.

I like this storage but it does have a few quirks. Its sort of hard to get in and out of the gate because you have to pull really close to the pin pad. It should just be a key fob gate. Getting out had the same problem. There should just be a sensor to get out. another problem is its slightly damp. We use Damprid (from home Depot) and it keeps our stuff perfectly dry but the amount of water it draws in is allot. I would recommend this storage but I would want you be careful if you have very sensitive items.
