I was under the impression that renting a storage space is a lengthy process. But I was pleasantly surprised with the speed I was able to get the required size very quickly. The location very convenient and obviously it is kept well and very clean. The staff was helpful and very efficient in securing a space and at the time we wanted. Highly recommended.

Asia and Kissah were incredibly helpful and so cheerful and pleasant - even in the middle of COVID. I was helped immediately and by the time I signed my contract, I felt like we were old friends. I was a little stressed about getting my storage unit further away from my house than I wanted, but after this experience, I have NO REGRETS!!! The facility is clean, and well maintained. I was able to get the size I needed on the first floor, which was really important to me. My usual storage company (U-Haul) did not have what I needed, and I am so glad they did not because I never would have known that such wonderful service was possible. I used this storage unit for a little over a year while I traveled for nursing. From the first day of setting it up to the last day of canceling (only due to moving back to an apt) everyone was so friendly and helpful, always easy to contact someone, they got me the best deal monthly, the unit itself was so clean, easy to access, great security, I wouldn’t use another storage unit other than cubesmart in the future. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Definitely recommend!

It was so easy to rent a storage space! The process was very fast! We never had any problems at all, from access to our storage unit to the automatic billing. Everything was perfect! This was not our first time renting a space from this location, and if we need extra space again in the future, we will definitely be back.

The office response to my various questions, especially when it came to any billing changes. Courtesy, flexibility and just plain being helpful and seemingly happy to do so. Any consumer would like to be treated in this fashion no matter the type of business.

I had trouble with getting my vehicle fixed and back from the mechanic week after week on top of having to travel for work. I ended up change my reservation date about 4 times (totaling about a 2 month reservation period)! They never gave my space away to someone else! At any other storage place that I have been to (Ive worked with 3), it would have been GONE. I finally picked up my parking space and sign up was totally easy, the process was smooth, and I would definitely rent from them again! Thanks Lisa and Donald!

Not swept up, spider webs.I was also told that the price will go up for this small unit within months, so I will move back to my original storage facility. Absolute FIVE Star service. First of all it is a very clean and well maintained facility. Most importantly, Donald Miller and his staff are very professional, warm and helpful. They called me immediately to explain I placed my lock incorrectly my first time so I could circle back and re-do it. When I emailed about my bill, they sent me a complete copy with a full explanation. This has been a very good experience.

I recently downsized from a 10 x 10 that Ive had for several years to a 10 x 5. Donald was extremely helpful in handling my paperwork to make that a smooth transition.

George was incredibly helpful with my time constrained and unusual storage situation. He listened to my concerns, came up with a plan and helped me implement the plan, all within a few hours. The cube looks clean and it appears very well climate controlled. Very pleasant experience.

Staff was wonderful...but the unit I had bid on in the auction was not worth the money. There was actual garbage in it that stunk and millions of nats. :(

I had an awesome experience with the guy on Saturday 12/8/18. He was super nice and very helpful!!

Reserved the storage facility online for free because that deal was only online and not in store. They called the following day and I went by to pay the administration fee ($24) to complete my reservation. They did add a $12 insurance charge which caught me off guard but made sense. I wasnt sure if my homeowners insurance policy covered this or not, so I purchased the minimum limits. Donald gave my daughter some candy and a coloring book while we finished the paperwork and I received an electronic copy in my inbox. Also, buy a lock prior to going, that will save you a few bucks. Nice, friendly, and honest people. I will use them again and would highly recommend them.

Ive had 3 units with this particular CubeSmart over the last 4 years and every experience with CubeSmart has been very positive. The employees and manager there are super helpful, not only at move in time but every time Ive needed their assistance. The only negatives here are negatives with the self-storage companies in general. If you dont know its a known practice to push additional insurance which is not a bargain, so definitely add the address to your home/renters insurance before you move in. Second its common practice with all companies to raise the rate every 6-12 months. Ive found Cubesmart raises this in line with all the others. So overall Id highly recommend this Cubesmart for these reasons.

My hoa won’t let me park my work truck at my home so I had to rent a parking space. After 12 months with no issues with my 12 year old car, when it died I got a new truck. the first day I parked a brand new 2013 Chevy Silverado there as I went to work it got damaged, $1,500.00 worth of damage. My truck was 3 days old and had 30 miles on it at the time it was damaged. When I return from the road I discovered my truck was covered with rocks and dirt and sand from what I believe to be a leaf blower, every inch was covered. When I got there it seemed the manager knew what happened to it. When I asked what the hell happened he said what difference it makes, it did not do any damage. Not sorry, not let me pay for the cleaning, or let me talk to the company that did it (if it was not cubsmarts doing) and get them to pay for any damage and cleaning. Nothing, the problem is, it did do damage. I discovered all of it after I got the truck washed. I have scratches, paint chips, chips in my corm bumper, and chips in my tail gate, and they responded, we are not responsible for damage. Then if that was not bad enough, a week later some idiot cut a small tree down while my truck was parked under it and put a hole in my bed liner, so when I returned it was covered in saw dust and leaves. When I confronted the contractor, he said he had no idea a new truck (with drive out tags) was parked temporarily. Turns out he put a hole in my bed liner, only discovered after another self paid cleaning. I found a new place to park my service van because my personal truck is not safe there, I would not recommend parking to anyone..
